The Lawn Maintenance Services Contract will encompass parks, rights-of-way, facility grounds, and other Town-controlled property within the corporate limits of the Town of Argyle. The Town's intent is to provide a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing public realm through routine and consistent mowing, edging, trimming, and flower bed maintenance throughout the growing season.
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The contractor must completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for new construction for the Veterans Affairs Garland Elevator project as required by the specifications, drawings, and supporting attachments included in the solicitation package. The project will modernize / replace ten (10) electric elevators and four (4) hydraulic elevators and correct functional deficiencies to bring them up to current elevator codes and VA design guidelines. Areas that will be addressed are: elevator pits, machine rooms, control systems, hoist ways, machine drives, landing doors, phones, safety systems, car operation panels, door operators, signaling devices, upgrade elevator cab interiors, and provide the VA with EMS Panorama to meet existing elevator monitoring system. The GC shall provide a one (1) year repair clause to match a one (1) year maintenance and a one (1) year warranty. Mechanical penthouses: Decommission elevator equipment that will not be used and remove.

The Government intends to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) consisting of one (1) Base year and four (4) one-year option year. Contract is for the preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems supporting building 5730 located at Lackland Air Force Base, 1525 Wurtsmith Street, San Antonio, Texas 78236. PoP 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2031.
