Scope of Work: the construction of variable width concrete sidewalk along both sides of Route 60 from Ruthers Road to 300-ft east of Karl Line Drive, a distance of approximately 3,115 LF. The project also includes modifications to existing traffic signals and the installation of new pedestrian signals at two intersections and roadway widening along the southbound side of Turner Road. The work will include grading, excavation, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, pedestrian and traffic signals, maintenance of traffic, and adjustment of utilities and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.

The City of Colonial Heights VA Recreation Department seeks a contractor to install a splash pad at Flora Hill Park, 300 Richmond Avenue, Colonial Heights VA. The City of Colonial Heights will furnish and install the water line and the sewer line to the splash pad, along with the back flow preventor. The City will also be responsible for coordinating with Dominion Power for the electrical lines needed for this project. The City will purchase all the equipment necessary for the splash pad, from Landscape Structures. The contractor will be responsible for site excavation, site work, sub-base, stone sub-base, installation of the splash pad equipment, concrete work, plumbing, start-up training, and winterization training.

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide annual street maintenance services including microsurfacing, slurry seals, cape seals and crack sealing, and all incidentals. Work shall be inclusive of right-of-way permits, street sweeping, signage, public notifications, no parking signage and maintenance of traffic.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish contracts with one or more firms for the monitoring of disaster-generated vegetative debris and construction debris. This will include initiating load tickets at debris loading sites, estimating the volume of debris (in cubic yards or other unit of measurement) being delivered by trucks to each debris reduction/disposal site and the roving debris monitors.

The work to be performed under this contract and associated work orders includes excavation and disposal of all contaminated material and other non-contaminated materials scoped for removal, verification of the extents of contaminated material via the performance of post-excavation confirmation soil sampling, and replacement of material with suitable import material, placed in compacted lifts, and restoration of disturbed areas used for the work to pre-existing conditions, or as otherwise scoped. The City of Roanoke Department Parks and Recreation is requesting competitive bids for the demolition of the existing Loudon Park Basketball Court followed by the construction of a replacement Basketball Court.

The contractor will be responsible for installing all specified items, which may include rentals, permanent fixtures, permanent lighting components, and dcor owned or supplied by the City. The contractor must furnish all necessary materials, personnel, and equipment required to fully execute both the seasonal lighting plan and the installation of permanent lighting elements intended for ongoing use.
