Generator Installation Services, Pueblo County

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (District) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for the construction of three (3) new generator installations. Each one is a separate project and will require a separate Bid Schedule to be submitted. The three (3) project locations are Wastewater Lift Station #1, Wastewater Lift Station #2 and the River Pump Station near the damn of Lake Pueblo. The Project will be awarded based on the total of all three (3) Bid Schedules together (Refer to the enclosed Bid Form). Scope of Work shall include all labor, materials, grading, travel, fuel, equipment etc. necessary for the complete construction of the items described and specified in the plans and specifications. It also includes placing complete and operable systems into operation as specified and shown. Accessories required for proper operation of the systems, even though not specifically indicated, shall be included and installed. Project WA 2607 Generator Addition - River Pump Station This Project consists of the installation of new concrete pads for the installation of a new transfer switch and a new 550KW stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 GCAM. The existing stand-by generator is to remain and is currently connected to provide back-up power the VFD and for Pump 4. The new generator will provide backup power for the VFD and Pump 5. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced to enclose the new generator. Project WW 2602 Generator Replacement Wastewater Lift Station #1 This Project consists of the installation of a new concrete pad for the installation of a new 650KW (Programmed to 400KW) stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 PGAM. The existing stand-by generator is to be removed and relocated to the PWMD facility located at 300 N. McCulloch Boulevard. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced to enclose the new generator. New bollards are to be installed as shown on the plan to provide protection from vehicle traffic in and around the area. Project WW 2603 Generator Replacement Wastewater Lift Station #2 This Project consists of the installation of a new concrete pad for the installation of a new 650KW (Programmed to 400KW) stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 PGAM. The existing stand-by generator is to be removed and placed on a trailer, to be provided by PWMD Facilities, at the site of the project. 2026 Large Item Clean-Up, Federal Heights CO

The Large Item Cleanup program consists of citywide curbside collection of residential bulk items and transport and disposal at a waste management facility. While the City has guidelines for the program the contractor will be expected to collect and dispose of all items that have been placed out for collection regardless of adherence to the program guidelines. The only exceptions will be for items that are illegal for disposal or that will not be accepted by the waste management disposal facility.
