This project includes the installation of one speed cushion as well as associated signage and striping on El Mirage Road between Well Street and End Street. Additional signage installation will also be required in the area.

This initiative is essential to modernize all three airfield lighting vaults, ensuring long-term reliability, safety, and continued compliance with regulatory requirements.

Construction to improve the exterior areas of the building to provide better access, lighting, signage and required American with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades. Scope of work includes mitigating drainage issues in the courtyard, play area and around the building. Engineers estimate does not include the addition of playground and shade structure replacement which should be included in this bid.

The City of Buckeye is seeking Bids from qualified contractors for the Central Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) Basin A and Effluent Station Rehabilitation project. The City of Buckeye Water Resources Department is conducting rehabilitation of its 1.5-million-gallon (MG) wastewater treatment Basin A located at its Central Beloat Wastewater Reclamations Facility (WRF) located at 915 South 7th Street Buckeye, Arizona 85326.

The work consists of widening Camelback Road and constructing raised medians. The work includes grading, excavation, embankment, concrete and asphalt concrete paving, drainage scuppers, landscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, signs, traffic signals, street lighting, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and other related work.

To establish contracts for analytical testing of water, wastewater, solid wastes, and special projects for: nutrients, biologicals, metals, non-metals, organics, aquatic toxicity and radio chemicals with qualified licensed environmental laboratories.

This JOC Contract will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) one-year extensions available at the Citys sole discretion.

The Kyrene Branch and Highline Canal Shared Use Paths project is located along a portion of the Kyrene Branch Canal and Highline Canal. A 0.9-mile path along the Kyrene Branch Canal and a 0.25-mile path along the Highline Canal will connect to existing concrete paths in the City of Tempe. Bike lanes will also be added on Orchid Lane and 54th Street. The Citys trail system is progressing through its development in both public and private projects to create a continuous trail from north to south across the city along the Agua Fria River. A key component for the trail systems development is a crossing across an ADOT drainage channel between the citys Friendship Park and Interstate 10. The city is currently working with Michael Baker International on design of a pedestrian bridge at this key location. Design is currently scheduled to be completed to 60% in June 2026.

The City of Buckeye is looking for a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Construction Manager at Risk Valencia System Water Mains Upgrade project. The project is located within the Valencia Subdivision between Apache Road to Miller Road and Maricopa Road to Baseline Road in Buckeye, Arizona. The project will be completed in two phases: Phase I: Pressure Reducing Valve; Phase II: Valencia Water Main Replacement The construction of the Water Main Replacements.

The proposed project is located in Maricopa County on SR 85 south of Gila Bend between milepost 4.39 and milepost 6.02. The work consists of drainage improvement by extending existing Concrete Box Culverts (CBC) up to the Clear Zone at five locations within the project limits. The work also includes replacing existing pavement, removing existing guardrail and replacing existing fence, placing riprap, pavement marking and other related work.
