The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide As Needed Hydrogeological Services. Sub-consultants may be used to add staff with specific experience. Firms selected for this service will be utilized on a task order basis for a variety of projects. In any given year, a variety of short-term needs arise that require Tampa Bay Water to respond timely to issues concerning hydrological/hydrogeological investigations and regulatory compliance. Assignments under these task-based Contracts are described within this RFP. Respondents should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing As Needed Hydrogeological Services. The Proposer selected is expected to have appropriately experienced staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the Project and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews, if deemed necessary. Tampa Bay Water will select five (5) firms for five-year contracts for As-Needed Hydrogeological Services. Firms selected for this service will be utilized on a task order basis for a variety of projects. In any given year, a variety of short-term needs arise that require Tampa Bay Water to respond timely to issues concerning hydrological/hydrogeological investigations and regulatory compliance. Assignments under these task-based contracts are expected to include but are not limited to: permitting assistance, statistical analysis, groundwater flow and transport modeling, geotechnical and geophysical testing and analysis, groundwater monitoring well design, installation, and repair, production well inspection, testing, and rehabilitation, production and monitor well abandonment data analysis to assess impacts to aquifers and surface water bodies related to wellfield pumping, and water quality data assessments and monitoring programs. Many of these assignments arise from our implementation of Water Use Permit Special Conditions. In order to manage workload variations (both within each year and from year to year), Tampa Bay Water has traditionally utilized outside consultants with relevant experience and CONTRACT NOS. 2027011-015 8 expertise for short-term assignments rather than acquiring additional staff. This has proven to be a cost-effective means of accomplishing the required work in a timely manner. Qualified submittals will be scored and ranked according to the scoring criteria provided in this RFP.

The Work of this contract generally includes improvements, modifications, and additions to: streetscape, lighting, landscape and irrigation, hardscape, roadway improvements, signage, and minor utilities and site furnishings and construction as indicated on drawings and as specified: between 7th Street and 10th Street along Florida Avenue; and between 7th Street and 12th Street along Ohio Avenue; and 7th Street through 10th Street connectors between Florida Avenue and Ohio Avenue. Work is generally limited to within the Right-Of-Way of the designated areas. This Project is partially federally funded by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Hometown Revitalization Program and the federal contract provisions, including, but not limited to, the Davis-Bacon Payroll Reporting are required. Bonds and insurance requirements apply. The Work of the Project is defined by the Bid Scope Documents.

The purpose of this solicitation for Continuing Engineering Services for Water Well Projects (this Solicitation) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide the design, permitting, and services during construction of new water production/augmentation wells to supply raw water to JEAs system using the design-bid-build method. The Consultant team shall provide engineering, design, and services during construction, as described herein, to support the development and implementation of the Well Projects. The Scope of Services for these projects includes preliminary design, final detailed design, opinion of construction cost, permitting support, engineering support during bidding, engineering services during construction, and engineering services during startup of the wells as described in this document. The projects are generally made up of, but are not limited to production wells, augmentation wells, wellhead assemblies, raw water pipelines, electrical power and controls, access driveways, security features, stormwater management features, SCADA system and well related modifications/changes as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

The City of Plantation (CITY) is soliciting proposals to obtain the services of a qualified, responsive and responsible firm to provide Vehicle/Fleet GPS Tracking Devices and Software, Asset Tracking Devices and Software and HD Video Dashcam Devices and Software for a variety of fleet vehicles with an approximate total of 600. The GPS (Global Positioning System)/AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) devices should be turnkey equipment that have been successfully deployed in other government agencies and utility fleets. The GPS/AVL devices must integrate with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) onboard vehicle computers to provide real time telematics and tracking data.

This project involves the addition of a new water treatment basin, including all required appurtenances, materials, and equipment (referred to as Basin D). This will also include needed transfer pump capabilities to the Ground Storage Tanks. The existing Basin(s) will be modified to allow for the treatment of additional groundwater through piping upgrades.

The District is soliciting bids from Certified Florida Water Well Contractors, to furnish and deliver, if, and when ordered, to the District, all required Services and Materials necessary to accomplish the project as described in the RFB documents. The terms and conditions of this RFB are incorporated into the resulting contractual relationship between the Contractor and the District. The monitor well site is within the Districts boundaries. Well construction details are illustrated in the scope of work for each well. Casing depths and total depths are estimated. The Contractor recognizes that time is of the essence for completing the work and the importance of meeting the time schedule provided for each well and the Project overall. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide sufficient equipment and personnel to meet District deadlines

The City is requesting proposals for services related to the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the performance of sanitary sewer lateral pipe repairs. The work scope includes cured-in-place lateral lining, cleanout installation, and associated work such as cleaning, TV, bypass pumping, and traffic control. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Invitation to Bid.

