The work in this section consists of placing 2 1/2 inches (2 lifts) of Bituminous Resurfacing, Aggregate Shoulders, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Aggregate Surface Course and other incidental work necessary to complete the improvement in accordance with the plans as directed by the Engineer and as specified herein.

The proposed improvement consists of the construction of Longitudinal Joint Seal, Bituminous Tack Coat, Hot Mix Asphalt Binder Course, Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Aggregate Wedge Shoulder, Pavement Marking and other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project. The work on this project is located on Blairsville Road from IL 242 west 10.75 miles to the White County Line.

The scope of work consists of traffic signal modernization at five intersections along E Indian Trail Road (FAU 1503, MUN 1157, and FAU 1509) between Ohio Street and Pennsbury Lane. The five intersections will be integrated into the Citys existing centralized transportation management system. The project is located in the City of Aurora along E Indian Trail Road (FAU 1503, MUN 1157, and FAU 1509) from Ohio Street to Pennsbury Lane in Kane and DuPage counties. E Indian Trail Road becomes N Aurora Road east of Eola Road. The gross length is 2.917. The net length of the project is 0.814 miles which accounts for several project omissions between the project termini. A location map is shown on the cover of the Plans.

The proposed work consists of the construction of a two-span precast prestressed concrete deck beam bridge, HMA surfaced approaches guardrail and other work to complete the section. The road will be closed to traffic during construction. The project is located approximately 1.7 miles northeast of Momence, beginning at Station 3+84, a point in the northeast 1/4 of Section 8, T 31 N, R 14 E, 2nd PM, and continuing north to Station 7+85.

The proposed improvement will consist of widening Old Collinsville Road to the west to establish a southbound right-turn lane at the intersection of Old Collinsville Road with Ashland Avenue. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct Subbase granular material, Concrete Pavement, Portland cement concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, Portland cement concrete driveways, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal modifications, pavement markings, signage, drainage structures, storm sewer, and all other necessary work to complete the project as detailed in the plans. The work on this project is located on FAU Route 9168 (Old Collinsville Road), in St. Clair County, at the intersection of Old Collinsville Road and Ashland Avenue within the City of Fairview Heights and the City of OFallon, IL. The project begins at Sta. 185+20.77 and extends in a northerly direction to Sta. 189+37.21 along mainline Old Collinsville Road.

Contractor shall furnish and install all materials, labor, construction equipment, and supervision required to construct one (1) 34.5kV Switchgear building weather-tight, with all associated foundation, doors, roofing, lighting, receptacles, HVAC, drainage piping, building grounding, etc., in accordance with this specification, the attached drawings and Purchasers schedule including all testing of the building lighting, receptacle and HVAC systems installed by Contractor as required to turn over to the Purchaser as ready for occupancy so that Purchaser may proceed with Purchasers installation of the 34.kV switchgear and other associated equipment.

The general areas to be serviced include the following: Lobbies & Entrances, General Office Areas, Stairwells, Restrooms, Locker rooms, Private Offices, Hallways, Conference Room, Kitchen Areas, and Lunch Rooms. This work shall consist of restoring compacted soils and soils that have lost their structure and ability to sustain plant growth. Soil Decompaction serves as a viable method for restoring soil conditions in areas where the topsoil layer has been fully removed and the underlying subsoil has become compacted due to vehicular activity or previous land use activities. Soil decompaction is intended to restore the soil structure and condition to make it more suitable for plant growth. Amendments to the soil may need to be made in addition to the decompaction works if issues are identified following soil testing. Soil decompaction should not be applied within the root zones of trees that are to be retained and protected as it is very invasive and will cause irreversible damage to the tree roots. The decompaction work involves subsoil preparation, incorporation of organic material into the subsoils (compost, peat, etc.), incorporation of additional topsoil into subsoils, and regrading the area to appropriate compaction levels for plant material installation.

The work consists of installation of pedestrian lighting along the Illinois Prairie Path within the Village of Maywood. The project would also provide Enhanced Pedestrian Crossings of Roadways, Pathway Signage consistent with the Prairie Path regional theme; Benches, and Tree Removal and Planting, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to construct the project as shown on the plans and described therin.

