The project consists of improving the pedestrian pathway along the south side of Dade Boulevard, from Alton Road to Convention Center Drive. The work follows the existing sidewalk alignment and includes upgrades at the associated street crossings. These improvements support the goals of the Citys Transporation Department Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan by enhancing safety and connectivity along this corridor. The scope of services for this project includes improvements and repairs to existing concrete sidewalks; removal of asphalt sidewalks and replacement with new concrete sidewalks; milling, resurfacing and stripping of asphalt at designated intersections as needed; removal of specified street signage; installation or removal of concrete pads for benches and trash receptacles; repairs to street light bases and pull boxes; repairs to manhole concrete collars and lids; and pavement marking repairs throughout the project area.

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) seeks qualified Design-Build teams for the comprehensive renovation of the Walker Annex (Building #7), including the removal and replacement of the existing Library addition, to modernize the facility and support evolving program needs. The project consists of a full interior remodel; reconfiguration of administrative, educational, media, and library spaces; replacement and upgrade of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, and technology systems; and new finishes throughout, along with targeted exterior improvements including roof and window replacement, accessibility upgrades, and building envelope repairs. The Design-Build team will validate and refine the building program in coordination with stakeholders and advance the project from bridging/criteria documents to a complete design and construction solution. The Selected firm will provide Construction Management Services for projects throughout the College. The purpose of this Request For Proposals is to solicit technical proposals from Professional Surveying and Mapping firms licensed in the State of Florida and possessing the required expertise to perform various types of surveying and mapping work for the District on an as-needed basis through work order contracts. Multiple contracts will be awarded for a three-year period with two, one-year renewal options.

Work on this project consists of but is not limited to the repair to damaged cross drains including reconstruction of pipes and headwalls, regrading slopes and restoring unpaved roadway.

Escambia County is soliciting bids for the demolition and construction of a single-family dwelling per attached plans and written specifications.

Scope of work includes preparing the surface along the area of articulated block for installation of a Concrete Canvas overlay with sandbag ditch blocks. Additional existing damaged concrete ditch will be removed, re-graded and re-paved. The ditch front slopes will be re-graded to meet minimum clear zone requirements with appropriate permanent erosion control measures. The existing double 36 arch pipe culvert will be open cut, removed and replaced with a cast-in-place box culvert and new straight end walls. Roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing of adjacent pavement with curb and gutter installation will be required.

The JAA is seeking a qualified company to provide irrigation system maintenance and repair service of all irrigation systems servicing JIA. JAA intends to award this contract to a single vendor. JAA reserves the right to seek quotes for irrigation/pump system upgrades.

The project includes minor stormwater improvements to Mill Bayou Boulevard. All bidders shall be FDOT certified in the following major classes of work: Flexible Paving, Sidewalks, Drainage, Grading, Grassing, Seeding and Sodding (can be subcontractor) and Pavement Markings (can be subcontractor).

Brevard County Housing and Human Services is solicitating bids from qualified contractors to demolish an existing home at 3324 Elizabeth St, West Melbourne, FL 32904.

The successful Bidder/Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing tree trimming, maintenance and removal of trees that have been identified as hazardous, dead, diseased, structurally compromised, or otherwise determined to pose a risk to persons or property at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the following work:

1. Pump Mounting Components
   • Provide and install four (4) DN100(4IN) freestanding pump pedestal assemblies with associated pump discharge flanges and compatible piping flanges sized for 4-inch connections.
   • Ensure components are properly aligned, anchored, and sealed to support dry-pit pump installation.
2. Check Valves
   • Furnish and install four (4) 6-inch lever-and-weight style check valves suitable for wastewater service.
   • Valves shall be installed on pump discharge piping and adjusted to ensure proper operation and backflow prevention.
3. Isolation / Plug Valves
   • Furnish and install four (4) 6-inch plug-type isolation valves with manual operation.
   • Valves shall be installed to allow isolation of each pump and associated piping for maintenance and operational control.
4. Labor and System Replacement
   • Provide all labor and materials required to remove existing pumps, dry-pit stands, check valves, isolation valves, piping, and fittings.
   • Install new pumps, stands, valves, piping, and fittings as required for a complete and operational system.
   • Perform system alignment, connection to existing infrastructure, testing, and start-up.
   • Return the pump station to full service upon completion of installation and verification of proper operation

236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Government is seeking a Design-Build contractor to design and construct a covered parking structure capable of accommodating two (2) composite-sized fighter aircraft F-35. The structure must be a non-enclosed, standing seam metal roof canopy.

This project will include the repair and resurfacing of one (1) basketball court, including the like-for-like replacement of two (2) basketball goals, and two (2) Bocce Ball courts at Pelican Bay Community Park.

These products and services may also be provided in a pure cloud-based hosted environment or hybrid hosting environment (comprised of cloud and on-premises hardware/software). The lists below represents the competency areas that the County intends to procure under this Pool. The list is neither exclusive nor complete, and the County may add new products and services as needs are identified in accordance with Section 2.7.
