Total Small Business Set-Aside, 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, IL, is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the removal and disposal of approximately 600,000 gallons of anaerobically digested liquid sludge annually from the base's Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The project is located at the intersection of IL Route 59 and English Rows Avenue in the City of Naperville, Will County, Illinois. The scope of the project includes construction of a a new entrance on the east leg of the intersection with approximately 430-feet of temporary road heading east from the intersection. Additionally, construction of a southbound left-turn lane and northbound deceleration/right-turn lane on IL Route 59 are included. Items of work consist of the following: earth excavation, PCC pavement removal, sidewalk removal, curb and gutter removal, tree removal, HMA and PCC pavement installation, PCC sidewalk installation, curb and gutter installation, coarse aggregate installation, PCC driveway pavement installation, PCC median installation, storm sewer removal and connection, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and described herein.

The primary objective for this bid is to successfully complete the installation of a new hydronic HVAC system at 209 E Main Street. The existing HVAC system is outdated and not adequately sized to meet the future needs of Sandburg programming at 209 E Main Street.

The primary objective for this bid is to successfully complete the end-to-end process of building a new elevator shaft and installing a new elevator car system that traverses the three floors of 209 E Main Street. The existing building contains a small passenger elevator, but due to its age, size and location it will not meet the future requirements of Sandburg. The new elevator shaft is planned for construction within an existing nonemergency stairway that runs from the 1st floor to the basement. Selective demolition of the second floor and rooftop will be necessary to build the shaft and access the space, as specified in the architectural drawings. This elevator should have the capability to enable limited access to the basement and second floor.

500,000 Gallon Fluted Column (Tank #6) Exterior Repaint with Containment Dry Interior Partial Repaint And Miscellaneous Repairs Note: This project name is to be understood to include the entire scope of project as defined and detailed by these specifications and Contract Documents.

The proposed work is officially known as "IL Rte 47 Dry Utility Relocation Project " which includes the installation of proposed conduits, splice boxes, transformer pads, switch gear pads and handholds, and restoration in Huntley, Illinois, as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL).

The proposed improvements will consist of full depth HMA pavement removal, 2 HMA mill, resurface, select sidewalk and carriage walk replacement, total carriage walk removal and placement of concrete sidewalk and B6.12 curb & gutter, RRFB installations, speed tables, concrete pads, structure adjustments and reconstructs, Class D patching, pavement markings, restoration and all other ancillary work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards.
