Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities to provide Maintenance & Small General Construction Services for HACC and its affiliates.. HACC Intends to enter into multiple contracts with a pool of Contractors for these services. Contractors will submit bids to enter into a one (1) year agreement with HACC (the “Agreement”) with an option by HACC to extend for four (4) subsequent one-year renewal agreement(s). The intent of this document is to provide interested contractors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for consideration by HACC for services on an as-needed basis.
