The Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, are seeking to restore the roof of the Rigdon Center located at 1958 Lewis Turner Blvd Fort Walton Beach FL 32547. We have several areas of a metal roofing that still needs to be coated with fluid applied waterproofing membrane system with Polyurethane resin coatings. The Rigdon metal roof should be with Synthetic rubber cold applied coating. This coating will be applied to (A) Foyer area totaling 3200sqft. As well as Doolittle (A1 and A2) totaling 17,500sqft and Bowlegs (B) Bathrooms area totaling 1,100sqft. Field measurements are required by contractor prior to submitting quote for accuracy.

The City of Coral Gables is seeking bids for the renovation of Rotary Park, located at 512 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. This project seeks to modernize the parks layout and infrastructure while enhancing recreational amenities to better serve the community. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following major components in accordance with Exhibit A Drawings (All Disciplines) and Exhibit B Drawings (DERM): 2.2.1 North Side 2.2.1.1 This section encompasses the existing playground area. Renovations will include the demolition and removal of outdated elements such as playground equipment, surface materials, concrete slab, perimeter fencing, partial concrete block wall, and other obsolete infrastructure. 2.2.1.2 The scope includes the installation of new utility systems, grading, and enhanced drainage solutions. Additional improvements will feature updated landscaping with integrated lighting, concrete walking paths, site furnishings, and equipment. The new playground will incorporate synthetic turf, a shade sail, a mister, and a water fountain. 2.2.2 South Side 2.2.2.1 The existing open lawn will be improved with the addition of seating areas incorporating flexipave surfaces, benches, picnic tables, and oolite boulders to create welcoming spaces for relaxation and community activities. 2.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Existing infrastructure such as exterior sidewalks, mature trees, electrical meters, and lighting poles will be preserved. The current irrigation system will be adjusted in accordance with the new landscape design layout, and it will be addressed as a change order as per contract without time extension. 2.4 OWNERS ALLOWANCE The owners allowance is intended for obtaining and providing the services identified below and needed as directed by the Architect and or Engineer (Consultant) and the City. The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the direct, actual expenses for the identified services upon receipt of invoice(s) including supporting documentation.

The scope of the project includes the installation of a new air-cooled chiller rated at 92.25 TON in the old cooling tower courtyard, with its corresponding supports (refer to structural drawings). New chilled water piping will be extended from the new chiller courtyard up to the old chiller room and at the point of connection as shown and depicted on the submitted drawings. A new air separator, expansion tank, and chemical pot feeder have been specified accordingly. Chiller system will remain stand-alone; no controls are part of this scope of work. Power connections are to be provided for the new chiller from existing panel MDP2 as depicted on drawings. A new vertical floor mounted AHU has been specified. Existing ceiling mounted AHU-1 shall be removed. Scope of work includes the demolition, chilled water and ductwork modifications (inclusive of new added O/A supply in-line fan) and related ceiling work as depicted on drawings. New AHU-1 shall be powered from the existing AHU power feeder and new SF-1 shall be powered from existing panel ILC as depicted on drawings.

Work includes but is not limited to the following: Milling and resurfacing, widening and resurfacing of intersecting streets, up to the existing joint at the side street or up to the point of curvature as determined by the Engineer or as indicated in the Plans, resurfacing of asphaltic pathways (pedestrian, bicycle, etc.) adjacent or not to the edge of pavement as necessary, temporary utility repairs (cold patches), clearing and excavating of shoulder areas or build-up, as directed by the Engineer; grading and clean-up of adjacent shoulders and removal of roots, as required, pavement markings including the installation of reflective pavement markers (blue/blue) at fire hydrant locations, sidewalk, sidewalk curbs and connectors, and pedestrian ramps. The Engineer will make the final determination of any changes required due to conflict of design and or field conditions. Resurfacing work may include any of the following: 1. Application of asphaltic concrete surface course to existing wearing course. 2. Application of asphaltic concrete leveling courses to existing wearing surfaces prior to and in preparation for item 1 above. 3. Application of asphaltic concrete to previously primed rock roads. 4. Fathering of the asphaltic concrete mat on private driveways to a point two (2) feet from the edge of the roadway. Resurfacing of the remainder of private driveways is expressly prohibited under this Contract, unless directed by the Engineer. 5. Adjustment of all storm water, water and sewer valves and manholes prior to resurfacing. All adjustments shall be made by the built-up method, not by the use of adjustment of rings.

The District Board of Trustees of Gulf Coast State College invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional engineering services to assess, design, and oversee HVAC system upgrades for (13) buildings located on our Panama City Campus. Scope of Work: This fixed contract is for Deerfield Island ADA Dock, 1720 Deerfield Island Park, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, Installation of an aluminum floating dock and gangway, concrete piling, concrete abutment, fire line with hose cabinet, and other miscellaneous appurtenant items. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit formal written Proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, corporations, partnerships and other legal entities (PROPOSER) to provide the processing equipment, operations, and maintenance and marketing and sale of recovered ferrous and non-ferrous metals, for the Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System (AMRPS), located at the Solid Waste Authority's (Authority) North County Landfill, located at 6330 N Jog Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412.\n\nThe AUTHORITY desires to enter into a new Site License Agreement (SLA) for all activities associated with the supply, operation, and maintenance of the AMRPS for an initial term of three (3) years. A draft of the SLA is included in this RFP as Attachment A. The selected PROPOSER will begin to participate in transition planning and transition activities from current to new operations (as applicable) on or before September 23, 2026, and will operate and maintain the AMRPS per the terms and conditions included in the SLA

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) encompasses construction activities for both CDBG Program Years 49 and 50 under a single bid.
