The work includes, but is not limited to: tying-in to an existing 6 PVC water main at the intersection of Eganfuskee St. and Paulina Rd. and install via open cut 665 LF of 6 and 4 PVC C-900 east down Eganfuskee St, north on Waldemar Rd. then east down Body Ct.; two 6 and one 4 MJ isolation Gate Valves; two fire hydrant assemblies, and 720 lbs. of ductile iron fittings; providing thrust restraint as noted in the contract documents; installation of one 1 Same Side Single Water Service, three 1 Road Crossing Single Water Services, one 2 Same Side Double Water Service, one 2 Road Crossing Single Water service, two 2 Road Crossing Double Water Services, and two Bacteriological Sample Points; disconnecting 11 existing water services and connecting to new water services; removal and disposal of 20 LF of Asbestos Cement Pipe; and cutting, capping, grouting & abandoning in place 620 LF of 4 & 6 Asbestos Cement water main pipe. Repair and restoration includes removal and replacement of 35 SY of driveways, 405 LF of Roadway Curb; making 350 LF of Roadway Edge Repair; and milling & resurfacing 2,000 SY of 1 of SP-9.5 asphalt in Town of Jupiter Rights-of-Way; restore landscaping, irrigation, sod and other existing improvements. Also included in the work is notification to affected property owners, temporary traffic control, coordination with Town staff to isolate portions of the distribution system, backfill, compaction, inspection, disinfection, testing, same day restoration to restore the residents water service and property access, restoration and all other water distribution improvements described by the Bid Documents to like or better conditions. It is the intent of this work to provide all necessary components and appurtenances described by the Bid Documents that are required to provide a complete and operational Town of Jupiter water distribution system.

Citrus County, Florida (County) invites interested parties to submit sealed bids to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver off-road diesel fuel to the Citrus County Central Landfill. The awarded contractor will provide approximately 1,600 gallons per week of red-dyed off-road diesel fuel to the fuel dispensing tanks located at: Citrus County Central Landfill, 230 W. Gulf to Lake Highway (US Hwy 44), Lecanto, Florida 34461. Deliveries shall be scheduled on a pre-arranged weekday, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Fuel deliveries will be invoiced based on net gallons delivered and supported by a metered delivery ticket provided to the County at the time of delivery. The County reserves the right to verify tank levels accordingly. The successful bidder must provide proof of terminal bill of lading net pricing on initial deliveries and whenever pricing changes occur during the contract term. The County intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to ensure a safe, consistent, and reliable fuel supply in support of ongoing landfill operations.

This project involves the replacement of rotor components at the Deltona Lakes Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to restore full operational performance.

SCOPE OF SERVICES shall include, at a minimum, the following elements: A. INITIAL INSPECTION Contractor is to provide a detailed inspection protocol for assessing and identifying in structural damage or conditions (water intrusion, window damage, leaks, etc.) that must be addressed to thoroughly remediate existing mold and to prevent its reoccurrence. This is to include bulk material samples and interior wall cavity samples where and when necessary. The results of such testing should be immediate or within such a time period as to not unnecessarily delay informed decisions regarding treatment procedures. B. CLEARING AND/OR REMOVING DEBRIS AND WASTE Contractor shall assess the interior of the designated Board facility initiate for service and remove or have removed any debris that inhibits or contributes to the damage of that facility or impedes the contractors efforts to begin servicing the facility. All debris shall be disposed of in accordance with the current required standards. C. DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT The Contractor shall assist the School District in preparation of FEMA, State, and private agency reports for eligible reimbursement, including training of School/Department employees and review of documentation prior to submittal. The contractor should provide in the description of services how you track and account for employee time and expendables used in disaster recovery incident(s). The Contractor shall work closely with State and County Emergency Management, FEMA, and other agencies to ensure that all supporting data and documentation meet each agencys requirements for reimbursement eligibility. D. OTHER EMERGENCY RESPONSE & DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES 1. The Contractor shall provide their typical program approach to Fire, Flood or Disaster Restoration, stating the responsibilities of each of the key participants (such as): a. Project Manager responsibility, control and on site decision making authority. b. Site Environmental and Safety Officer responsibility for the health and safety, authority (who he reports to), etc. 2. At minimum, the scope of services required to be provided by the selected firm or firms are: To provide Fire, Flood, or Disaster Restoration services for all emergency and long term final repairs. These services shall include, but are not limited to, the following, and the protocols for the performance of these services shall be described in detail in the vendors proposal: a. At own cost and expense, assume responsibility in accordance with all applicable laws, of any all leaks or spills, and other emergencies occurring in connection with performance of covered services, if leaks or spills, including leaks or spills of hazardous substances, occur at the worksite that is not in connection with contractors performance of covered services, response to the leak or spills may be added as a covered service under the procedures provided. i. Document and provide on-going periodic written/electronic reports, including humidity readings, etc. j. Host meetings with MCSD to communicate work progress, etc. k. Provide to MCSD, at completion of work, a written/electronic comprehensive final report with detailed information that summarizes all covered services provided by the contractor and in sufficient detail to satisfy FEMA and insurance company requirements in order to maximize payment of claims and reimbursement of expenses. l. Provide itemized invoice of all charges in accordance with the scope of each project. m. Stabilize the environment to control moisture and dampness to prevent the growth of mold & mildew. n. Take immediate action to remove all traces of standing water. o. Evaluate the feasibility of restoring versus replacing damaged items. p. Identify and tag all items that will be restored. q. Provide documentation of damaged/lost items. r. Pack, transport, and store salvageable items. s. Remove acidic smoke and soot from all surfaces. t. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency repair services, and load bank testing (to be quoted separately, with and without load bank services). Vendors must be capable of servicing a variety of generator makes and models located throughout the County.

