District-Wide Maintenance of Mitigation Sites and Stormwater Ponds, Fort Lauderdale, FL

The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") is soliciting written bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide District-Wide Maintenance of Mitigation Sites and Stormwater Ponds. The term of the contract shall begin August 20, 2026, and expire August 19, 2029.

Elements of the work include, but are not limited to, installing wetland and upland plants, and maintaining mitigation sites and stormwater ponds in accordance with environmental permit requirements and correcting deficiencies in mitigation and stormwater facilities. Example site locations are provided in Attachment I.

Bay County Government Center Rotunda Renovation Project, Panama City, FL

The facility will be fully occupied, and the work is to be done in up to four phases to maintain a safe full-time operational facility. At least two of the three main building entrances shall remain open with a clear path of egress at all times.
