The Contractor selected shall have significant knowledge and experience in providing security services for special events and event venues. The Contractor must offer innovative security solutions. At minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following event security guard services A. Perform bag checks and security wand metal detection check for unauthorized items on both male and female patrons. B. Monitor the facilities by walking, riding a golf cart, and/or other means of transportation you can provide and consider best for actively and efficiently monitoring each facility and/or location. This shall include, but not be limited to, making rounds, manning specific areas or checkpoints, and assuring gates and doors are locked. Event security plans will be discussed with and approved by the Special Events Superintendent or their designee. C. Personnel shall take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized entrance and access to facilities or contents therein. D. The contractor is responsible for providing proper equipment and training to all personnel in order to respond at all time. E. Mange and direct the flow of attendees to prevent overcrowding and ensure orderly conduct. F. Monitor crowd behavior and intervene in case of disturbances or conflict. G. Provide the Town with a comprehensive security report after each event, to address any issues or concerns. H. Arrive at venue at least one hour before the event start time to setup and conduct a final security check. I. Ensure all security personnel are briefed on their specific duties and position. J. Remain on-site until all attendees have left and venue is secure.

Renovation of the Gulf Coast State College Natatorium Pool located on the Gulf Coast State College campus. The project consists of the renovation and resurfacing of the existing natatorium pool.

The City of Lakeland Water Utilities Engineering is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a 16-inch potable water main extension that will connect an existing 16-inch water main located on the west side of Bartow Rd (US Highway 98) approximately 1,700 LF northwest of the intersection with East County Road 540A and will extend to the proposed Lakeland, City of Bartow, and Polk County Utilities potable water interconnect site located at 4250 E County Road 540A.

Contractor shall provide labor and materials to perform scheduled inspection and maintenance (as detailed in Exhibit A) and as-needed repairs on the two (2) Trane Centrifugal Chillers, Model CVHF0570, Serial Number L15B00783 and Model CVHF0570, Serial Number L15B00799, located outside of the Hogle Center, building #27.

The County of Volusia is seeking the services of professional consultants to provide Professional Engineering Design Services to prepare a complete set of construction contract plans, specifications, and special provisions, if necessary, for the widening of Williamson Boulevard from a 2-lane rural section to a 4-lane divided rural section from Madeline Avenue heading south to Town West Boulevard to match and tie-in with the existing 4-lane typical section at Madeline Avenue heading north to Beville Road.

To replace existing 8 and 10 cooling tower and bridge bypass water piping per the project requirements provided below: a. Contractor to phase construction in accordance with Engineers drawings and specifications. See Exhibit 1, where on sheet M-100, notes #13 & #14, there is a primary bid (Base Bid), a secondary piping bid (Add. Alt. Bid #1) for Aquatherm Blue pipe, and a third piping bid (Add. Alt. Bid #2) for NUPI piping or PBC approved equal. b. Only two cooling towers (North pair or South pair) may be out of service during any given time with stagger sequence to allow continuous air conditioning & chill water. c. Contractors Phasing Plan is to be submitted for review and approval by Convention Center, Project Manager and Engineer prior to implementation. d. Provide roof protection. e. Drain existing cooling tower and piping prior to replacement of piping. f. Remove existing horizontal condenser water 8 & 10 black steel piping, install isolation valves and butterfly valves from four cooling towers to where they connect to the building. g. Provide crane to remove existing demo material from roof and set new pipes which shall be installed in phases to allow continuous cooling for buildings h. Dispose off-site or in contractors dumpster. i. Reuse the existing pipe stanchions. Replace with 8 &10 piping with new valves. See Exhibit 1. Leak test, and fill new installed pipes and equipment when phases are completed. j. Install new bridge bypass piping, & UV resistant pipe insulation or coatings.

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) are requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair storm-related erosion damage to five (5) berm locations at the Clay County Outdoor Adventure Park. The work consists of removing unsuitable or unstable material as required, supplying and placing unclassified fill and ballistic sand, compacting and grading the berms, and restoring them to their original lines, contours, and elevations while maintaining range safety standards.

This project will install wayfinding signs throughout Volusia County. Proposed improvements include installation of destination signs, mile marker signs, and area maps signs at trailheads.

The work described herein is for parks, playgrounds and other city owned property grounds maintenance to include both the turf mowing and turf maintenance as well as maintenance of all landscape beds. Facilities Management is seeking a certified company to perform quarterly and annual inspections of fire sprinklers and fire pumps. Services must also include full trip inspections, internal inspections and FDC hydro inspections in accordance with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and State of Florida requirements.

Scope of Work: Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the rehabilitation of approximately 5,900-feet of Taxilane T at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). This rehabilitation will include milling of the existing full-strength pavement and overlay with new P-401 bituminous asphalt pavement, as well as full-depth reconstruction of a 2,200-foot portion of the taxilane with a new asphalt pavement section. Other tasks included within the construction of this project are limited shoulder reconstruction, limited taxiway edge light replacement, and new pavement markings. The project will be constructed in seven (7) main phases to minimize impacts to the aircraft traffic.
