Traffic Signal Term Agreement for the City of Chicago, IL

The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and supply F.O.B., to the City of Chicago, Department of Aviation (CDA), all supervision, labor, material, equipment, transportation of equipment and materials, tools, traffic control, barricades, safety equipment, locating of utilities, and applicable permits necessary to perform Airside and Landside Concrete Maintenance, Repair and Replacement at OHare and Midway International Airports.

This project in general includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other as included items necessary for the completion of following base bid quantities: approximately 1,341 square yards of bridge deck latex overlay and bridge deck grooving; approximately 138 cubic yards of concrete removal; 63 cubic yards of concrete superstructures; 10,850 pounds of reinforcement bars; jacking and removing/replacing 20 bridge bearings; approximately 1,052 square feet of structural repair of concrete; approximately 2,227 square feet of cleaning and painting exposed reinforcement; approximately 630 feet of cleaning and painting ornamental railing; approximately 21 feet of repairing metal handrail; miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications.

The City of McHenry is soliciting bids for the 2026 Hydrant Painting Program. The proposed improvements include: sandblasting and painting of fire hydrants, and other necessary and incidental work.

Improvements consist of earth excavation to achieve target contours, installation of limestone terrace walls, Gabion Baskets, erosion control, brush clearing, removal and replacement of brick pavers, and three years of ecological management.

The work for which proposals are invited consists of all labor, material, and equipment to complete the construction drawings, fabrication signs, and installation of signs throughout the Village of Grayslake. The signage fabricator will be responsible for providing full, detailed, color shop drawings that clearly indicate how the design intent of the signs will be maintained through fabrication. Sign Installation: A complete description and specification of the sign structural support will be prepared by the bidder and provided in the shop drawings. It will be the responsibility of the successful fabricator to provide support foundations, posts, base, and/or cabinet of sufficient structural strength, anchored to the sign and into the ground at a depth and/or in a manner that is sufficient to prevent them from being damaged by wind gusts, affected by local freeze/thaw cycles or removed by vandals.

In general, this contract includes removal and replacement of public sidewalk, parkway and carrage walks, combination curb and gutter, driveways, and PCC basecourse; pavement adjacent to curbs, adjustment of drainage structures, buffalo boxes and all appurtenant work thereto. Sidewalk sequencing during the work and adherence to the completion date is of emphasis for this project as outlined in the plans and proposal forms.

First Street Parking Garage Repairs for the City of Highland Park IL.

The Village of Orland Park (Village) is requesting bids for five (5) point repairs and the rehabilitation of eighty-five (85) sanitary manholes and approximately one thousand linear feet (1,000 LF) of sanitary mainlines. Point repairs include excavation to remove and replace defective sanitary mainlines and laterals, backfilling, surface restoration, and all related work as further described in the Special Provisions. Manhole rehabilitation includes sealing and adjusting manhole frames, replacing frames and covers, installing internal chimney seals, installing a barrel section and cone, grouting joints and full manholes, cementitious sealing, epoxy coating, repairing bench and trough, and all related work as further described in the Special Provisions. Mainline rehabilitation includes cleaning and televising mainlines and laterals, cured-in-place pipelining mainlines and laterals, air testing and grouting lateral connections, and all related work as further described in the Special Provisions.

The scope of services includes hydro excavating the parkway at the selected B-Box locations to the top of all residential domestic water services lines to determine the type of pipe material. Material type shall be classified as copper, lead, galvanized iron or steel. This work shall include identifying the type of material at both the public and private side. Each water service located shall be photographed and documented. All excavations will be a minimum of 18 inches on either side of the center of the B-Box to ensure proper material identification on both the public and private side are achieved. The City estimates the contractor will perform approximately 250 hydro excavations located in the parkway adjacent to various residential addresses.

The City is accepting bids from qualified suppliers to furnish bituminous asphalt materials on an as-needed basis for street maintenance and construction activities. Materials shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth herein and the applicable specifications.

DuPage County County is seeking bidders to provide submersible pumps and accessories for its JOF Stormwater Station and Sanitary Station. Pumps shall be manufactured by Flygt Pump, KBS Pump, Grundfos Pump, or equal. Pricing shall include a minimum of one (1) day of start-up services for Stormwater Equipment and a minimum of one (1) day of start-up services for Wastewater Equipment.
