The City of Alexandria is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for construction of Old Town Pool. The Town of Woodstock is soliciting qualifications from professional graphic designers and muralists to create a signature design for the exterior of its North Street Water Tank, a highly visible 2,000,000-gallon Composite Hydropillar structure located near the I-81 corridor. This project runs in parallel with a separate long-term water tank maintenance and painting procurement. The Town welcomes qualifications from both graphic designers and muralists. We are looking for a creative professional whose practice equips them to solve a specific challenge: delivering a brief, resonant gateway message on a large, curved, exterior surface visible from the interstate. The right applicant may approach that through typography and graphic composition, through painted imagery, or through a combination of both. What matters is the strength of the creative vision and the ability to execute at scale. This procurement is conducted in two stages. Applicants are asked to submit qualifications only at this stage. For shortlisted applicants, price proposals and design concepts will be solicited separately in Stage 2.

Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), is seeking to purchase maintenance, repair and inspection services for Automatic Doors associated with facilities located at the Welcome Center and Administrative Building. The contractor shall provide labor, tools, supplies, equipment, management and transportation necessary to inspect, maintain and repair all automatic doors. Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The objective of this procurement is to establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide an ordering mechanism for the government to obtain fence repair services on an as-needed basis. Individual orders will be placed through the award of task orders as requirements arise. Period of Performance of one (1) base year and four (4) option years.

The Town of Farmville, Virginia is requesting sealed bids for the construction of new restrooms at Wilck's Lake Park. The project consists of new construction of public restrooms (with changing areas) adjacent to the splashpad, playground and walking trials, to include construction of slab on grade foundation and construction of new interior and exterior finishes. The scope of work is the building footprint and 5 feet beyond that footprint for utility rough-ins. Site Development and connection of utilities will be performed under a separate contract.

The City of Richmond is soliciting bids for the Deepwater Terminal Road Extension project which will improve access to the Port of Richmond by extending the roadway by approximately 0.7 miles from its current terminus north to Goodes Street. The work will include, but may not be limited to, extending the road, shoulder, ditches, and curbs; installing lighting infrastructure; improving drainage including extending the existing double box culvert carrying Goodes Creek; and all associated work items need to complete the project.

ATC seeks a qualified contractor to construct one set of rock steps and one set of locust steps on the Appalachian Trail. Contractor will demolish and dispose of the existing timber-built staircase at the Hwy 58 Appalachian Trail access (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cz45CK3uu4qVoWdXA) and replace them with stone stairs; achieving approximately 25 feet of vertical gain, and perform additional rock armoring above/below, retaining rock work, and construct a micro gravel connection trail. Contractor will also build approximately 30 log steps, achieving approximately 20 feet of vertical gain on a section of trail south of where the Iron Mountain Trail intersects with the Appalachian Trail. Work must comply with USFS Standard Trail Plans & Specifications and be consistent with USFS trail design parameters for the designated trail class (pedestrian-only, class 3) and use. Contractor work must be completed by December 2026.

The City of Charlottesville is accepting bids for contracting services for Phase 1 of the City's Traffic Signal Replacement and Intersection Upgrades Project which includes, but is not limited to, the installation of traffic signal poles foundations and mast arm poles, conduits, junction boxes, traffic signal heads, pedestrian signal indicators (countdown), signage, ADA ramps, concrete sidewalk, pavement markings, and other traffic related equipment. Prince William County Service Authority d/b/a Prince William Water is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for Hoadly Booster Pumping Station (F05) and Discharge Main Upgrades. Scope: Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Hoadly Booster Pumping Station (F05) and Discharge Main Upgrades. Project location: 12516 Springwoods Drive, Woodbridge VA.

The work includes at-grade improvements along King Street at the intersections of North Beauregard Street and between South Chesterfield Road and North Hampton Drive. The project will create a multi-modal environment and promote safety for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists by adding an additional left turn lane in each direction on King Street, medians, a 10-ft shared use path on portions of King Street and North Beauregard Street, upgrading sidewalks. VDOT prequalification required.

