Total Small Business Set-Aside, 561730 - Landscaping Services. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary to perform hillside vegetation clearing and herbicide applications to shoreline rip rap and lock esplanades at all 3 Cape Fear Lock and Dam locations in Bladen County, North Carolina. PoP Date of Award 05/14/2027 plus 4 year option.

The following property, comprising two parcels, is being offered for commercial development proposals by the town of Huntersville for a pad-ready site near the intersection of Gilead Road and Old Statesville Road in downtown Huntersville, NC. The site is currently zoned Town Center (TC) and approved for commercial use with stormwater and parking already in place. For the purposes of this RFP, the Town is open to any concept for the redevelopment of this space, noting that a rezoning may be required depending on proposed uses of the site.

The services provided in this Scope of Work will consist of all work necessary for the removal and disposal of Trees (alive or dead) within Mecklenburg County (the County). It will include providing all necessary traffic control, labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this task. The Vendor will remove the designated trees and dispose of all debris including but not limited to trees, limbs, and brush, and grind the stumps. All stumps shall be sawn off just above ground level, unless instructed for them to be to the ground. The Vendor without additional cost to the County shall fill holes in the ground caused by the removal of trees and stumps. Trees are to be taken down within ten (10) working days of notification. NO TREES SHALL BE REMOVED FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO DO SO BY THE COUNTY. It is the Vendors responsibility to have all utilities located prior to beginning any work and coordinate with utility companies to move them as necessary. The Vendor shall take special care during the course of this operation to avoid damage to the existing roadway surface, sidewalks and curbs. The Vendor shall avoid placing heavy equipment on sidewalks and curbs that will cause damage to these structures. Any damage caused by the Vendors operations shall be repaired at his expense. The Vendor shall also take special care to avoid damage to existing roadway shoulders, side ditches, outfalls, other watercourses and drainage structures. Any damage caused by the Vendors operation shall be repaired at his expense. Damage in this case shall include the fillings of previously open ditches, watercourses or drainage structures with soil or debris. Vendor must carry out all work according to the following specifications.

The project generally consists of the replacement of the obsolete fire alarm system.

A single-story retail store with a gross square footage of 8,968 divided between sales floor and warehouse. The existing retail store will be expanded to include a ~4,000 square foot addition consisting of masonry walls, storefront glass, and new roof. The existing retail portion will be renovated to include new finishes and a walk-in cooler. Associated site work includes a parking lot expansion and new drive access.

The Project consists of the demolition of the existing storage tanks, grading and installation of two new 30,000 Gal water storage tanks with associated plumbing, controls and additional ancillary items.

The N.C. Department of Public Safety, National Guard, NC is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care services for the NC Army National Guard located at various North Carolina locations. Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services shall include year-round mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, and related services for weed and grass control on the grounds and fences owned by the National Guard and the adjoining highway right of ways. All work shall be completed in a manner to present a well-maintained, landscaped, professional-type appearance. Work is not guaranteed without prior approval by the facility point of contact (POC). The facility POC (or their designee) may determine when services are not required for a time. If services are not determined necessary for a time, then the contractor cannot invoice the National Guard for that period. Contractor provides all equipment, supplies, materials, transportation and labor to complete the services in accordance with contract specifications and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Campus Repairs and Renovations include the replacement of exterior pole and building mounted exterior lighting systems and associated branch circuits, renovating the existing sports track and field to include replacing the existing track with a new 400 meter track, fine grading and drainage improvements, new bleachers and sidewalks, and parking improvements.

The Project includes the renovation of a 10,481 square foot existing two-story building. Renovations include selective demolition, new finishes, new steel stud walls, new elevator, and new masonry elevator shaft. Replacement systems for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Project also included minor sitework to the existing parking areas and sidewalks.

The scope of this project will include full design and construction administration services for the modernization of the two passenger elevators in Building HA on the Perry Health Sciences Campus. One elevator has 5 stops and one elevator has 6 stops. The existing elevators are gearless traction type elevators installed in 2012 with a current history of frequent repairs over the last few years. The modernization scope will include the evaluation for replacement of and/or upgrades to the Elevator Equipment Room, Hoistway (including the gearless hoist machines), Elevator Cars and Elevator Lobbies. In order to fully develop the final scope of work, an existing conditions analysis for the above scope of work will be required on a cost benefit basis.

Professional Commissioning Agent services for construction commissioning for the replacement of outdoor air-cooled chillers at the Southern Wake Campus (3 locations) and the Perry Health Sciences Campus (1 location).

New storm drainage infrastructure, including site retaining wall and pavement removal and replacement.

The City seeks to select a development team with the experience, financial capacity, and local expertise to deliver a catalytic mixed-use project that expands Downtown and aligns with community priorities and market conditions.

The Engineering Services required include assisting the Town with Grant Applications, Project Estimation, Project Design, Developing Scopes of Work and Specifications, Permitting, Contractor Procurement, Contractor Oversight, Project Administration and Documentation, and establishing Codes & Standards and Maintenance Programs as may be required as part of Grant Agreements or as may be requested by the Town of Elk Park.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Work under this contract that may disrupt the existing irrigation system shall only be performed between September 1 and March 31 due to irrigation requirements during growing season. Prior to September 1, the Contractor may perform preparatory activities such as site measurements, planning, coordination, procurement, and ordering of materials, and supplies; however, no construction, demolition, excavation, disconnecting, or other activities that interfere with the operation of the existing irrigation system shall commence before September 1. The contractor shall maintain the existing irrigation system in full operational status until the replacement or modified system has been fully installed, tested, and demonstrated to be functioning as intended. At no time shall the Contractor remove, disable, or abandon the existing system prior to successful activation and operation of the new system.

The Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, including offices, fire houses, police divisions, and equipment shops, that house various City activities. The City also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events.The City plans to contract with one or more Companies to provide Repair and Replacement of Blinds, Shades, Shutters and Window Treatments. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide professional, timely, and cost-effective services to the City. Companies should be experienced in providing services for commercial facilities.

Work generally consists of replacement of the grease interceptor.

The project will consist of furnishing, erecting, painting, testing, and disinfection of one (1) 500,000 gallon multi-leg elevated storage tank including site work, grading, erosion control, altitude valve vault, outlet structure, and site piping as specified and shown on the drawings. The bid shall also include the design, furnishing, and construction of the tank foundation based on the provided subsurface investigation, specifications, and special provisions. Additionally, the project will include approximately 75 LF of 12" C900 PVC and 5 LF of 12" DIP PC350 off-site potable water main and all associated valves and appurtenances to connect the elevated storage tank to the existing water system.
