The State of Florida Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") is soliciting written bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide District-Wide Maintenance of Mitigation Sites and Stormwater Ponds. The term of the contract shall begin August 20, 2026, and expire August 19, 2029.

Elements of the work include, but are not limited to, installing wetland and upland plants, and maintaining mitigation sites and stormwater ponds in accordance with environmental permit requirements and correcting deficiencies in mitigation and stormwater facilities. Example site locations are provided in Attachment I.

The Caribbean Marketplace Roof Replacement (Project) involves addressing structural deficiencies and failures in the existing building envelope at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex. The work shall not affect the buildings area, height, occupant load, or use, and shall include furnishing all materials, labor, permits, and equipment necessary to complete the structural repairs, and to remove and replace the existing roofing systems in accordance with current Building Code requirements.

Palm Beach County (County), on behalf of the Planning, Zoning and Building Department, the Building Division seeks proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Fee Study and Pay Analysis covering all fees assessed by the Department, including, but not limited to, those associated with Building Division services. Although this contract is being requested by the Building Division, this Scope of Work is intended to be broadly applicable and may, at the Countys discretion, and with appropriate authorization, be utilized by other County divisions or departments that assess regulatory, permitting, inspection, enforcement, administrative, impact, or other related fees.

The work of this Contract consists of water main replacements, new water main construction, gravity sewer replacements, roadway milling, overlaying and re-striping and miscellaneous sidewalk and driveway replacements on the Tarpon Center Drive peninsula including, but not limited to: 1.Extending the existing 12-inch PVC water main on Tarpon Center Drive ~1,550 LF from Higel Park to Inlet Circle. 2.Extending ~750 LF of 8 water main along Tarpon Center Drive from the end of the new12 water main at Inlet Circle to a new hydrant approximately 400 LF east of the South JettyBeach concession stand. 3.Relocating Jetty Villas Condominiums two (2) 2 potable water master meters to the TarponCenter Drive right-of-way. 4.Relocating the existing 3 potable water master meter at 1400 Tarpon Center Drive. 5.Abandoning the existing parallel 6-inch asbestos cement water mains along Tarpon Center Drive and connecting all services to the existing and new 12-inch water mains. 6.Replacing the existing asbestos cement water mains along Gibbs Road with ~800 LF of new8 and 4 water main. 7.Replacing the existing asbestos cement water mains on Inlet Circle with ~1,750 LF of new8 and 6 water main. 8.Approximately 52 new service lines from the new water mains on Gibbs Road and Inlet Circle to existing meters. 9.Replacement of ~642 LF of failing gravity sewer and 6 manholes along Tarpon Center Drive. 10.Abandonment of existing water main, force main, and gravity sewer mains as shown on theDrawings. 11.Removal of the concrete median and milling and overlaying Tarpon Center Drive. 12.Restriping Tarpon Center Drive to provide buffered bike lanes between approximately and Inlet Circle and shared lane markings (sharrows) from Inlet Circle to South Jetty Beach. 13. Replacing driveway aprons and upgrading existing pedestrian facilities in the right-of-way, where feasible, to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

The goal is to provide a library of pre-designed ADU plans to ease the design process for property owners and encourage ADUs within allowable zoning districts.

New Smyrna Beach utilities is seeking bids from a licensed and insured painting contractor to paint buildings and structures at three different locations.

The project will consist of resurfacing Jamieson Road and Timber Run Road. Selected base repair, sod, and striping will also be included within the project.

The Village of Key Biscayne pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.055, the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), as may be amended, hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to interested and qualified firms to receive sealed proposals to develop a scientifically validated and implementable framework for hybrid offshore artificial reef systems that reduce shoreline erosion, enhance coastal resilience, and provide significant ecological co-benefits for the Village of Key Biscayne and the broader southeast Florida coast on the following project: Village of Key Biscayne Feasibility and Preliminary Shoreline Design Study.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to renovate the rotunda (entrance way) at the Bay County Government Center located at 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401. This project will remove the existing ceramic tiled rotunda area and connecting areas (approximately 4,524 square foot) and replacing it with a slip-resistant durable exterior coating system. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing ceramic tile and mortar, heavy grinding of substrate with dust protection measures, application of a specific primer with sand aggregate, installation and polishing of the specific concrete levelling base system, final finish system is a specific blend of colors (matrix) with a UV resistant topcoat and with heavy integral slip resistant granules, installation of new recessed door mats, monumental stairs are to be removed and replaced with a short ADA ramp divided by 2 small dividers/planters with illuminated handrails. The facility will be fully occupied, and the work is to be done in up to four phases to maintain a safe full-time operational facility. At least two of the three main building entrances shall remain open with a clear path of egress at all times.

The Project generally consists of rehabilitation and improvements to Village of Wellington Stormwater Pump Stations Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9. Work includes selective demolition, replacement and upgrade of pump motor electrical controls, control panels, monitoring equipment, backup power connections, lighting, cameras, ventilation systems, and related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and site improvements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing, startup, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall maintain stormwater pump station operation and flood protection throughout construction including project sequencing, coordination with Village operations, and protection/restoration of existing facilities as required.

Drilling of approximately 7,400 LF of 12 DR-11 HDPE and open-cut placement of 450 LF of 12 C-900 PVC sewage force main from S Blue Lake Ave, along E Voorhis Ave, down S Kepler Rd, and ending at E Beresford Ave, with connection to an existing 8 sewage force main.

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking qualified and experienced lighting vendors (Vendor, Bidder, Contractor, or Proposer) for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Wave Wall Light Replacement Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Pinellas County seeks Professional Engineering Services to complete design and post-design construction phase services for a new Utility Operations Center (UOC) at the Logan Pumping Station Site. The objective of this project is to address the countys growing need for resilient, multifunctional facilities capable of supporting continuous operations during emergency events. Services shall include, but not limited to, design plans and specifications, permitting, CMAR coordination, engineering services, service during construction, grant coordination, and all appurtenances and associated works that may be required to perform full and final design work for construction of the new Logan UOC building.

Lakeland Electric, a division of the City of Lakeland, is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from licensed state certified and qualified general contractor Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to furnish all work, necessary permits, and construction supervision for the construction of the McIntosh Power Plant Unit 5 Administration Building Addition, per terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Upon the completion of the review process, Lakeland Electric intends to enter into direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent, resulting in a single contract award.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that South Indian River Water Control District (SIRWCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform the realignment of approximately 4615 LF of Canal C within South Indian River Water Control District easements in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid. Work of this proposed Contract comprises excavation, fill and grading for the Canal C realignment specified by the District to restore capacity and improve function of the canal. The contract also includes removing excess material, adjusting the length of culverts and seed and mulch and soddings. Additional work not depicted in the Contract Documents may be added at the discretion of the District and shall be performed for a unit price or lump sum amount agreed upon between the District and the Contractor. This project is located within drainage easements of Canal C within the jurisdiction of South Indian River Water Control District located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
