The scope of this project includes exterior and interior demolition, construction and renovations. The exterior of this project includes demolition, asphalt saw-cutting, pavement patching, removal of thermoplastic, concrete curbing, pavement patching & repair, concrete sidewalks & patios, relocating light poles, new steps, railings & fencing, painting, ADA ramps, parking striping, concrete ramp, privacy fencing, landscaping irrigation and other miscellaneous landscaping features. Landscaping includes shrubs and trees of various sizes, accent plants, shrubs & groundcover, boulders, topsoil, and mulch. Exterior improvements may also include purchase and installation of two (2) pergolas, benches, and trash receptacles depending on availability of funds. Interior improvements include demolition of existing interior walls, ceilings, finishes and furniture and partial and selective demolition of existing conditions to facilitate the upgrades in the locker room area. New construction includes non-structural walls, windows and doors, lockers, evidence lockers, electrical and IT connections, HVAC, ceiling tile, floor tile, carpeting, painting, and other miscellaneous upgrades.
The objective of this Solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to provide, on an as needed basis, emergency remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services due to fire, flood, sewer back-ups, smoke, or mold damage, etc. on a twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year for the City of Fort Myers.
The Contractor must be experienced and qualified to provide all labor, materials equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required to execute the following: remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services on a time and material, not to exceed basis as specified by the Project Manager.

The project includes, but is not limited to, siting, design, and construction of potable water wells, raw water transmission main, and fiber optic communication network. In addition to construction, rehabilitation of existing assets shall be performed. A resource management protocol shall be developed integrating the use of new wells with existing wells. All expansion improvements shall comply with necessary regulatory and code requirements, including but not limited to City of Fort Myers Building and Utilities Departments, SFWMD, and FDEP. The design-build team will develop a plan and schedule for implementation that optimizes budget, existing resources, seasonal demands, and material delivery.
