4.3 Irrigation Integration: Connect to the existing irrigation system and provide a recommended watering schedule to irrigation management.

4.4 Irrigation Components: Furnish and install two (2) Toro Flood bubblers per tree, ensuring proper connection and functionality with the existing irrigation network.

4.5 Staking and Pruning: Stake and prune all specified trees and palms appropriately based on size and species to promote stability and growth.

4.6 Mulch:4 Bags per tree, 12 from the base of the trees and palm.

4.7 Warranty: Provide a one-year warranty for all trees and palms, covering replacement of non-viable plantings as specified.

4.8 Site Restoration: Remove and properly dispose of all excess and surplus materials.

Scope of Work: This open-end contract is for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) complaint Fabrication and Refurbishing of Water and Wastewater Control Panels for the Public Works and Environmental Services Department and various other Broward County agencies that may have need of these services and/or products in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. This project consists of but is not limited to the damaged cross drains including reconstruction of pipes and headwalls, regrading slopes, and restoring unpaved roadway.

It is the intent of the City of Gainesville to obtain proposals from qualified professional firms, herein after referred to as Contractor, to provide a spectacular New Years Eve display of high-quality, aerial fireworks in Depot Park, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Depot Park is located at 874 SE 4th Street in Gainesville, Florida. This project shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing pyrotechnics.

Centerline: Marked at the midpoint of the court with 2 wide boundary tape made of high durability materials that can withstand outdoor exposure.

5. Additional: a. All components must be stainless steel (resistant to corrosion caused by saltwater environment). b. The price should include the removal of the wooden poles (8 X 8 X approx. 14), hardware, and nets from the existing courts. c. The City of South Daytona, FL is soliciting bids for 48'' Stormwater Backflow Preventor. Sealed paper bids will be accepted in the City Managers Office, City Hall, located at 1672 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida 32119.

The City of Hollywood is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to construct a new Emergency Bypass Bar Screen System at the Southern Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWWTP). This project aims to create a fully functional bypass that can handle up to 140 million gallons per day (MGD) during severe storm events or when the existing screening building must be taken offline for critical maintenance. The improvements will include installation of a new coarse bar screen structure, a 72inch FRP/GRP bypass pipeline, a new junction box, extensive utility relocations, site restoration, and related electrical and control upgrades. This project is driven by multiple recent failures of the plant's existing bar screens, which have been damaged by large storm debris and level sensor malfunctions. These failures have forced the plant to operate unscreened during emergencies, sending debris-laden wastewater downstream and increasing the risk of equipment damage, operational downtime, and environmental non-compliance. The emergency bypass will provide a resilient, dedicated pathway that allows the City to maintain safe and continuous operations even under extreme conditions, while also enabling rehabilitation of aging infrastructure such as the existing 72inch influent pipe and screen building. With preliminary construction components outlined in the Bid Formincluding major utility work, deep excavation, FRP pipeline installation, bar screen construction, and restorationthe City seeks a contractor capable of executing complex wastewater infrastructure work in a congested, operational plant environment. This project represents a key investment in storm readiness, operational reliability, and longterm asset management at one of the regions most critical wastewater facilities.

The City of Tampa (the City) is seeking well-qualified, experienced, and licensed outside service providers in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes 468, 471, and 481 to perform ongoing and as-needed residential and commercial construction plan review and construction inspection services. The subject services shall be used for single and/or multi-story structures which require permitting within the City of Tampas incorporated area (City limits) and shall include plans review and inspections for the building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trade categories for building code enforcement purposes. The resulting award for these services that will supplement current workloads shall be based on tiered specialty services, such as Inspections single disciplines (including but not limited to building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing) and Plan Review (including but not limited to residential and commercial new construction, additions, and alterations), at all-inclusive unit price per hour. No other amounts shall be paid by the City in excess of the established unit price per hour.

This solicitation for pre-qualified contractors was originally released in May of 2023. The original solicitation provided for the addition of contractors every six (6) months. As such, Hernando County, Florida (County) invites interested Vendor/Contractors to submit Qualifications to provide construction services as a General Contractor or a Specialty Licensed Contractor for projects with a value of $500,000.00 or less. Previously pre-qualified contractors need not reapply and will remain in the pre-qualified pool. Any new contractors qualified under this pre-qualification pool refresh opportunity will be added to the existing list of pre-qualified contractors. A list of current pre-qualified contractors is attached as "Exhibit C" to this solicitation.

1. The County will approve qualified Vendor/Contractors through a selection committee to form a basis of Proposers/Contractors to request Quotes on an as needed basis.
2. The County will have four (4) categories of qualified Vendor/Contractors.
3. Proposers/Contractors who are qualified in more than one (1) category shall submit their qualification for each category under this solicitation.
4. The County intends to award to multiple Vendor/Contactors for each category and my choose the same Vendor/Contractor for more than one (1) category.
5. The County will provide a Request for Quote (example in this Solicitation as "Exhibit A") to qualified Vendor/Contractors awarded in the applicable section for projects that are estimated under $500,000.00 based on the scope of services provided for each project. The Vendor/Contractors shall respond to the Quote as requested by the requesting department. The Vendor/Contractor who provides the lowest Quote shall receive a Work Authorization (example in this Solicitation as "Exhibit C") for execution by County and Contractor.
6. The County reserves the right to add Pre-qualified Vendors/Contractors every six (6) months, throughout the Contract term.
