The proposed project involves the interior alterations of an existing 911 dispatch center. The work to be performed under this base bid contract includes the demolition of the existing partition walls, flooring finishing, casework, ceiling, light fixtures and HVAC work as well as all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the construction. The work also includes ADA improvements such as Communication Building Center entrance concrete flatwork and restroom improvements to meet current ADA requirements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
