Base Bid Package C shall provide for the installation of approximately 3,075 linear feet of new 16-inch waterline beginning at an existing 12-inch waterline in the vicinity of the City of Dayton WWTP located at the end of Sunset Heights Avenue, and the abandonment in place of an existing 8-inch water line, including all necessary valves, fittings, connections, and appurtenances for a complete installation in accordance with the contract documents.
