The City of Aurora is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services to survey, evaluate and document the condition of the existing precast concrete panels that comprise the exterior cladding of the Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) building and its adjacent parking structure. The AMC is located at 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy., Aurora, CO 80012. The Consultant shall perform a comprehensive physical assessment of the existing precast concrete panel systems and prepare a signed and sealed Survey Report documenting observed conditions, causes of deterioration, planning-level rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost and schedule estimates, and prioritized recommended scopes of work for corrective repairs.

RFP for legal services for the Town of Bayfield, Colorado

This project is Phase 1 of the rehabilitation of the Tower Road Sanitary Sewer Interceptor. Phase 1 extends from 59th Avenue to 68th Avenue. This phase includes eight (8) point repairs and 5,974 feet of cured in place pipe lining. The point repairs will include excavations to approximately 30 feet and replacing manholes and pipe. Associated required work will include traffic control and bypass pumping.

The City of Craig (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to overlay approximately 6,500 sq. ft. of an existing Modified Bitumen (Torch down) roof with a minimum 50 mil PVC membrane roof, or approved equivalent, at the Museum of Northwest Colorado located at 590 Yampa Ave, in Craig CO. The City of Greeley is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms for performance of a Conditions (Blight) Study for a proposed West Greeley Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District. The purpose of the study is to determine whether the area meets the statutory factors for a blighted area under applicable Colorado urban renewal law, and to provide the factual basis necessary for consideration by the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority (GURA).

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals to provide design services for the new One Water Laboratory

List-A noxious weeds are those that are mandated for eradication by the Colorado Department of Agriculture per the Colorado Noxious Weed Act. The specific List-A noxious weeds at this location include hairy willowherb and yellow flag iris. The location is at the Tantra Environmental Park (drainage easement in Lot 2 in the Walden subdivision near the Bridgewalk apartment complex (602 Walden Cir). Timing of submittals may be challenging as Boulder Housing Partners would like to have an agreement in place by June 1st, 2026. Yellow flag iris is expected to be visible by May but will not flower until mid-June, and hairy willowherb is not anticipated to be visible until mid-June. An image with pinpoints identifying known locations of these species has been provided to help illustrate the extent of infestation and to assist vendors in more accurately estimating the level of effort required for treatment. Please feel free to visit the site to get a better understanding of the area. Treatment work is starting with the growing season of 2026. We realize its likely going to be a few years before all of the weeds can be eradicated and will be starting with a one-year contract with the option to renew for two additional oneyear terms. We will be looking to continue management of these species for multiple years and after the weeds have been eradicated, we will likely continue monitoring the site for a few years to ensure they do not pop up again in which case we will process amendments to the existing contract for any additional services or as things change (depending on effectiveness of treatments).

The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Restoration Implementation firms to perform a range of services to improve water quality and fire resiliency.

The City of Wheat Ridge is requesting statements of interest regarding the redevelopment and/or reuse of two vacant public elementary school properties: Kullerstrand Elementary School located at 12225 W 38th Avenue Wilmore Davis Elementary School located at 7975 W 41st Avenue The schools are currently owned by Jefferson County (Jeffco) Public Schools and were closed in May 2023. Through joint use agreements, the city utilizes portions of each property for parks and recreation purposes and is seeking to maintain that use in a long-term capacity, but the city is not positioned to utilize the entire property nor to repurpose the school buildings. The city is seeking a partner to redevelop or reuse the portions of each property that contain the school buildings. In partnership with the selected respondent(s), the city will present a reuse proposal to Jefferson County Public Schools. This request is intended to provide the opportunity for interested developers or entities to demonstrate their interest and capability. Respondents may submit for one or both school properties.
