Roadway Reconstruction project on a new shifted alignment consists of earth excavation, embankment, structure removal, portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement, hot-mix asphalt pavement, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses, pavement removal, PCC shoulder, hot-mix asphalt shoulder, combination concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, PCC sidewalk, drainage improvements, sheet pile retaining wall, cast in place box culverts, traffic signal installation, water main relocation, lighting, landscaping, erosion and sediment control, traffic control and protection. IL47 from Jericho Road to south of Galena Road is within the City of Yorkville, Village of Sugar Grove and unincorporated Kane County and Kendall Counties.

The work on this project consists of bridge deck and approach slab scarification, concrete overlay, bridge deck slab repair, bridge joint repair, HMA pavement transition beyond approach to tie back in to existing pavement, and any collateral or incidental work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and as described herein.

This project adds 35 traffic signals into the Central Traffic Management System and 2 traffic signals to an existing closed loop system including installing fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ Cameras and traffic signal controllers among other equipment to allow for remote access and monitoring capabilities at these locations. The Project is in three different areas of Cook County.

The work on this project consists of bridge deck and approach slab scarification, installation of 2 bridge latex concrete overlay, bridge deck and approach slab repair, bridge joint repair, HMA pavement transition beyond approach to tie back in to existing pavement, and any collateral or incidental work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and as described herein.

The scope of work for this improvement will include Bridge Deck Overlay, Bridge Joint Replace, bearing and Substructure Repairs of the structure that carries, 131st Street over Metra Railroad

The work consists of removing and replacing the existing box culvert with dual 42 equivalent diameter elliptical concrete pipes with perpendicular wingwall upstream and concrete end sections downstream. Guardrail will be upgraded to current standards on the north side of US Route 34. The guardrail on the south side of US Route 34 will be removed. Additional work includes pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, erosion control, and ancillary work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein.

The work on this project consists of bridge deck and approach slab scarification, installation of 2 bridge latex concrete overlay, superstructure repair, bridge joint repair, HMA pavement transition beyond approach to tie back in to existing pavement, and any collateral or incidental work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and as described herein.

This project involves bridge deck replacement, replacement of all bearings, substructure repairs, and painting of the entire superstructure of SN 053-0149, a 5-span bridge along IL 23 over the Vermilion River and BNSF railroad in Livingston County. The project also involves removing and replacing the pavement north of the bridge to correct settling that has occurred and involves the milling and resurfacing of the pavement to the south of the bridge to extend the life of the road.

This project proposes converting the entire closed loop system into a centralized traffic management system with remote connection capabilities. This project will install new single mode fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ cameras and ATC controllers among other equipment to allow for remote access and monitoring capabilities at these locations. The entire system will be optimized to improve traffic flow and decrease congestion. Traffic will be monitored through PTZ cameras. Location: There are eighty-two (82) signalized intersections proposed on this project located in Cook and DuPage Counties within the Cities of Rolling Meadows and Des Plaines, and the Villages of Mount Prospect, Elk Grove and Bensenville. These locations consist of multiple closed loop systems located along IL Route 62 (Algonquin Road), IL Route 58 (Golf Road), Arlington Heights Road, IL Route 72 (Higgins Road), IL Route 83 (Kingery Highway / Busse Road), US Route 14 (Northwest Highway), IL Route 83 (Elmhurst Road), Wolf Road, Oakton Street, and US Route 12 / 45 (Mannheim Road / Lee Street).

The project consists of the removal of two existing culvert structures. The first location consists of a 6 x 2 culvert (EX S.N. 053-2588) and replacing it with an 8 x 2 culvert (PR S.N. 053-2600) under IL Route 47 over Indian Creek Tributary. The second location consists of removing and replacing a 6 x 4 culvert (EX S.N. 053-2589) and replacing it with a new 6 x 4 culvert (PR S.N. 053-2601) under IL Route 47 over Indian Creek Tributary. This includes structure removals, installation of box culverts, hot-mix asphalt paving, slope and ditch grading, landscaping, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. Location: This project includes two locations located on FAP 329 (IL 47) over Indian Creek Tributaries in the County of Livingston. The improvements include spot improvements to IL Route 47, 1 mile north of Ford County Line and 0.2 mile north of N200N Road south of Strawn.

