The Base Bid includes all work shown in the contract documents. The project location is Mason Mill Park, Decatur, GA. The owner is DeKalb County Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs. The address of the DeKalb Tennis Center is 1406 McConnell Drive Decatur 30033.

The scope of the Project generally consists of the following major items, but is not limited to: Site development and site utilities Regrading of the site per the permitted construction documents Modification and improvement of the existing tiered tennis center structure ADA accessibility upgrades and improvements Construction of a new tennis pro shop building All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems associated with the building Landscaping and site restoration

The project scope includes the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of eight-foot fence along Chicago Ave including (2) twenty-foot motorized gate systems for the employee and truck entrance. The new fence will be installed in the same location as the existing fence in front of the DOT Maintenance Complex. Douglas County will be responsible for all demolition of the existing fence, trees and debris. The County will also be responsible for installing power, access control, and Knox Box for both gates.

DeKalb County School District (hereinafter referred to as "the District") is seeking responses from qualified, licensed, and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive electronic recycling and disposal services. The District estimates that approximately 60 pallets of electronic waste are accumulated each month across its facilities. This quantity may fluctuate due to seasonal or operational factors. The awarded offeror will be responsible for the safe, secure, and environmentally responsible disposal of surplus and obsolete electronic equipment from over 135 facilities within the District.

The Contractor shall provide commercial lawn and grounds maintenance services for all grounds surrounding the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant, located at 4830 Winters Chapel Road, Doraville, Georgia 30360, including the areas associated with the three (3) reservoirs, dikes, rip-rap embankments, toe drains, storm drains, runoff drainage systems, and frontage areas along the two (2) roads adjacent to Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant.

The Agency intends to build a new single family home on the lot located at 28 Westgate Park Lane in Newnan, GA.

The Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the "Authority') is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the Birdie Drive Stormwater Improvement Project (Phase 1) (the "Project") Work to be performed should include installing an engineered Cured-In=Place Pipe (CIPP) liner in an existig corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm sysem.

The City of Dallas is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified, responsive and responsible bidders who hold an active utility contractors license within the state of Georgia, and are currently listed on the City of Dallas approved utility contractors list, for the purchase and installation of water lines and sewer service connection for the Shiloh Church water line improvement and sewer service connection project and is being funded by the City of Dallas Downtown Development Authority.

The Project involves demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of a transfer pump station, clearwells and a high-service pump system at the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant (SCWTP) in Dunwoody, Georgia, and will be delivered under a Design-Build Agreement. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements that will be evaluated for performance of CM services on the Project. The anticipated CM services Scope of Work is detailed in Section II, Scope of Work. This RFP, including all attachments, exhibits, and referenced documents, sets forth the requirements, expectations, and conditions under which the Consultant shall provide CM and inspection services for the Project. The RFP forms part of the Contract Documents and shall be used to guide the scope, pricing, and performance of CM services throughout the duration of the Project.

The City of Douglasville (the City or Owner) is seeking to add improvements to the Rose Avenue at Roselake Circle / Fairways Drive intersection. This project will upgrade the traffic signal and upgrade the signing, striping and sidewalks at the Rose Avenue intersection. The traffic signal will include mast arms and video detection with underground connectivity.

The Dunwoody Gateway Signs project work consists of site preparation, monument sign installation, lighting and landscaping at 13 locations identified in the construction drawings. The Bid also includes an add alternate for 9 of the 13 locations. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the required construction as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of this contract including all incidentals as directed by the City of Dunwoody Director of Public Works or his representative

Forsyth County is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related services necessary to reconstruct four (4) existing tennis courts located at Sawnee Mountain Park.

The City of Atlanta (the City), on behalf of the Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR), is soliciting bids from qualified firms to construct modular suspended pavement systems for the purpose of expanding canopy cover in adverse growing sites such as the downtown Atlanta area. Winning bidder (Service Provider) is responsible for planning, constructing and planting new trees in the modular suspended pavement systems, as well as maintaining them in accordance with all standards outlined below for a period of 2 years after project completion.

