Milling existing pavement of approximately 27,500 SF or 3056 SY of parking lot area, finishing the milled surface, and placement of new asphalt pavement in a single SP 12.5 asphalt @ 165 lbs/sy. Citrus County, Florida (County) is seeking qualified engineering consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications for professional engineering services related to the design and post-design phases of the next widening segment of County Road 491 (CR491), extending from Pine Ridge Boulevard to north of Hampshire Boulevard.

CR491 serves as a major transportation corridor and designated evacuation route within the County. In response to increasing travel demand, the County has implemented phased widening improvements along the corridor and is now advancing the next phase of the project. Pinellas County seeks to obtain the services of a contractor to perform a full line of fire system testing, maintenance, inspection, certification and repair of fire protection systems for various County locations. SCOPE OF SERVICES: This section addresses those general system requirements and design objectives which are application independent. Some of the requirements are at minimum acceptable. System design or methodology can vary the approach to meeting the defined requirements. Also, the degree to which the system meets the requirements can differ. The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design, fabrication, shop drawings, and construction services for several covered parking structures at the C.D. McIntosh Power Plant. The project consists of eight (8) different parking areas throughout the plant. The selected contractor shall be responsible for design, preparation of shop drawings, fabrication, and full installation of the parking systems. The City of Lakeland may award all or part of the parking areas to one contractor based on pricing and other selection criteria.

The contractor shall verify all field conditions. Any constructability concerns shall be brought to the Citys attention prior to fabrication. The vendor is responsible for ensuring proper installation and alignment with Florida Building code.

GRU is upgrading the instrument air system at the Deerhaven Renewables facility. During the fall outage, two new oilfree air compressors will be installed, providing a combined capacity of approximately 1,800 scfm at 125 psi. The existing air dryer will need to be replaced to handle the increased capacity of these larger compressors.

The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured dealers, contractors, or installers (Seller) for the purchase, delivery, setup, and turnkey installation of one double-wide manufactured/mobile home (Home). The Home shall be a new three-bedroom, two-bath double-wide manufactured/mobile home, approximately 1,280 square feet, plus or minus ten percent.

Purchase is needed to replace broken and missing pavers on Tampa Riverwalk. The Riverwalk hosts thousands of pedestrian weekly and help provide a safe space for citizens to travel and exercise as it is crucial to the guest experience.

During the construction of the Riverwalk, Carnelian Granite Pavers from Coldspring Quarrier were installed.

These granite pavers have maintained their integrity however some have become damaged due to vandalism, storm surges, hurricanes, and wear and tear of equipment transported over them.

As pavers become damaged and need to be replaced a consistent aesthetic and quality look would be accomplished using the same material from the same quarry. Carnelian and Sunset Red Granite Pavers are only available from the Coldspring Quarry.

Pinellas County is replacing the Ridgemoor Boulevard Bridge over Brooker Creek. The current 120foot flatslab bridge will be replaced with a 135foot structure along with related roadway and drainage improvements.

Pinellas County is dedicated to promoting traffic safety and efficiency throughout its roadway network. As such, the County has a robust milling and resurfacing program. Pinellas County has developed the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Pavement Preservation Package 1 consisting of four (4) paving locations within the County. This package contains two (2) arterial and two (2) local groups (neighborhood) projects totaling approximately 38.55 lane miles of roadway.

The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide hurricane impact windows and doors installation services needed at Brighton Reservation.

