Esperanza Water Works Electrical Improvements. The installation of new El Paso Electric Service to the R.O. Site and Well Site to include new electrical service, metering disconnects, transfer switches, generators, panels, docking stations to feed existing equipment and to power new HVAC units. The project also includes extending power from the Well Site to a nearby above ground storage tank for lighting and instrumentation power. Electrical will include low voltage wiring in duct bank systems through pullboxes, cable testing, trenching and backfill.