The City of Decatur is soliciting sealed bids for the City of Decatur, Parkwood Traffic Calming Improvements at East Lake Road, US 278/SR10 project.

The work includes traffic control, selective demolition, installation of curb, concrete curb and sidewalk, milling and paving, signage, roadway pavement markings, striping, erosion control measures, landscaping, and similar items.

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms to provide construction services for Northwest Trail Segment 2A starting from the west side Dellwood at the Bobby Jones Golf Course and will travel east down Colonial Homes Circle. The trail will then go south to meet Bennett Street. At Bennett Street the trail will turn east again and travel down the front of the Georgia Power sub-station. The segments ends at the northeast corner of the sub-station. The scope of work includes but is not limited to erosion control, grading, demolition, site retaining/decorative walls, storm drainage, utilities, concrete trail paving, pavers, lighting, security cameras, signage and marking, fencing/railings, site furniture/waste receptacles, and bollards.

The County of Forsyth is seeking bids for the providing of all materials, equipment and labor for HVAC Replacement at Forsyth County Fire Stations 1 & 12.

Contractor will be responsible for performing all work detailed in the following project:

Forsyth County is seeking qualified bidders to provide all materials, equipment, and labor for the Tennis Court Resurfacing at Coal Mountain Park and Pickleball Court Resurfacing at Matt Community Park.

This Pedestrian Improvement project/contract consists of 0.813 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk and trail construction, a pedestrian bridge, curb & gutter, storm drainage installation, asphalt resurfacing & striping, signal upgrades, and landscaping. The project will upgrade the southbound Commerce Avenue sidewalk and connect to the existing McDaniel Farm Park trail network.

This is a Pedestrian Improvement project/contract consisting of 0.632 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, traffic signal installation, ATMS, striping and installation of water line.

The North Hall Community Center is experiencing active leaks in its roof. The awarded Contractor shall remove and dispose of all roofing and insulation materials and replace with new insulation and 60 mill white TPO. This is a turnkey project. The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. The awarded Contractor shall also: Remove and dispose of existing roofing and insulation materials including metal coping, flashing, etc. Furnish and install new roofing and insulation materials Prepare deck for new insulation board Furnish and install insulation board R-30 or equal in fit, form, and function to meet code requirements Furnish and install Dens deck to add strength to roof surface Furnish and install crickets between all scuppers and along walls at windows and in corners where necessary to prevent standing water Furnish and install TPO perimeter enhancement sheet to comply with code and/or manufacturer requirements Fasten TPO perimeter sheets to comply with code and manufacturer requirements Install 60 mill white TPO mechanically attached to deck per manufacturer requirements All vertical TPO (curbs, parapets, etc) shall be fully adhered with bonding adhesive according to manufacturer requirements Heat weld all TPO seams according to manufacturer requirements Terminate TPO with TPO drip edge Furnish and install pipe boot flashings at all pipesFurnish and install pitch pans and seal at all A/C line sets Furnish and install any metal coping and/or flashing, if necessary and as needed Require project manager to be on-site for the duration of the project Furnish 5-year workmanship warranty at no additional cost to the County Furnish 20-year manufacturer warranty at no additional cost to the County

The City seeks to procure and install a 24' x 60' modular office building at the existing Public Works site. The building will serve as an operations hub featuring offices, a breakroom, storage, locker room, and restrooms. It must connect seamlessly to the existing deck shared with the current modular building. All work includes delivery, installation, utility connections, skirting, and final inspection for a turnkey installation.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete, moveinready installation, including delivery, placement, foundation/anchoring, skirting, utility connections, interior fixtures, and all required finishes. All work must comply with Georgia State Minimum Standard Codes, ADA requirements, and all applicable local permitting and inspection standards.
