Scope of Work: Work associated with the proposed improvements is described as follows: Schedule A Taxiway A and Apron Pavement Maintenance Schedule B Taxiway B and Apron Pavement Maintenance Taxiway A and Apron Pavement Maintenance consists of crack seal, seal coat, temporary and permanent paint markings. Approximate quantities include, 39,445 LF of crack sealing, 23,293 SY of seal coat, and 2,414 of temporary and permanent markings. Taxiway B Pavement Maintenance consists of crack seal, seal coat, temporary and permanent paint markings. Approximate quantities include, 14,813 LF of crack sealing, 8,306 SY of seal coat, and 1,071 of temporary and permanent markings.

Description: Constructing guardrail and installing signs on the Old Spiral Highway in Nez Perce County

The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace artificial turf within the playground areas totaling approx. 9,200 sq. ft. at McEuen Park playground located at 504 E. Front Ave.. Work includes fencing and signage to ensure safety and removal and off-site disposal of the existing turf and pad.

A description of the work of this project can generally be summarized to include: This project consists of developing a previously undeveloped site for a new brine facility for Lakes Highway District. The site will be fully developed per these documents and specifications. The site will have one new building that will primarily be for brine storage and production with a small break area and restroom for employees. These buildings will also tie into new and existing utilities as delineated within the engineering drawings and specifications. The building itself will have a building permit associated with it and site work will be under a site development permit with Kootenai County.
