This is a roadway improvement with pavement reconstruction and installation of an off-street multi-use path along the entire project limits. The work to be performed under this contract consists of pavement reconstruction, installing curb & gutter to replace existing shoulders, sidewalk and multi-use path construction, traffic signal installation at Gary Avenue and Prairie Avenue, culvert extension at the Winfield Creek crossing (SN 022-0169), pavement markings, driveway replacement, ADA curb ramps, storm sewer installation, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. DBE goal 21%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
