In accordance with GS 143-128.1A the TOWN OF WAYNESVILLE is soliciting proposals from a qualified solar photovoltaic (solar PV) firm/team to design AND construct a roof mount solar PV system the site address. The Firm/Team is responsible for all project permitting. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar, have relationships with/knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, provide system monitoring and maintenance, and have established onsite safety standards.
The Town of Waynesville is seeking a licensed North Carolina contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services required for the installation of a roofing system to be installed over an existing membrane roof at the Recreation Center, located at 550 Vance Street, Waynesville, NC 28786. The roof is approximately 46,000 square feet in size, 26 years old, and located approximately 40 feet above ground level.
The work shall consist of the construction of an ADA Compliant Bathroom at The Omega Center, New Bern, NC.
The project generally consists of parking lot drainage and pavement repairs at the Hal Marshall Center.
The City of Raleighs parking division, Raleigh Parking, is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in power washing the interior areas of the following decks: Cabarrus Parking Deck, City Center/Red Hat Parking Decks, Moore Square Parking Deck, Performing Arts Parking Deck, Convention Center/Charter Square Underground Parking Garage, and the Wilmington Street Station Parking Deck. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean the interior of the two structures including but not limited to vehicle drive lanes, parking stalls/spaces, walls, walkways, stairwells and landings, columns, waste receptacles, and ceilings. This would be comprehensive cleaning and detailing of the interior portions.
The city is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pollinator garden maintenance services for pollinator habitat areas located on city-owned properties, medians, and rights-of-way. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors who possess demonstrated expertise in native plant care, pollinator habitat management, and sustainable landscape maintenance practices. The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, NC State Fair, is seeking to award an Agency Specific Term contract to a vendor to supply Sound and Lighting at the Dorton Arena and Waterfall Stage during the NC State Fair. The equipment will be in place and fully operational for the opening day of the fair. Equipment shall be removed as soon as possible after the closing day of the fair to prevent theft or damages. The vendor provides all equipment including wiring, cabling, etc., installation and technicians on site per specifications. The equipment will be installed during the designated time period in the specifications.
