CENWO intends to procure Construction Services for the construction of the Department of Energy Legacy Management Grand Junction Field Service Center, Grand Junction, CO, Building A and Site Work. The scope encompasses the complete interior and exterior renovation of Building A, an existing 3-story office building of approximately 40,000 SF, and site improvements.

Hunden Partners (Hunden) on behalf of Visit Fort Collins (VFC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit input from developers to assess market interest in the development of a conference hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado (the Project), to be located on the campus of Colorado State University (CSU or University). Through this RFI, VFC seeks to engage experienced and qualified developers with a demonstrated track record in the development, financing, construction, ownership, and operation of conference hotels. This process is intended to gather market perspective, refine the Project approach, and inform a future, more formal procurement process. Respondents may include integrated development teams and are encouraged to identify key partners, such as hotel operators, design professionals, and contractors as part of their response. However, operators, architects, or contractors are not required at this stage and these entities should not submit to this RFI independently.

HCED seeks concepts for redesign and reuse of the pool building and surrounding area.The remainder of the Inn will be demolished. Three office suites located at 125, 127, and 129 W. 7th Street, Walsenburg, CO 81089.HCED seeks concepts for redesign and reuse of these suites which face 7th Street in Walsenburg.This site is next to a burned down former hospital that is the subject of a brownfield clean up grant that has been submitted and is awaiting an award decision. The former Lathrop Youth Camp located at 12 W. Highway 160, Walsenburg, CO 81089.This site consists of 5 main buildings and HCED seeks concepts for reuse and repurposing of the site.

The Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for the construction of a new Wastewater lift station located at the existing South Lift Station site. Work includes the construction of a 100,000 gallon buried concrete wetwell, installation of a new packaged lift station and enclosure, buried pipe modifications, and electrical upgrades at the site

Academy Blvd over Platte Ave Bridge Replacement PEL Study

The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of Tank 140, a 3.3-million-gallon (MG) AWWA D110 prestressed concrete potable water storage tank, for the Pueblo West Metropolitan District. Work includes site preparation; excavation and grading; construction of the tank foundation system; and complete construction of the prestressed concrete tank, including floor slab, core wall, circumferential prestressing system, exterior shotcrete, and roof structure. The Work further includes all tank appurtenances, interior liner system, and coatings suitable for potable water service. The Contractor shall provide and install all associated piping, valves, fittings, and connections, including inlet, outlet, overflow, drain piping, and tie-ins to the existing distribution system. Electrical and instrumentation work includes power service, lighting, level measurement, and integration with the Districts SCADA system. Site improvements include access roads, fencing, gates, drainage facilities, and final grading and restoration. The Work also includes testing and commissioning, including hydrostatic testing, disinfection in accordance with AWWA standards, and functional system verification. All Work shall comply with AWWA D110, CDPHE requirements, and all applicable codes and regulations, and shall include all submittals, permits, and documentation necessary for a complete and operational facility acceptable to the District.

Generally, the Work consists of construction of the River Road Flushing Drainage Improvements, including installation of a new fire hydrant, waterline appurtenances, storm drainage piping, manholes, outlet protection, and associated site grading and drainage improvements. The Work also includes demolition and removal of select existing facilities, culvert cleaning and extension, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, utility coordination, and restoration of disturbed areas. Incidental work includes all excavation, dewatering, bedding, backfill, testing, surface restoration, and other appurtenant items necessary to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project consists of construction services to remove and replace an existing laboratory tabletop fume hood and associated rooftop exhaust fan located in Building 2, Room 1330 at the NIST Boulder Campus. Work will include demolition and replacement of existing countertops, sink, base cabinetry, plumbing connections, and associated architectural finishes. Mechanical work includes removal of the existing fume hood, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fan and installation of a new walk-in fume hood, hazardous exhaust fan, exhaust stack, and duct connections. Electrical work includes removal and installation of circuits serving the fume hood and exhaust fan, installation of cable tray and dedicated receptacles for laboratory equipment, reconnection of lightning protection systems, and bonding of the hood and exhaust system. Plumbing work includes reconnecting existing piping to a new sink and eyewash station. Fire alarm work includes installation of a supervised fume hood panic alarm system connected to the building fire alarm panel. The contractor will also provide structural design and installation of exhaust fan stack supports, perform ASHRAE 110 performance testing of the hood and exhaust system, and coordinate construction activities with NIST personnel.

The City of Aspen is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to clean and apply a penetrating silane/siloxane sealer to the concrete driving and parking surfaces within the Rio Grande Parking Garage located in Aspen, Colorado. The intent of this project is to protect the concrete decks from moisture intrusion, chloride penetration, freeze-thaw damage, and deterioration associated with salts and vehicular traffic. The garage consists of four parking levels: Level 2 Level 1 Basement Level B1 Basement Level B2 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. This project must take place during the Fall off-season which is from early October to the Middle of November.

The Aurora Public School District is seeking a qualified vendor to perform tree maintenance services including, but not limited to removal, pruning, planting, stump grinding, inspections, chemical treatment, and more.