The overall scope of this project involves the selective demolition of a portion of the existing hourly parking garage at Jacksonville International Airport. Work includes the barricading and restriction of designated areas of the garage at Levels 2, 3, and 4 to facilitate demolition of the fire-damaged sections, as documented. This life safety analysis confirms that adequate means of egress and paths of travel are maintained throughout the demolition activities, despite the temporary closure of the two southernmost stairwells and the affected portion of the garage.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The Awarded Bidder(s) shall furnish, install, operate, and maintain laundry equipment throughout County facilities. These washers and dryers shall be distributed throughout Miami-Dade County to include marinas, harbors, campgrounds, and the housing developments, including the Adult Living Facilities (ALF) as needed. A. Equipment Requirements Laundry Facilities for the Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) The washers and dryers shall be coin-operated and have the capacity to hold a 14-pound load. The equipment shall be new, energy star rated and water efficient. Laundry Facilities for the Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department (PROS) The washers and dryers shall have the option of being coin-operated and/or have a card-reader installed for electronic payments and have the capacity to hold a 14-pound load. The equipment shall be new, energy star rated and water B. Installation All sites are equipped with complete connections for the installation of washers and dryers. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall be responsible for the complete installation of all laundry equipment. Installation shall include, setting in place and connecting to existing water, electrical, sewer, and exhaust systems. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and services necessary to connect all laundry equipment to the existing utilities at their own expense. Installation of the machines shall conform to the South Florida Building Code, and factory-approved installations. The Awarded Bidder(s) must be familiar with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations that may in any way affect the work. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall coordinate the installation of their machines with the current vendor and the County and ensure that the delivery and installation of the required washers and dryers outlined in this solicitation are completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the award of this contract. The Awarded Bidder(s) must check-in upon arrival, and check-out after installation with the site manager. In the event of an emergency work order, the delivery time must be no later than seven (7) calendar days. Site managers may verify that the work has been performed successfully. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall also be required to provide adequate training to County staff on the appropriate use of equipment, if necessary. C. Installation, Maintenance, or Repair Work Schedule No installation, maintenance, or repair work shall be done on Saturdays and Sundays, or on any weekdays between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., unless authorized by the County. D. Removal and Transition The Awarded Bidder(s) shall prepare a transition plan for transitioning operations of the County owned laundromats upon expiration date of this contract to prevent a lapse in services. In the final months of the contract, and in the event that a new vendor is awarded for these services, the County will coordinate with the Awarded Bidder(s) to execute a transition schedule in accordance with the Awarded Bidder(s) transition plan. This transition schedule shall identify the timeframe for the removal of the Awarded Bidder(s) washers and dryers on a phased basis. E. Maintenance/Repairs and Replacement The Awarded Bidder(s) shall maintain the washers and dryers in working condition at all times during the contract period. The County reserves the right to determine the condition of the equipment. At no time shall any machine be out of service for more than 24 hours after receiving notice of the service required by the County. If a machine is out of service for more than 24 hours, the Awarded Bidder(s) must provide a temporary machine until the existing machine is functional. If the Awarded Bidder(s) fails to provide the service, the County has the right to rent a machine and charge the rental fee to the Awarded Bidder until the machine(s) are functional.

Alachua County is undertaking a comprehensive replacement of detention-grade sliding door operating devices at the Alachua County Jail, located at 3333 NE 39th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609. The project includes removing existing sliding door mechanisms and installing new, detention-rated sliding device assemblies for multiple door types throughout the facility, including double sliding devices in corridor areas, pod entry sliding devices, and single sliding devices in various housing units. Each sliding door device is proprietary in nature and varies by housing pod. As a result, proposers shall include time for onsite field investigation and verification of existing housings, door configurations, clearances, mounting conditions, and mechanical interfaces prior to finalizing submittals or fabrication. Work will include demolition of old components, installation of new operating mechanisms, reinstallation and adjustment of existing detention doors, security caulking, anchoring, hardware installation, and full operational testing. All work must maintain facility security at all times. Doors may only be removed one at a time as they are actively being worked on; simultaneous removal of multiple doors is not permitted.