The work consists of the reconstruction of the existing 8-ft trail with a 10-ft hot-mix asphalt trail on a new alignment, the reconstruction of connector paths as shown in the plans, and the installation of a new 8-ft connector path along the east side of Harold L. Richards High School, along with installation of new light poles, a segmental concrete block wall, drainage improvements, sidewalk, driveway reconstruction, and other items necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein.

(2.95-Mile) Roadway Reconstruction and widening with hot-mix asphalt pavement, resurfacing, multicell box culverts, pipe culverts, storm sewer systems, ditch grading, curb and gutter, pavement markings, landscaping, guardrail. Located on Main Street is a two-lane roadway located in the Village of Lemont and unincorporated Cook County.

5.0 miles of pavement patching, cold milling, and HMA resurfacing on IL 26 from the Wisconsin State Line to Brush Creek near Orangeville. This work shall consist of testing the ride quality of the finished surface of pavement sections with new concrete pavement, PCC overlays, full-depth HMA, and HMA overlays with at least 2.25 in. (57 mm) total thickness of new HMA combined with either HMA binder or HMA surface removal, according to Illinois Test Procedure 701, Ride Quality Testing Using the International Roughness Index (IRI). Work shall be according to Sections 406, 407, or 420 of the Standard Specifications, except as modified herein.

Proposed pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt milling and resurfacing, reconstruct existing curb ramps and crosswalks, modify a total of six (6) signalized intersections for pedestrian push buttons, signal heads, and signal timing adjustments, remove and reconstruct two (2) knee-walls, install Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon at Walnut Street intersection.

0.92 miles of cold milling, patching, and designed overlay along IL 40 and IL 2 in downtown Sterling. Locust Street: North of 5th Street to 2nd Street 2nd Street: Locust to 1st Avenue 1st Avenue: 2nd Street to 5th Street 5th Street: 1st Avenue to Locust Street 3rd Street: Locust Street to east of 4th Avenue

Pavement patching, cold milling, and hot-mix asphalt resurfacing along with some traffic signal modifications. Location: South Street from Locust Avenue to Galena Avenue in Freeport.

Shoulder resurfacing and reconstruction, drainage, erosion control, ditch grading, interim lighting & ITS work at the IL 5/I-74 interchange. Work along I-74 begins approximately 0.6 miles north of IL 5 and ends approximately 0.4 miles south of IL 5. The work along IL 5 begins at 16th St and ends approximately 0.3 miles east of I-74. the gross length of the project is 10,559 ft.

Pavement resurfacing on the I-80 and I-39 interchange entrance/exit ramps with minor rehabilitation and repair work at select structures, improvements to existing pipe & box culverts, slope & ditch grading, upgrading guardrails, impact attenuators, high tension cable barriers, and super elevation on FAI 80(I-80) from 0.1 miles east of IL-351 to 0.3 miles west of IL-178. Approximately 4.13 miles gross length.

The project includes partial depth patching, milling, resurfacing, bridge deck overlay, bridge joint replacements, bridge approach roadway improvements, and related collateral work necessary to complete the project. Location: This project is located on Business Route 24 and Illinois Route 8 (McClugage Road) from US Route 24 to Illinois Route 8 (Washington Road) in Washington, Illinois in Tazewell County

This project is located on FAU 5951, FAS 297 & FAU 392 (US 6) beginning at IL 47 to 0.7 mile west of NiGas Road in Channahon. The work consists of milling and resurfacing 3 3/4" (designed overlay). Additional work shall include Class D patching, pavement marking, pipe culvert end section replacements and cleaning and loop replacement. Location: This project is located in Grundy County at US Route 6 in Morris, from IL 47 to 0.7 mile west of NiGas Road in Channahon.

This project consists of design overlay and other related collateral work necessary to complete the work in the plans and as described herein. Location: This project is located on Illinois Route 98 from Illinois Route 29 to 0.2 mile east of Parkway Drive in Tazewell County.
