The scope of this project involves furnishing all labor and materials for the Remodel of two Chemistry Labs. This project involves a refresh of two adjacent chemistry classrooms which are located on the second floor. In each classroom the scope of work involves removing and replacing the teachers' work station, student work stations and emergency showers. The entire suspended ACT ceiling system will be removed and replaced. Existing light fixtures and mechanical diffusers will be replaced with new in their original locations. The space will also receive new paint, flooring and base. This project has Three Additive Alternates. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
