The City of Richmond is accepting bids to establish term a contract(s) with one or more firms to perform annual elevator, lift, and escalator preventative maintenance and repair services by NAEC-certified technicians.

This project includes the removal of existing below-ground fuel tanks, installation of new above-ground fuel tanks, replacement of the fuel dispenser, connection to the existing building EMCS, provision of a new air pump at the fuel island, and installation of a new convenience receptacle. This project is split into two volumes. Volume 1 which includes all of the scope listed above besides the physical fuel tank installation and volume 2 which only includes the physical fuel tank installation.

The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to establish a requirements type contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of General Roofing Repair and Replacement Services, on an as-needed basis, for Prince William Water. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, travel, materials, equipment, delivery, resources and workmanship as required to provide complete and satisfactory performance of various types of roofing repair and replacementservices. The Contractor shall provide the necessary means and methods (i.e., ladder, scaffolding) to accommodate access for all Work, and shall make available to its personnel all standard tools of the trade and trade consumables, accessible from Contractors personnel service vehicle(s) to ensure completion of the Work.

The Work consists of a renovation of an existing softball field and baseball field at Henrico High School, located at 302 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23227. This project will include the demolition of the existing fields, regrading, and installation of a synthetic turf playing surface. The softball field will keep the same footprint and existing dugouts; however, the baseball field footprint will be altered slightly from the existing field and will have new dugouts installed. Both fields will have new batting cages and bullpens installed with this project. Both fields will have new LED athletic field lighting installed. Both softball and baseball fields will receive new fencing. Site work will include demolition, earthwork, site grading, stormwater installation, and concrete sidewalks and pads. The infrastructure improvements will include stormwater piping and underground BMPs. All supporting activities required to complete the project will be included, such as DEQ/USACOE permit compliance, Henrico County POD compliance, tree clearing, stormwater improvements, landscaping, landscape architectural components, and site lighting. New LED light fixtures and poles and the synthetic turf will be provided by the Owner. General Contractor will be responsible for scheduling the receiving of materials to the site. Contractor shall be responsible for light pole foundation, wiring, and installation of the new athletic field lights. Contractor shall be responsible for providing the softball and baseball fields to subgrade.

The work under this Contract is for the implementation of General Government Major Maintenance and Repairs Program and consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform mechanical repairs, replacements, minor modifications, upgrades, tenant and safety improvements in King County buildings as listed in this Section. The work will principally require industrial commercial and HVAC repairs and modifications, plumbing, equipment installation, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler, and related trades. Associated subcontractors may be required. The work under this contract includes all mechanical and related trade work in secured jail facilities, office buildings, courthouses, public health clinics, King County Sheriff precincts, emergency management facilities and other county owned facilities as required. Secure facilities will require comprehensive background checks for all personnel accessing the facility. 2% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract.

The Virginia Department of Transportation invites bids for Smart Scale - Park and Ride Lot Improvements, Rt 629 From: 0.00 Mi. E. Of Rte. 850 To: 0.02 Mi. E. Of Rte. 850 in Shenandoah County. Prequalification required.

The goal of this RFP is for the County to offer residents and eligible small businesses access to weekly solid waste collection services that provide a similar economy-of-scale that a large HOA can negotiate. The program would be offered as a subscription-based service in advance of April 2029 where it may become mandatory. The County also manages a subscription-based, bi-weekly, curbside recycling service. Approximately 9,300 households participate in the program. The County anticipates awarding a contract for the curbside collection of recyclables to coincide with the award of the solid waste collection contract but may choose to award it earlier. Ideally, the same contractor will be selected for both services, but the County retains the option to award the trash collection and curbside recycling contracts separately. The County owns all the curbside recycling carts currently deployed throughout the County plus an additional 700 spare carts.

The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and material, and the performing of all work for the Annual Services Construction Contract #2 for CIPP Lining contract. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Stone Hall Fire Alarm Upgrade project at Patrick & Henry Community College, Project Code # 260-B5260-017 (M25PH104) located in Martinsville, Virginia. The project is generally described as the installation of a new fire alarm system with emergency voice and alarm communication system. The new system is designed to current codes, and once commissioned, the removal of the existing fire alarm system. Work associated with the installation of the new fire alarm system shall include cutting and patching, painting, ceiling system modifications, wall repair, and floor repair, all as required to match existing conditions where re-work is required for installation of the new fire alarm system. The new fire alarm control panel in Stone Hall will report to the campus master fire alarm panel located in West Hall that is currently monitored by a third-party monitoring company.
