The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain bids from qualified contractors to provide Best Management Practices (BMP) services for storm water facilities and related landscaping on an as needed basis at various locations within the City of Suffolk. The Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, fuel, transportation, certifications, permits, and fees required to perform the work.

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Trash Rake Improvements project (the "Project"). The Project will entail site work, demolition, concrete, painting, metals, mechanical, electrical, and other related specialties necessary to improve the City's trash rake systems (the "Work"). Specific details regarding the nature and prosecution of the Work are provided below in the Statement of Work.

The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Administration and Inspection Services including, but not limited to; construction administration; construction management; construction inspection; environmental inspections; quality assurance and independent assurance; material sampling, testing and certifications; surveying services; utility designation and location; plan review; constructability review; biddability review; value engineering proposal review; construction schedule and critical path method (CPM) review; delay claims analysis; cost estimating; construction document review; payment review and processing (to include all applicable documentation); provide qualified inspectors on an as needed basis to augment Construction Bureau Inspections staff; assist in training Public Works inspection staff regarding civil construction inspection best practices including State and/or Federal requirements.

Description: Construction of the project, which includes furnishing and installing an influent screen system, complete with all associated appurtenances and site work in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and contract documents.

The City of Falls Church (City) is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms/Bidders to construct Walden Court Stormwater Drainage Improvements Project. The Project includes targeted stormwater improvements, including replacement of an existing stormwater outfall and associated infrastructure, to improve system reliability and downstream performance. Project elements include, but are not limited to: New stormwater infrastructure (outlets, pipes); Storm drainage replacement; and Erosion and sediment control.

The work includes renovations to laundry and food prep areas. Modifications include demolition of existing laminate casework with stainless steel casework. Commercial grade dishwashers will be provided at each food prep area. One existing dishwasher will be relocated to the cat prep area. Existing washers and dryers will be replaced with new. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems will be modified to suit the revisions.

This work includes the replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of existing 10-inch cast iron force main with a new 10-inch ductile iron (DIP) force main. The proposed alignment extends from City Pump Station 113, located on Morgans Lane, to a new connection with the existing 16-inch DIP force main along Birdneck Road.

Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Bisdorf Building HVAC Renovations project at Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria Campus, Project Code # 260-18280-003 located in Alexandria, Virginia. The project is generally described as renovation of all downstream mechanical equipment after the air handling units for phase 1 and 2 of the Bisdorf Building.

Bridgewater Crosswalk Improvement Projects (the Project) are located in the Town of Bridgewater, Virginia. Scope: There are two crosswalk projects included in the project: VHSIP Pedestrian Crosswalk Main Street (UPC 122967) consists of the installation of a crosswalk and pedestrian refuge island on Main Street (Route 42) near Generations Park, along with RRFB crosswalk signals. VHSIP Pedestrian Safety Improvements (UPC 125448) consists of the installation of two RRFB crosswalks signals. One crosswalk is located on Dinkel Avenue between 100 and 105 Dinkel, adjacent to Blue Ridge Christian School. The other crosswalk is located on Mt. Crawford Avenue at Naomi Lane, connecting to the existing Gen Oak Connector path near Oakdale Park.

Annual contract to furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, fees, and supervision necessary for Annual Contract for Construction & Maintenance Services Basketball, Tennis, Pickle Ball Courts as needed and requested by the County of Henrico, Department of Recreation & Parks, all in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications.

Prince William Water is seeking proposals from qualified sources for Fabrication and Installation Services for Fluidized Bed Incinerator (herein FBI or incinerator) Spares located at H.L. Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility; to include the FBI Top Plenum; Crossover duct connecting the FBI to the Heat Exchanger Top Plenum; the Heat Exchanger Top Plenum; the crossover Expansion Joint(s); and, the Heat Exchanger. The selected Offeror shall evaluate the condition of the existing heat exchanger. As an option, Prince William Water may request the refurbishment of the existing heat exchanger.

Fauquier County is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to rehabilitate Taxiway A including lighting replacement and the installation of a self-serve fueling station at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport in Midland, Virginia.

The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 9,464 linear feet of 24- inch diameter water line, 2,130 linear feet of 8 service line, residential and existing waterline connections, and all necessary appurtenances on Leavells Road between Courthouse Road and to a point near Tipperary Trail along the frontage of parcel TM 34G-14-445 in Spotsylvania County, VA.

The Work under this Project consists of the development of a new subdivision in James City County, Virginia. Qualified contractors to perform site clearing; rehabilitation and improvement of existing Best Management Practices (BMPs), including upgrades to an existing dry pond to meet current stormwater regulations; and installation of stormwater conveyance systems. In accordance with the approved plans, the work shall include installation of silt fencing and stormwater runoff controls, clearing of lots, installation of new stormwater piping, inlets, and swales, extension of potable water lines to the site, and installation of eight municipal sanitary sewer connections. The site is located at 179 Clark Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The site consists of three decimal zero one (3.01) acres split between eight (8) parcels, buffer areas, and an open space area for stormwater management. This site is zoned for residential redevelopment (R3). Approximately 2.25 acres will be disturbed.

Gloucester County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform improvements and upgrades at the Beaverdam Creek Reservoir spillway tower and associated water treatment facilities. The project includes installation of new flow and chloride monitoring systems, electrical and control connections, sluice gate rehabilitation and replacement, sump pump and transformer upgrades, and related infrastructure improvements.

FCCPS is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Facilities Management Services, emphasizing high-quality, professional services for all five FCCPS schools. The County of Louisa invites qualified contractors to submit bids for providing fire alarm monitoring services. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts and materials, supervision, and all other incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of monitoring services of the Countys fire alarm systems. The County of Louisa reserves the right to reject services from any personnel deemed by the County to be unqualified, disorderly, or otherwise unable to perform assigned work. Monitoring services of fire alarm systems shall be provided on a 24 hour/7 days per week/365 days per year basis and performed in strict accordance with all applicable codes, regulations and standards. The awarded bidder shall provide to the County a list of all the zones and signals they monitor for each building and supply them to the County thirty (30) days after they have received a fully executed contract.

The City is seeking a responsible vendor to provide collection, transportation, and recycling of scrap water meters from Norfolk Utilities Combined Operations facility on a monthly rotational basis and/or on an as-needed basis. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. The City estimates around seventy-five (75) tons will be scrapped over the next 5 years.

A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is requested for Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services for the development of a new Copeland Park Pumping Station for Newport News Waterworks. The new facility should provide a firm pumping capacity of 12 million gallons per day, incorporate modern building construction methods, current codes, industry standards, and best practices, and integrate seamlessly with the existing 5milliongallon water storage tank located on-site.