The City is seeking qualified General Contractors to provide residential rehabilitation and emergency repair services for eligible owner-occupied housing under the Citys CDBG, CDBG-DR, HOME, and SHIP-funded programs. Work generally includes, but is not limited to, repairs addressing health and safety hazards, code deficiencies, structural issues, and damage resulting from normal deterioration or natural disasters such as fires and floods. Contractors may also be required to perform related residential construction activities necessary to restore properties to safe and habitable conditions in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Selected firms will be placed on a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) and may be invited to compete for individual projects on an as-needed basis.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface approximately 2.818 miles of CR 2321 from the Deer Point Lake Bridge to SR 75 (US 231) incorporating the addition of two new turn lanes within these project limits. The project will consist of earthwork operations, sheet pile installation, adjustments to existing headwalls, installation of guardrail, milling, paving, placement of pavement markings and signage, installation of cross drain pipes, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.

The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from experienced, qualified and responsible contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for the complete and proper construction of new storm drainage facilities, watermain improvements, fire hydrant installation, roadway restoration and paving, sidewalk and curb restoration as shown in the construction drawings and described in the technical specifications for the project.

Construction of a sidewalk on NW 45th Avenue from Black Forest Way to CW Norton Elementary School including related incidental work.

The scope of the project will include the construction of a parking lot at a presently undeveloped property using asphaltic-concrete paving as shown in the plan set. The parking lot is located at 1128 Chestnut Avenue (Bay County Parcel ID 29811- 000-000).

The Golden Gem Reclaimed Water Storage and Pumping Station is a capital improvement project for the City of Apopka, Florida that will construct a new Reclaimed Water Transfer Pump Station at the City's existing West Reuse Storage System site on Golden Gem Road.

This project will consist of the replacement of approximately 3,620 linear feet (LF) of existing 6-foot high security fencing with 10-foot-high wildlife exclusion fencing.

The successful bidder(s) shall be responsible for The Deltona High Replace Intercom Wiring Project for the Volusia County School District.

It is the intent of these specifications to describe a complete project fully acceptable to the District. Even though certain details may have been unintentionally omitted, the Supplier shall nonetheless perform all work necessary to complete the project to the highest industry standards and acceptable to the District.

All materials supplied shall be of the highest quality and shall conform to applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and these specifications.

All areas are to be kept safe for workers and residents.

Any District property damaged at the utility site by Supplier shall be repaired to District Standards.

The Supplier is responsible for all damage repairs.

The Supplier shall immediately report any damage and/or chemical spills to the District Representative and provide written documentation within twenty-four (24) hours.

All permits and inspections are the responsibility of the Supplier.

The awarded Supplier shall provide quarterly reports listing deliveries by facility, including the type of chemical delivered, the quantity delivered to each facility, and the total cost.

The Supplier shall ensure that all chemicals delivered under this Agreement are suitable for immediate intended use and have not deteriorated, degraded, or otherwise fallen below specified standards prior to delivery.

Chemical Compliance and Documentation Requirements

The Supplier shall maintain full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards governing the manufacture, handling, transportation, storage, and delivery of chemicals provided under this Agreement.

At a minimum, the Supplier shall:

Maintain current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals and provide updated versions to the District upon any revision

Provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each delivery upon request, and when required by the specifications

Ensure all applicable NSF/ANSI certifications remain current for the duration of the Agreement (where applicable to the chemical supplied)

Immediately notify the District of any revocation, suspension, or lapse of required certifications, which may result in suspension or termination of the Agreement

Ensure all transportation, storage, and delivery activities comply with applicable DOT hazardous materials regulations, including proper equipment, labeling, and trained personnel

The Supplier shall ensure that all chemicals delivered are suitable for their intended use and meet all specified regulatory and quality requirements at the time of delivery.

Failure to maintain required certifications, provide accurate documentation, or comply with regulatory requirements shall be considered a material breach of the Agreement and may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination.

The Supplier shall not utilize diaphragm pumps for the offloading or transfer of any chemicals under this Agreement. Use of prohibited equipment shall constitute a non-conforming delivery and may result in immediate rejection of the delivery. Any resulting delays, additional costs, or required redelivery shall be the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
