This project consists of airfield infrastructure expansion and modernization to improve safety and operational efficiency, and increase aircraft parking capacity, while achieving Envision certification. The work includes construction of new Taxiway (TW) L segments and a taxiway connector between TW L and TW M, as well as a new Remain Overnight (RON) apron accommodating four narrowbody aircraft. Associated improvements include new airfield electrical systems, LED taxiway lighting, illuminated guidance signage, pavement markings, high mast lighting, CCTV cameras, relocation of the existing Air Operations Area (AOA) fence and the construction of a new retaining wall. Supporting civil improvements include relocation of Vandriver Street and existing maintenance roads, relocation and protection of impacted utilities, and construction of two new stormwater drainage ponds designed for detention and water quality treatment. All work will be phased to mitigate impacts to airfield operations and comply with FAA requirements.

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, two (2) air handling

units (MAU), and the provision of all necessary bypass pumping at the Districts Wastewater Treatment Facility. Work includes demolition and proper disposal of existing UV and HVAC equipment; furnishing and installing a complete new UV disinfection system and two (2) AHUs; providing temporary bypass pumping to maintain continuous treatment operations; completing all required mechanical, electrical, structural, and control modifications; integrating new equipment with existing SCADA and HVAC systems; and performing all testing, startup, training, and documentation required to deliver fully operational systems.

Wildfire Mitigation - Programatic Review and Implementation Plan

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for a traffic camera system, including a vehicle-mounted radar/laser/camera unit, camera systems located in conjunction with traffic lights, stand-alone units, time/distance speed calculation systems, and a citation processing system. The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals for multidisciplinary consultant teams to prepare the Safer Streets Harmony Road Study, a multimodal corridor safety and access study for approximately four (4) miles of Harmony Road from John F. Kennedy Parkway to the West I25 Frontage Road.

The project proposes construction of a new pedestrian crossing on 12 th Street north of Mesa Avenue, that will connect to a new concrete sidewalk between the existing parking garage and Unity Field stadium. The new crossing and sidewalk will provide a protected pedestrian walkway between the Mav Center and large parking lot located east of 12th Street, north of Mesa Ave., south of Orchard Ave.
