Traffic Compound Flooring Removal and Installation, Plant City, FL
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish, remove, dispose of, and install new flooring and associated finish trim throughout the Traffic Compound Facility office area, in accordance with the attached, as-built building plans.
Work includes all offices, hallways, conference rooms, operations areas, break room, bathrooms, and related spaces as outlined in the attached building plan. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing flooring, prepare substrates as required, and furnish and install new flooring and associated finish trim for a complete installation.
The City will be responsible for moving all IT equipment and employee personal effects. The Contractor will be responsible for moving larger furniture.
Work shall be performed in phases, progressing from area to area, with demolition and installation completed in each area before proceeding to the next. The phased approach shall be coordinated with and approved by the Traffic Operations Onsite Manager prior to beginning work in a new area.

Remove existing roof covering down to the decking and replace any deteriorated or damaged decking with like, kind, and quality of existing materials. Repair or replace any damaged roof framing to include rafter tails, rafters, and barge rafters. Refasten and certify decking attachment. Install a peel and stick underlayment water barrier. Replace the existing drip edge with a new metal drip edge. Install new slant-back vents, replace gas vent caps and all flashing as required. Replace all boots with new lead, EPDM, and or metal boots. Install 30-year architectural (CertainTeed Landmark or equivalent) roof shingle as per manufacturers specifications and/or a self-adhering modified bitumen roof system to any low sloped areas as per the Escambia County Building Code. Then install new shingle over the ridge vents. Then install new shingle over the ridge vents. Budget 320 square feet for damaged decking replacement. If they are missing or outdated install hurricane clips on every rafter or truss, with a minimum of 6 pictures illustrating said strapping. Trim any trees over hanging roof to clear roof by approximately 10 and remove all debris from site. Repair or replace any damaged fascia and soffit with like material and match the finish as close as possible. Replace the existing gutters with new 6 seamless gutters only where gutters are currently installed. This is to include 4 downspouts, splash blocks, and diverters as needed.
**New Bid Date: McIntosh Power Plant Site Stormwater Modifications, Lakeland, FL
The purpose of this project is for modifications and removal of existing site conditions and construction of a new storm water management system McIntosh Power Plant. The project includes removal of pavement and infrastructure, site grading, and construction of two new stormwater retention ponds for areas that previously held Units 1, 2, and 3 and the Coal Yard at the McIntosh Power Plant. These two ponds are referred to as the "West Pond" and "Admin Pond" for the purposes of this project. Existing surface waters ponds within the project area will be altered, new outfalls will be installed, and riprap revetments will be installed to ensure no scouring or erosion will occur.
