The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 12 linear feet of 18-inch storm sewer, a concrete flared end section, a riprap apron, restoration with native wetland planting, and other miscellaneous items of work.

The work to be done for this project, shown on the drawings entitled Off-Leash Dog Area Shade Structures, prepared by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County dated June 12, 2026, consists of the construction of four 9x12 2-column gable shade structures, two at Hawk Hollow Forest Preserve, and two at Oldfield Oaks Forest Preserve. This will include site preparation, removal and salvage of 241 LF of woven wire fence, installation of 829 LF of woven wire fence, erosion control measures, grading, 3,585 SF of 5 concrete pads and access routes to the shelters, 128 LF of 4 chain link fencing, 0.7 acres of turf seeding, and site restoration.

The work included in this contract shall consist of removing a 10,000 gallon underground storage tank, a 5,000 gallon UST, pumps, pump island and associated piping & fixtures. Project Location: Ogle County Highway Department Facility located at 1989 South IL Route 2, Oregon IL 61061

Work includes : 13 EA 1" water service complete - short; 25 lf 4" water main; 1,168 LF 6" water main; 187 LF 6" restrained joint water main installed in casing; 187 LF water main quality casing pipe for 6" water main; 14 EA valve & box, 6"; see attached file.

Resurfacing of roadways and reconstruction of sidewalks and curbs in the various City Wards, including 11,445 SY HMA surface removal, 1,085 TON HMA surface replacement, 2,905 LF concrete curb gutter removal and replacement, 3,720 SF PCC sidewalk, 329 SY PCC driveway removal and replacement, and various other related items.

This project consists of resurfacing South Pierpont Avenue from West State Street to Delaware Street. Repairs may include but are not limited to full width mill and overlay, curb repairs, sidewalk, ADA ramps, structure adjustments, and apron repairs.

This project is an annual cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer program for the City of North Chicago. The City has budgeted approximately $170,000 for the annual cleaning and televising program. It is the intent of the program to clean and televise the entire City sanitary sewer system over a multi-year period. If the project is successfully completed, the City may choose to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Walnut Lift station Force Main was partially completed in 2013 from the Walnut Lane Lift station south bound until Bode Road. The remaining 1000 feet of the force main construction was not in the design and was left to be completed at a later date. The remainder of the force main should be designed for bid and construction documents.

Design build Contract RR-23-4920R Pavement and Structural Rehabilitation Illinois Route 390 M.P. 6.0 (U.S. Route 20/Lake Street) to M.P. 13.0 (I-290).

The project is primarily intended to separate storm inlets from the existing limits. As part of this work, certain sections of existing clay or concrete sanitary sewers will be replaced with PVC pipe either due to the deteriorated condition of the sanitary sewer or as required to meet water and sewer separation requirements.

The work shall consist of removing the existing bituminous parking lot to the subbase, regrade subbase to meet new elevations, aggregate base repair of any areas not passing a proof roll, and installation of new bituminous pavement, expansion of parking area with new full depth construction, installation of a new stormwater detention facility, and storm sewer. Pavement markings, signage and restoration are also included.

Project to include earth excavation, furnished excavation, concrete curb placement, pour in place rubber playground surfacing, playground equipment installation, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, thermoplastic pavement marking, park bench removal and reinstallation, and site restoration.

The Park District of Highland Park is seeking proposals for the following scope of work: Removal of existing backstop and installation of proposed 30 x 10 backstop at Fontana-Pasquesi Park (1780 Eastwood Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois). The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents.