The project consists of the removal of the existing 6 x 3 culvert (EX S.N. 053-2548) and replacing it with an 8 x 3 culvert (PR S.N. 053-2597) under IL Route 116 over Morehouse Creek Tributary. This includes structure removal, installation of a box culvert, hot-mix asphalt paving, guardrail placement, slope and ditch grading, topsoil excavation and placement, landscaping, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. Location: This project is located on FAP 673 (IL 116) over Morehouse Creek Tributary in the County of Livingston. The improvements include 370 feet of net and gross improvements to IL Route 116, 5.6 miles west of I-55.

This project consists of removing and replacing the superstructure of structure number (SN) 006- 0112. Additional work includes limited Hot-Mix Asphalt resurfacing, guardrail replacement and embankment widening. Location: This project is located on FAI 80 (I-80) under FAS 188 (CH 8) approximately 2 miles north of US 6 at Wyanet, Illinois in Bureau County.

This project consists of bridge deck replacement at SN 060-0120 as well as construction of HMA pavement connectors, HMA Butt Joints, HMA shoulders, concrete median, concrete shoulder curb, guardrail, aggregate shoulders, median concrete barrier, inlet boxes, pipe drains, end sections, traffic control, pavement markings, and other necessary items to complete the proposed work. Location: This project is located along IL 111/IL 3 (Homer M. Adams Parkway) over North Rodgers Avenue and Bloomer Drive in Alton at SN 060-0120.

This work consists of washing all components of the structure which includes all structural steel (beams, girders, diaphragms, bearings, cross framing, lateral framing), top surface of piers and abutments, deck drains (scuppers), entire deck surface, inside face of parapets, finger plate expansion joints and elastomeric troughs. Location: This project is located at Structure No. 032-0099 carrying F.A.P. Route 326 (IL 47) over the Illinois River and the I&M Canal approximately 1.2 miles south of US 6 (Morris) in Grundy County.

This project consists of structure repair utilizing stage construction, concrete overlay on the bridge deck, guardrail and traffic barrier terminals, pavement marking, and any other work necessary to complete this section. Location: This project is located at existing SN 080-0009 carrying IL 130 over East Fork Fox River, 0.4 miles north of County Road 1275N, north of Olney in Richland County.

The project includes removing and installing new mast arms, foundations, and street signs. The project will provide, conduit, wiring, and video detection systems at all intersections. Location: I-80 EB Exit Ramp at IL 251 in LaSalle County I-80 WB Exit Ramp at IL 251 in LaSalle County May Rd & IL 251 in LaSalle County

This project consists of resurfacing and the addition of hot-mix asphalt paved shoulders on Illinois Route 94 from South of Illinois Route 116 to North of Township Road 300N. The project also includes spot repair and replacement of existing culverts, replacement of existing guardrail, ADA improvements within the Village of Stronghurst, and all related collateral work necessary to complete the project. Location: This project is located on Illinois Route 94 just South of Illinois Route 116 extending South to 0.06-mile North of Township Road 300N in Henderson County.

This work consists of washing all components of the structure which includes all structural steel (beams, girders, diaphragms, bearings, cross framing, lateral framing), top surface of piers and abutments, deck drains (scuppers), entire deck surface, inside face of parapets, finger plate expansion joints and elastomeric troughs. Location: This project is located at Structure No. 050-0079 carrying F.A.P. Route 46 (IL 251) over the Illinois River and CSX Railroad approximately 0.1 mile south of US 6 (Peru) in LaSalle County.

The intent of the project is to replace the existing structure S.N. 023-0014 with S.N. 023-0036 at D&EI railroad 0.2 miles west of N 1800th St east of Paris and raise the grade of the bridge, which requires roadway profile change on the eastern and western approaches. This work shall be completed utilizing lane closures in accordance with the applicable Highway Standards. Appropriate measures shall be taken by the Contractor to preserve and protect the surrounding environment.