The City is seeking qualified firms for a long-term transactional structure, which may include a ground lease, joint venture, master lease, or other alternative or public-private partnership structure, for the approximate six-(6)-acre portion (the Subject Parcel) of the City-owned property consisting of approximately 50.49 acres property bordered by East 8th Avenue to the west, East 56th Street to the north, the railroad tracks to the east and the canal to the south (the Parent Tract), for development and operation as a multifamily residential or mixed-use building with a public employee housing component. (the Project) The Subject Parcel is located in the southwest quadrant abutting East 8th Avenue and is generally depicted in the sketch attached hereto as Exhibit A in theATTACHMENTS. The development of the Subject Parcel will serve as an initial phase or catalytic component of the Citys broader and master planned City Center. A core objective of this RFP is the provision of long-term housing opportunities for public sector or City employees. The City seeks proposals that reserve a defined portion of residential units at preferential, rental rates for a term (30 years or more) or through an alternative structure proposed by the Proposer, allowing the City to offer affordable and predictable housing as a workforce recruitment and retention tool. The City envisions utilizing this as a recruiting tool to keep the best and brightest in Hialeah for the long-term with low-cost leases within a vibrant City Center development. The City seeks to reserve a minimum number of units for long-term rent from the selected Proposer at a longterm, favorable, reduced (below market) rental rate (or alternative arrangement), which the City will then sublease to public sector employees. To supplement the preferential rent, the City will create a fund to receive ground lease rent (or other Project revenue streams) from the Project, which will be used to offset all or a portion of City employees rent payments in order to attract and retain quality talent to the City. The City seeks assistance and/or management from the selected proposer in operating and leasing City controlled units in the event public sector employees are unavailable. In order to ensure long-term flexibility and potential funding participation, the City reserves the right to assign and/or partner with other governmental or quasi-governmental entities to participate in administering the Citys units, including through an assignment of a portion of its interest in the transactional documents or ground lease and/or other profit-sharing agreement. The Project is the first phase of a master-planned, multi-phase development of the Parent Tract as a mixed use City Center projected to consist of multifamily residential, entertainment, food and beverage, office, retail, and transit-supportive uses, with retail frontage on East 8th Avenue and development of a destination Tri-Rail station on its eastern flank. The Parent Tract is not intended to contain a City Hall, but may contain satellite government offices and/or facilities. The selected Proposer will be responsible for all design, development, construction, financing, and operation of the Project. The Project must provide all required parking and meet all applicable zoning requirements. The Proposer will be responsible for meeting all planning, zoning, subdivision, and environmental requirements of the proposed Project, but may seek to modify existing land use and zoning, and other zoning entitlements to guide the Projects construction. To ensure the Project fits in context with the Parent Tract, Proposers are asked to provide a conceptual master plan for the Parent Tract. The City envisions a vibrant City Center on the Parent Tract that should consist of multifamily residential, entertainment, food and beverage, office, retail and transit-supportive uses with retail frontage on East 8th Avenue and development of a destination Tri-Rail station on its eastern flank. The Proposer should consider the interaction of the Subject Parcel with the Parent Tract and propose a conceptual master plan that includes the intended mix of uses and is based on Transit Oriented Design principles that leverage existing and future transit opportunities, including connectivity to Tri-Rail. The conceptual master plan is not the subject of this RFP, but will be used to better understand and evaluate the Proposers Project as it relates to the remainder of the Parent Tract. Proposers are encouraged to propose their preferred structure for maximizing the Citys primary intention to make units available to public sector employees at significantly reduced rates. The City is open to considering long-term transactional structures, which may include a ground lease, joint venture, master lease, or other alternative or public-private partnership structure, in exchange for public benefits and accomplishment of the Citys goals. The City is open to innovative approaches for design, ownership structure, and revenue sharing all in furtherance of the Citys primary goal of providing essential housing for its employees at an affordable cost. While the City has a defined vision for the long-term master development of the Parent Tract, it is seeking innovative, market-responsive proposals that demonstrate creativity in site design, building program, deal structure, and financial feasibility, while remaining consistent with the Citys goals and public policy objectives. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, development approach, and overall financial and public value to the City.

The City of St. Augustine is looking for qualified Contactors to provide labor, material, equipment, installation, maintenance and management of all Night of Lights displays on City of St. Augustine property.

The Project consists of Stormwater collection and discharge improvements in SW 48th Street, SW 55th Avenue, SW 54th Terrace, and a portion of the vacant right-of-way between 55th Avenue and 54th Terrace. The Project area is bounded by Griffin Road on the north, SW 49th Street on the south, SW 52nd Avenue on the east, and Wilson Road on the west, in Section 26, Township 50 South, Range 41 East. The Project consists of the demolition and removal of existing drainage pipelines, manholes and catch basins, as well as the construction of new underground HDPE drainage pipelines, in various diameters, and concrete catch basins and manholes. It also includes the relocation of watermains, and construction of a control structure and HDPE pipe, and RIP-RAP top of bank on the Sunny Lake east berm. Stormwater discharges to the east into the S-4 Canal and construction of a RIP-RAP headwall and installation of a 48-inch flap gate are required. Stormwater discharges to the east into the S-2 Canal and construction of pipe extension and RIP-RAP headwall, and installation of a 36-inch flap gate are required. The Project also requires that road elevations be raised in limited areas, and asphalt, swales and grass restoration in general, and relocation of watermain segments. Permitting processes have been initiated or completed with the Town of Davie Engineering and Utilities Divisions, CBWMD, SFWMD, and Broward County Traffic Division and Resilient Environment Department Environmental Permitting Division. This Project will be partially funded by an EPA Grant, therefore it has special requirements that are described in this Invitation to Bid.
