This is a traffic signal replacement project consisting of the removal of the existing traffic signal controller and appurtenances and replacement with a new traffic signal controller, mast arm and poles, vehicular signal heads, handholes, underground conduit, detector loops, and other items meeting current standards to complete the project. Locations: The proposed project consists of the complete removal and replacement of traffic signal systems at various locations: US 67 at IL 100 in Alton IL 161 at Lebanon Avenue in Belleville IL 143 at Old St. Louis Rd in Wood River IL 143 at IL 111 in Wood River IL 3 at Stolle Rd in Dupo IL 161 at N Belt West/Fullerton Rd in Swansea

This project consists of deck patching, slope wall repairs, abutment and pier repairs, new concrete wearing surface, abutment bearing replacement, expansion joint replacement, traffic control, and any other work necessary to complete the project. Location: This project is located at SNs058-0068, 058-0069, 058-0070, and 058-0071 on I-72/US 51 in Macon County. SN 058-0068 carries I-72 westbound/US 51 southbound over Harristown Boulevard. SN058-0069 carries I-72 eastbound/US 51 northbound over Harristown Boulevard. SN 058-0070 carries I-72 westbound/US 51 southbound over Grand Avenue and Norfolk Southern Railway. SN 058-0071 carries I-72 eastbound/US 51 southbound over Grand Avenue and Norfolk Southern Railway. These structures are located 2.1 miles east of Harristown, Illinois.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing double barrel, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete box culvert, EX SN 091-2005, (12-0 W x 9-0 H), over a stream with a castin-place double barrel concrete box culvert, PR SN 091-202, (12-0 W x 9-0 H). The box culvert will be constructed utilizing stage construction. This project also consists of the removal and replacement of the existing double barrel, cast-inplace, reinforced concrete box culvert, EX SN 091-2012, (10-0 W x 7-0 H), over a stream with a cast-in-place double barrel concrete box culvert, PR SN 091-2030 (11-0 W x 7-0 H). The box culvert will be constructed utilizing stage construction. The project also consists of the removal and replacement of the existing single cell, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete box culvert, EX SN 091-7022 (5-0 W x 5-0 H), over a ditch with a precast box culvert, PR SN 091-7094 (6-0 W x 5-0 H), with precast end sections. The precast box culvert will be installed during a weekend closure. The project also consists of the removal and replacement of the existing single cell, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete box culvert, EX SN 7027 (5-0 W x 5-0 H), over a ditch with a precast box culvert, PR 091-7095 (6-0 W x 5-0 H), with precast end sections. The precast box culvert will be installed during weekend closure. The work also includes installation of PCC pavement and shoulders, earthwork, stone riprap, pavement marking, seeding, and any other work necessary to complete this project.

The project involves tree pruning within right of way. Location: This project is located on IL 34 from the Akin Blacktop to the Saline County line in Franklin County.

This contract consists of repairing, replacing, or upgrading existing damaged steel plate beam guardrail, traffic barrier terminals, impact attenuators, median cable, and all associated appurtenances on a work order basis. Guardrail shall be repaired or replaced in accordance with the details and standards in the plans as directed by the Engineer. Location: This work is located on various state maintained routes district wide in Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Madison, Bond, Clinton, St. Clair, Monroe, Marion, Washington, and Randolph Counties.

The project involves pavement patching on I-64 ramps. This project includes removal and replacement of pavement, shoulders, curb & gutter, and median on IL 37 and the I-64 ramps. Location: This improvement consists of pavement replacement 0.40 miles long and located from IL 37 at Bunny Farm Road and proceeds north on IL 37 just north of I-64 west bound on ramp. It also consist of pavement patching on I-64 on and off ramps.

This project consists of painting bridge structures and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. Location: This project is located on IL 3 over NSRR 1.2 miles south of W. Pontoon Road in Granite City at SN 060-0193 and SN 060-0194.

This project consists of SMART overlay, patching, aggregate shoulders, and striping. Location: This project is located on Old IL 316 from 0.2 miles north of IL 16 in Mattoon to D Street in Charleston.

The existing deck slabs are to be evaluated and repaired with partial and full depth patches. The existing pavement markings will be replaced throughout the structure limits. Location: This project is located in East St. Louis, Illinois (St. Clair County) along I-64/I-55 approximately 1150 feet east of the Mississippi River. The proposed project limits start at the western limits of SN 082-0251 & SN 082-0252 and end at the eastern limits of SN 082-0251 & SN 082-0252 with a project length of 3080 feet or 0.583 miles on SN 082-0251 & 2992 feet or 0.567 miles on SN 082-0252.

