The City is requesting proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to evaluate the existing HVAC conditions in the basement level of City Hall and provide a complete solution for adequate heating, cooling, ventilation, and overall air distribution throughout the space. The intent of this project is to allow the contractor to inspect the existing conditions, evaluate the current HVAC equipment, and provide a recommended design and price based on their professional assessment. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete and functional HVAC system that serves the entire basement level.

Maury County, Tennessees Solid Waste Department is requesting bids for a contractual relationship with one qualified licensed vendor to provide solid waste transportation as described in the General Specifications section of bid documents. All offerings made under this invitation shall meet or exceed the detailed requirements as set forth in the attached minimum specifications, drawings and plans, if any. All values specified in the invitation shall be considered as minimums, unless otherwise specified. Maury County Solid Waste utilizes 42-yd enclosed compactor boxes for municipal solid waste and 40-yd open-top boxes for demolition or bulky waste at each of its convenience centers. These containers are typically collected by County employees, but when there are exceptional events like peak volumes or employee outages, MSCW needs assistance to ensure adequate service is being provided at the centers. This work should therefore be considered as an on-call, as-needed basis and not a regular collection service.

The City of Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting proposals for annual service of all Leisure Services Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Equipment. As set forth in Attachment A (Scope of Services), Proposer shall perform and provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC services at all City of Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department facilities.

The Town of Smyrna wishes to establish an annual contract for pest control services at various Town locations. Service shall include a regular initial inspection and monthly treatment at each location for the eradication and preventative control of all types of pests and rodents such as rats, mice, and all insects i.e., flies and ants, any spiders, etc., through a prescribed and approved method of extermination. The Town has food service areas and the vendor will be required to fog all kitchens and food service areas on an as requested basis at no additional cost. The vendor will coordinate with the facility administrator or other personnel designated to oversee the facilities pest control for access to the kitchen and dining areas. Normal working hours are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. These specifications cover all labor, material, equipment and certifications necessary to accomplish pest control and eradication. A list of designated Town departments and contacts are on page 12. All buildings shall be treated at least once each month and more as may be required at no additional cost to the Town. A recall for service to a facility will be completed within one working day at no extra charge. The contractor shall supply between scheduled visits glue board, roach bait station, fly bait, etc. on an as needed basis. Glue boards must be changed on an annual basis. The successful bidder shall be responsible for any damage incurred by chemicals used. The exterior perimeter for outside coverage shall be 3 feet with consideration given for ornamentals and mulch landscaping.

The project includes installing a raised crosswalk across Park Plaza, constructing a 14' wide concrete greenway with a 4' planting strip along Park Plaza to the intersection of 31st Ave and Park Plaza; providing a crosswalk across 31st Ave to provide a landing with sidewalk connection on the Centennial Park side. Reconstructing a portion of the existing Park Plaza pavement, removing sidewalk along 31st Ave and constructing an extension to the existing retaining wall, per project plans and specifications. Project also includes stormwater modifications, traffic control, installation of new signal poles, new pavement markings and crosswalk improvements. Additionally, the project includes lighting for the existing stretch of 440 Greenway between West End Ave to Oman St as well as the new stretch from the trailhead at Park Plaza till the intersection of Park Plaza and 31st Ave per project plans and specifications.

Quotes should cover mowing grass from 3.50 to 3.75 inches; weed-eating along all structures, curbs, fences and any landscaping areas required to be weeded by hand and removed from site; and all parking areas, sidewalks and pedestrian areas to be blown or swept to remove cuttings. Cutting should be done every two weeks staring in April and then once a week in May through the end of September and back to every two weeks in October until the end of the month. This project consists of repairing various damaged sites on Spring Creek Road (FS 27) and Citico Creek Road (FS 35-1). This Base Bid consists of HVAC unit replacements for the upper level of the Lone Oak Community Center. The successful mechanical contractor shall act as the prime contractor and provide a full and complete HVAC system to include providing all necessary components and controls to meet the energy code requirements including economizers on the packaged units.
