The purpose of this exploration and analysis was to determine the various soil profile components, the engineering characteristics of the materials and to provide criteria for use by the design engineers in preparing the project plans and specifications. 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. TThis project consists of the repair and repurpose of Building 138, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) - Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) for use as a parking garage for snow removal vehicles. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the existing 12,000 square foot (s.f.) concrete floor to allow for drainage of debris and moisture brought in by the vehicles. New man doors will be installed to provide egress as required by life safety building codes. A new coiling overhead door will replace the existing sliding wood door. Extensive exterior repairs will stabilize the masonry and provide a weather tight enclosure. The project also includes the installation of new mechanical ventilation equipment that will comply with current codes and electrical outlets to provide power as required for tenant use.

562998 - All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The services performed on the lift station shall either be general or confined space entry. General services does not require the contractor to physically enter the wet well, however the contractor shall be responsible for pumping out all liquid, oil, fuel, solids, grease, sand and miscellaneous debris from within the wet well, in addition to the removal of waste build up on the wet well walls.

These specifications cover furnishing, boring, drilling, pumping cementitious grout slurry and appurtenances for raising concrete slabs to their original joint lines and grade, and/or filling the void between the bottom of the existing concrete slab and the subgrade. The work described includes the furnishing of all materials, equipment, supplies and tools, the performance of all labor and services, and all incidentals necessary to complete the concrete slab raising and/or void filling under the concrete slab in a neat, substantial, and adequate manner. All areas raised shall be guaranteed against re-sinking of anything greater than for three years from date of completion.

The Village of Schaumburg is seeking to complete Phase I for Stage III of the North Meacham Road Corridor Streetscape (Southwest Quadrant) to advance the recommendations included in the North Meacham Road Corridor Plan. The goals of the North Meacham Road Corridor Plan aim to improve the Meacham Road right of way to create a transformative corridor that provides a multimodal environment and unifies the east and west sides of the 90 North District. Stage III of the streetscape improvements focuses on the west side of Meacham Road between Zurich Way and Interstate 90.

Lead Service Line Replacement Project (Phase II) for the City of Highland Park, IL.

The existing facility, located at 338 N. Iowa in Villa Park, was originally constructed as a school in 1963. It was later repurposed as a recreation center for the Village of Villa Park, serving in that capacity until 2025. Following the Villages relocation, the building underwent minor renovations to accommodate its current use as a temporary fire station. As the facility was not originally designed for long-term fire service operations, it presents several limitations related to layout, building systems, and code compliance. The Village seeks to: Evaluate the current condition and overall suitability of the existing structure Identify both current and future operational needs Determine whether renovation, expansion, or a combination of both represents the most effective solution Develop a design that aligns with modern fire station standards, supports current operations, and allows for potential future expansion

To establish a one-year contract for hydrants, hydrant parts, repair sleeves, copper tubing, brass valves, and related materials for the Village of Addison's Water Department. The following specifications describe these requirements. All of the items listed will be purchased on an as needed basis in undetermined quantities. Contract prices shall be firm for a one-year period.
