The existing shade structure is located within the the Lake Minnequa Veterans Park. The intent of this project is to supply electrical service at the shade structure for future music concerts and other community special events.

There are large gaps between the logs and holes from woodpeckers throughout the exterior of the cabin. This has allowed rodents and other bugs to infest the cabin's interior. The cabin needs maintenance, specifically chinking and filling in holes in the exterior logs to prevent further damage.

Replace one automatic air vent, replace 2.5 gallon expansion tank, and provide all necessary piping and fittings to connect to the existing single zone system. Inject 30% glycol into the system. Remove the old boiler and all associated parts. Clean and test the system. Provide one year warranty on all labor and materials.