The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multifamily units. Qualified contractors will be part of a selected pool of contractors, who will be provided an opportunity to compete for each project for a period of up to four years. There is no guarantee of work as a result of being placed on the City's prequalified contractors list.

The Town of Leesburg, VA is soliciting sealed proposals to establish multiple term contracts to provide snow and ice removal services from Town rights-of-way including streets, sidewalks and trails as well as Town property such as parking lots, the Town's parking garage, the Town's police station, etc. This is a continuous solicitation. Center Pointe Parkway Extension involves the construction of approximately 2,400 LF of new twolane divided roadway from a new intersection at Old Hundred Road (Route 652) to the intersection of Tomahawk Creek Road / Learning Place Loop. The new roadway extension shall consist of connecting Center Pointe Parkway to Old Hundred Road, providing a new multimodal connection, a roundabout at the intersection with Old Hundred Road, and associated stormwater and utility improvements. The project also includes the construction of a series of new box culverts within the Little Tomahawk Creek floodplain to accommodate the roadway connection. The project includes the extension and connection of a 16 ductile iron water main and ancillary sanitary sewer improvements. The work will include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, adjustment of utilities, landscaping, lighting, roundabout aprons & islands, raised median and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.

The City of Norfolk seeks a lighting designer/contractor to design, fabricate, install, maintain, and remove a cohesive holiday light experience within Town Point Park. The installation shall create an immersive, family-friendly holiday environment and build upon the established lighting enhancements created and installed in 2025. The Contractor shall: 1. Develop a comprehensive lighting design concept aligned with existing lighting elements and holiday theming. The designs vision must tie into the existing holiday decorations of the Battleship Wisconsin and the Pagoda to create a cohesive holiday experience. 2. All new elements must be designed and fabricated to withstand outdoor winter climate, to include waterfront wind gusts. 3. Develop renderings and layout plans showing: Major light features Pathway lighting Tree uplighting Feature displays Ice rink entrance lighting treatments Speaker placement 4. Conduct a site walkthrough with the City prior to final design approval 5. Submit final design package for the Citys approval prior to purchase and installation 6. Obtain all applicable permits necessary for the installation and operation of the lighting experience 7. Identify existing power sources and assess load capacity (and provide temporary power distribution where necessary). Cost of electricity will be covered by the City. 8. The City will provide a listing of holiday music acceptable to the City. The Contractor shall set up speakers, create and control the playlist. The City will be responsible for royalty payments, if any. 9. Provide regular, nightly inspection of all lights to ensure evening illumination 10. Ensure that all elements of the installation are fully functional within the hours of operation. The lighting experience will be operating from dusk till dawn each night on the dates communicated to the Contractor by the City. Music shall be turned off at night in accordance with applicable City Code sections. 11. Be on-call for outages/failures, and replace defective materials within one hour of Citys notification. 12. De-install all lighting, cabling, audio equipment, and temporary infrastructure upon event conclusion, label it as needed and pack it into a storage pod provided by the City.

The objective of this solicitation is to establish a Contract with a qualified firm to provide minor building repair and construction services on an as needed basis for County owned and leased facilities.

The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to provide construction services for Capital Improvement Work, which generally consists of large-scale public works infrastructure and street improvement projects, including construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of State and County Streets. Typical task orders through this contract may include some or all proposed curbs, gutters, driveways, aprons, lead walks, storm and sanitary infrastructure, transit shelters and amenities, lighting, signage, striping, underground conduits, traffic controls, traffic signals, grading, landscaping, asphalt roadways, retaining walls and related streetscape and site work (the Project) and all other work shown, described, and required by the Contract Documents (hereinafter the Work).

The County of Louisa is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide recycling disposal services. The bidders should have a facility within fifty (50) miles of the Town of Louisa, Virginia. The materials will be transported to the facility by County staff and equipment for handling and recycling. All recyclable materials shall be recycled and detailed recycling weight reports per material classification shall be submitted to the County on a monthly basis. Recyclable materials include, but are not necessarily limited to, commingled recyclables (newspaper, mixed paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass), cardboard and mattresses/box springs.