The project involves mast arm upgrades, new foundations, new TS2 type V cabinet, with controllers and video detection, new UPS cabinets w/Alpha battery back up units and new batteries. Install groundmount service cabinet, Intersection grounding (ground rods in pullboxes), and new street lights. This project also includes pavement marking removal and new pavement markings on the northwest, southeast, and northeast legs. Location: This improvement is at the intersection of US 45 and IL 13 in Saline County.

This project consists of adding lanes and a reconstruction, and the work to be completed under this contract consists of pavement removal, earth excavation and placement of embankment, precast box culvert installation, bridge replacement, storm sewer installation, construction of new PCC pavement with combination concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and shared use path construction, traffic signals and interconnection installations, highway lighting replacement, water main and sanitary sewer relocation, placement of pavement marking, landscaping, erosion and sediment control, and any incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. Location: This project begins on the centerline of IL 31 north of Bull Valley Road and extends in a northerly direction to IL 120 in the City of McHenry within McHenry County. This project has a gross and net length of 8,360 feet (1.58 miles).

The general scope of this project is pavement resurfacing (SMART Overlay) and Shoulder Repair. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of pavement patching, milling of existing HMA surface, placing HMA surface course, placement of pavement markings, shoulder work, rumble strips, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. Location: The SMART Overlay resurfacing and patching improvement of Illinois Route 72 (Higgins Rd.) begins 136 feet east of Reinking Road and extends in an easterly direction approximately 14823 feet (2.81 miles) to the east side of Industrial Drive. The improvement is located in the Villages of Gilberts and Pingree Grove in Kane County.

The general scope of work consists of SMART overlay, proposed pavement markings, ADA ramp details at the ramps listed, installing APS push buttons at all signalized intersections listed, and replacement of all loop detectors impacted by the resurfacing. Location: This proposed improvement is located at US 41 (Skokie Blvd)/ IL 50 (Cicero Ave) from Golf Road to Devon Ave is in the Villages of Skokie and Lincolnwood in Cook County, IL.

The project consists of a designed HMA overlay of existing concrete pavement and ADA improvements. The roadway scope of work includes HMA pavement, curb removal and replacement, median removal and replacement, pavement patching, driveway removal and replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, ADA improvements, and traffic signal/APS improvements. Location: The project is located along IL Route 62 (Algonquin Road) from Radisson Way to Barker Avenue in Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg, Illinois. The gross and net length of the project is 4,957.13 ft (0.939 miles).

The project consists of pavement patching, 1 HMA removal and surface replacement, and 10 HMA shoulders. The project also includes sinudional rumble strips, shoulder rumble strips, pavement marking, and reflective pavement markers. Location: The project starts 0.3 miles north of Deer Run Rd and proceeds north on IL 127 to the Washington Co. Line.

The work to be performed under this contract shall include HMA surface removal and overlay, pavement patching, maintenance of traffic, pavement marking, landscaping, ADA curb ramps, APS improvements, curb and gutter removal and replacement, median removal and replacement, guardrail removal and replacement, impact attenuator installation, bridge pier crash wall repairs, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and described herein. Location: This project is located on W. Peterson Road from west of IL 137 to US 45 in the Village of Libertyville in Lake County. The gross and net length of improvement is 0.712 miles (3,760.1 feet).

This work shall consist of repairing or replacing damaged electrical traffic control devices, repairing highway lighting outages, traffic signal re-lamping and cleaning, replacing loop detectors, modernizing existing electrical facilities, adding new facilities and providing electrical services that are requested at locations described in a department work order issued in compliance with this contract. Locations: This work will be performed within the geographical boundaries of District 9 which includes the following counties: Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, White, and Williamson.

The work consists of repairs and temporary shoring to the existing Pershing Road Bridge (SN 016-1423) over Racine Avenue and Norfolk Southern Railroad east and west spurs. Work includes installation of temporary shoring towers, structural steel repair, protective shielding, pavement marking and signing, traffic control and protection, and all incidental work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the Plans and as described herein. Location: The project is located at existing S.N. 016-0396 on Pershing Road (FAP 391) over Racine Avenue and NS Railroad 1.3 miles west of I-94 in the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. The gross length is 2,470 feet (0.47 miles) and the net length of the project is 655 feet (0.12 miles).

The project involves planting trees along the multi-use path at several locations including between Reed Station Rd. to Crab Orchard Lake, on the north side of Commerce Dr. in Carterville and Crainville, and in the gore areas of the Wolf Creek Rd. overpass. Location: This project is located along the multi-use path from Reed Station Rd. in Carbondale to the Wolf Creek Rd. overpass in Crainville.

This work includes mast arm and pole replacement, installation of LED signal heads, installation of accessible pedestrian signals, controller replacement and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. Location: This project is located in Lake and Cook Counties in District 1.
