The City of Sarasota (City) on behalf of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and authorized vendors for the purchase and delivery of professional stage lighting equipment for use at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.

The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a purchase agreement for the procurement of the following equipment:

All equipment shall be new, unused, current production models, and delivered in original manufacturer packaging.

The City of Boynton Beach City Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to prfor the complete replacement of two (2) existing rooftop HVAC units at Ezell Hester Community Center, 1901 N Seacrest Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33435. The work includes the disconnection and removal of existing rooftop units and associated curbs, proper disposal of existing refrigerants per EPA Section 608 regulations, removal of abandoned ductwork connection and removal and legal disposal of all said equipment from the premises. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 26-065B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements. The City reserves the right to award to more than one Contractor. The Contractor(s) shall act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the City. The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide fence installation services needed at 510 SW Colleen Avenue, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.

The purpose of this solicitation for SOCC Video Wall Replacement (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide a system which encompasses all required overview displays, associated audiovisual components, and a new video display wall essential to real-time system operations. The upgraded system must be designed and engineered for continuous, mission-critical use, supporting 24-hour, 365-day operations with the reliability and performance expected in a control center environment, as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

This project consists of but is not limited to erosion repairs to the existing Alapaha Commerce Center subdivision drainage features located in the NE quadrant of the State Road 6 and Interstate 75 interchange. The repairs include regrading, grassing, and temporary drainage infrastructure within the SWMF 3 drainage ditch and SWMF 3 .

Inspections of all park facilities shall be performed on an as-requested basis. The final inspection schedule shall be determined by the Countys Project Manager or designee. Inspections shall be conducted by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector issued by National Playground Safety Institute or National Recreation and Park Association.

a. The following items of work shall be part of each scheduled inspection. Swings: ensure that all S-hooks are closed tightly on all swing assemblies; ensure that all Shooks are not worn past 40% material loss; should a hook exceed 40% material loss, vendor will remove the swing from service and notify the Division immediately; all partially slashed, damaged or severely weathered swing seats shall be replaced or taken out of service immediately; ensure that all safety straps/bars and chains on all infant swing seats are present and operational; if missing or damaged, vendor will remove from service and contact the Division immediately. Rocking/Bouncing Equipment: All broken, cracked and/or fatigued springs will be taken out of service by the vendor and reported to the Division immediately; as well as any broken, brittle and/or cracked plastic seats and parts. Slides: Ensure the bed way exits of all slides are parallel to the ground; all bed ways, bedrails, handrails and ladders shall be examined for foreign objects, holes, separation at joints and/or cracks and vendor will report to the Division for necessary repairs/replacement immediately. Surfacing: Surfacing material(s) are in good and non-hazardous condition.

b. Safety: Any equipment found to be in an unsafe or hazardous condition will be removed by the vendor immediately from service and reported to the Division.

The City of Ocoee is soliciting sealed proposals for the term contract for maintenance of the City of Ocoee's HVAC systems, ice machines and water coolers.

As a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HGMP) project, the grant funding provides for wind protection project for traffic lights at nine (9) intersections located in Pinellas County, Florida. The HMGP project scope of work proposes to upgrade the existing span wires with mast arms rated for hurricane wind and rated for large and small impact resistance per Florida Building Code. Protection shall be afforded to the traffic signals by the increased strength of the mast arm structure. Currently, the existing intersections have traffic lights supported by concrete or wooden poles and hung on span wires. The project shall address the need for the intersection traffic lights to have improved wind protection and keep the intersections operational should the area experience a hazardous wind event. The project shall provide protection against 158 MPH winds in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards. Activities shall be implemented using applicable codes and best practices and shall be completed in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local applicable Rules and Regulations. The construction project involves the installation of mast arms and a traffic controller cabinet, please see Appendix 6 - Work Order Project List and Project Location Map for the nine (9) intersection locations. Additional improvements include ADA upgrades and minor resurfacing.

Scope of Work: The Scope includes the purchase of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for emergency disaster debris and clearing and removal services following a declaration of a state of emergency for Solid Waste and Recycling Services (SWRS) Division.

Scope of Work: This fixed contract is for the purchase of removing and replacing one insulating glass unit at Terminal 1 at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport for the Aviation Department in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements.

The City of Sunrise is determining whether the following services can be provided by multiple contractors. The City is seeking to refurbish SWPS#6 Water Raker designed and manufactured by Hydro Component Systems, LLC. The City of Sunrise requires a qualified contractor to complete refurbishment and repairs on the raker

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The National Weather Service (NWS) NOAA Weather Radio location in Perry, FL requires a building that is not permanently set (not real property), constructed of metal siding and metal roof or similar fiberglass structure, which house a VHF 1000 watt transmitter with electrical. This is to replace a shelter that needs to be removed prior to installation. The building shall be approximately 8 foot wide by 10 foot in length but not exceed 9.5 feet by 11.5 feet. The building shall have 8 foot ceilings at a minimum.

This work is needed to maintain plant coverage, improve floristic quality, enhance aesthetics at city-owned properties, and to ensure that these facilities continue to perform as water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs) as designed.
