The City of Steamboat Springs, hereinafter referred to as the City, is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide landscape design services for river access improvements and associated recreational amenities at Charlies Hole (C Hole) on the Yampa River in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the Project (Exhibit A).

The goal of the City, through this RFP, is to contract with a licensed security firm to provide consistent, reliable, professional uniformed security services for the Edgewater Municipal Court (the Court). In consultation with the Court, the selected vendor will establish security protocols and standard operating procedures to protect the Court, its immediate surrounding environment and all users of and visitors to the Court on days that Court is in session.

The purpose of the Stormwater Master Plan (SMP) study is to identify areas of localized flood risk in urban settings across Lakewood and present future drainage infrastructure and capital improvement concepts to mitigate flood risk and convey stormwater runoff in accordance with the Citys drainage criteria. The goals of the SMP include: Identify high level infrastructure improvements that will reduce flood risk in the system. Identify areas and extent of urban flood risk. The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide street striping, pavement marking, marking removal, and related traffic control services on City streets, parking areas, intersections, pedestrian crossings, and other City-controlled facilities.

The intent of this RFP is to select a qualified contractor capable of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, quality control, and incidentals necessary to complete pavement marking work as directed by the City. Water Place is a two-level residence with a finished basement within the City of Aspens 505 Housing inventory, originally constructed in 1998. The residence encompasses approximately 2,400 square feet. The purpose of this renovation is to update interior finishes, including paint, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, showers, faucets, and toilets. The selected general contractor will also be responsible for installing a new heat pump, air handler coil and ERV.

The City of Boulder (City), by and through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional design services for the Eaton Park Infant Loss and Stillbirth Memorial Garden. The project requires working closely with the client and donor organization to develop the vision from Concept through Construction Documentation. Proposing teams will demonstrate design leadership, an understanding of City of Boulder permitting requirements, and interdisciplinary expertise regarding the implementation of the project in a public park. This project is substantially, if not entirely, supported by donation funding. This donation funding includes a vendor who believes one or more entities may be willing to provide donated services - either at no or substantially discounted costs. The City believes donated or highly discounted services are feasible, and indeed, likely, for this work. The City hereby places proposers on notice of a strong preference to use donated services and the overall viability for in-kind services

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new HVAC system in the existing Materials and Testing facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. The existing 13,714 square foot building housing Testing Labs and Offices requires an HVAC upgrade. Work shall include removal of all four ground mounted units and replacing them with three new gas fired VAV packaged rooftop units and one new single zone VAV unit for the Lab. All units shall be mounted with a 36 plenum curb that sits on existing housekeeping pad. Nine new VAV boxes with electric reheat shall be installed, and the existing Building Automation System shall be replaced with new controls.

El Paso County is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced, professional Consultants to furnish all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for professional services for the Bear Creek Maintenance Shop Remodel. The El Paso County Parks Department has identified a significant need within the Bear Creek Park Maintenance Building to expand office space and accommodate ADA requirements due to personnel changes and new full-time employee (FTE) hires. Addressing these needs is essential to supporting continued departmental growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service to County residents. Selecting qualified Communication System Installers to bid on the Wemlinger Communication Systems Upgrades Project.

Provide custodial services for fourteen (14) BRT stations between Pennsylvania Street and Colorado Boulevard.
