This work consists of removing existing village signage within the the median of IL Route 59, furnish and installation of 9 foot tall by 12 foot wide village welcome sign, landscaping, sign lighting, and erosion control.

The Project involves the construction of the place of remembrance as described in Section I. While the design of the place of remembrance is not yet finalized, there will likely be a primary focus on hardscape and landscape installation with the probable incorporation of a portion of existing landscape. Multiple delivery alternatives will be explored for the Project with an ideal completion date of June 30, 2027. The CMR will be expected to take an active role in assessing completion options, alternatives, and order-of-magnitude costs in the design and planning process.
