The town of Westford is accepting bids for elevator maintenance services at all Town of Westford and Westford Public School facilities. Services shall also include the coordination of state elevator / wheelchair lift inspections on behalf of the town. This service contract will require quarterly examination and lubrication services (four times per year) for each passenger elevator, one annual maintenance servicing for each wheelchair lift, and the coordination of state inspections for all elevators and wheelchair lifts. The town of Westford is accepting bids for generator maintenance services at all Town of Westford and Westford Public School facilities. The generator maintenance service will include performing annual preventive maintenance on generators at locations listed in the attached.

The Town of Winthrop, MA solicits price quotations for the following: Hourly labor rate for a licensed MA Electrician with one helper to provide an estimated 100 hours of streetlight and traffic signal outage repair for the Winthrop Department of Public Works. The DPW Director will batch work orders of at least 5 locations but not more than 10 locations at a time and call them into the awarded contractor who will be expected to mobilize and make the repairs within 1 week of the call. The Town will supply all materials and necessary police details for the repair work.

The Town of Winthrop, MA solicits price quotations for a minimum of a 3-person hourly crew rate for tree services. The crew must be comprised of at least three professional tree technicians and capable of providing tree pruning work, full tree removal, and stump grinding services as needed and directed by the Director of Public Works. The Town of Winthrop, MA solicits price quotations for the following: cost to load, transport, and dispose of yard waste, street sweeping debris, and mixed asphalt/cement debris from the Towns storage facilities at 100 Kennedy Drive in Winthrop, MA. The project area is a Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) disposal site (RTN 2-13150). The project consists of the remediation of the site by excavation and offsite disposal of contaminated soil and wetland sediments in and around several former dump and burn areas. Levels of lead in some of the remediation areas exceed the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) limit of 5 milligrams per liter (mg/L) and require in-situ treatment prior to excavation and offsite disposal. Debris, including glass bottles, refuse, and/or miscellaneous electrical components, is present in some removal areas. Some corroded drums containing miscellaneous electrical components or other solid debris may also be present, requiring removal. Miscellaneous surface debris (tires, metal debris, etc.) may also require removal and offsite disposal. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in Hazardous Waste Remediation & Transportation to bid.
