Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238160 - Roofing Contractors. Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on an eighty foot (80) x thirty-two foot (32) metal building (Compound Building #1), removal of existing insulation, installation of a filled cavity roof insulation system, and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components. ITEM 1 - Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on a ninety-nine foot (99) x thirty-two foot (32) metal building (Compound Building #2) and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components.

The project generally consists of the roof replacement at the North Regional Library.

The Raleigh Convention Center Expansion will be constructed across the street from the current Raleigh Convention Center, at the current Red Hat Amphitheater site. The 322,000SF expansion will be connected to the current Raleigh Convention Center by sky bridges across McDowell St, and will feature a 50,000SF flex hall, 18,000SF flex hall, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, and administration/support spaces.

The project generally consists of construction of EV Charges at the 4th Street Parking Garage.

The Project consists of replacement of 473 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer and abandonment of 500 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer.

Project Description: District 4. Resurfacing - Route No. SR-1527- Roberson School Road. Location: 1 Section of Secondary Route. The property currently utilizes twenty (20) existing service panels supplied by multiple distribution points that deliver utility service to various agricultural and related areas (utility delivery) via current transformers (CTs) mounted on distribution poles spanning out to all (20) panels. This project will replace the existing configuration with a centralized, single-phase 120/240V, 1200-amp service distribution point to improve efficiency, reliability, and system consolidation

The scope of this project includes site amenity and improvements to bus stops Group O located within Wake County listed in the Scope of Work below. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.

The Work consists of the following: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork (mass grading and fine grading), storm drainage, utilities, building construction, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, paved walking trails, playground, court resurfacing, and ancillary site work as illustrated in the contract documents.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of the elevated Depot Street Water Tank. This will involve repairing the tank anchor bolts, upgrades to the overflow pipe, upgrades to the tower access ladder, installing climbing guards on lattice legs, adjusting the windage rods to withstand 100 mph winds blowing from any direction, reinforcing the strut ends, installation of swing gate on balcony, drilling additional weep holes in balcony floor, welding the circumference of the posthead-to-shell connections for reinforcement, cleaning and lubricating all moving parts on the liquid level indicator and calibration of the unit, installation of guard rail system on tank roof, upgrades to roof access ladder, replacing existing finial ball with a vacuum-pressure frost proof vent and screen, surface preparation and recoating of exterior/interior of tank, remounting roof with gusset plates and seam sealing the circumference of the roof-to-shell connection, performing cleanout of interior of tank, replacement of roof manway, installation of safety grill over riser pipe, and disinfection the tank interior upon completion.

The project generally consists of shoreline stabilization, rock revetment construction, beach fill placement, dune restoration planting, post-and-rope fencing installation, and stormwater outfall repairs and extensions.

The project consists of the in-kind replacement of rooftop HVAC units, added ventilation, and associated mechanical work at the Bob Caton Field House and the Auxiliary Services Facility.

Provide delivery, pick-up, and service for trash, recyclables, and construction waste for six (6) locations within Lake Norman State Park (hereinafter, Park) located at 759 State Park Road, Troutman, NC 28166. It shall be the responsibility of the awarded Vendor to provide, deliver, off-load, and service for each type of dumpster.

The project generally consists of replacing the fire alarm system.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the interior painting of the school. This project is interior painting only. Scope of work applies to the following areas: Classrooms Hallways Common Areas Gymnasium Cafeteria Kitchen Restrooms Closets Stairwells Media Center Preparation Work: Surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, and priming; Patching and repairing damaged surfaces; and Covering and protecting floors and other surfaces not to be painted. Painting Specifications: Use Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 semi-gloss on walls; Use Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Waterborne Urethane on all metal surfaces; Color will match what is currently at Lucy S Herring Elementary School; and One coat of paint to be applied.

Construction of approximately 160 linear feet of 8 DR-35 PVC with stone bedding, one (1) precast manhole, four (4) 4 sewer service laterals and all associated appurtenances required for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown of the project drawings.

The proposed project consists of the installation of a new SCADA system at all the Towns existing well sites, replacement and installation of new electrical components at Well #101, Well #102, and Well #104, and the installation of new emergency generators at Well #102 and Well #104.

The scope of work includes renovation of existing tiered lecture classrooms within the existing Friday Building, located in the academic core of campus (building #35 on the campus map https://facilities.charlotte.edu/our-services/maps/printable-campus-maps/ of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Existing tiered lecture rooms will be renovated and converted into active learning classrooms for 72 students each.

This contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to perform regularly Scheduled Maintenance on existing and new storm water drainage systems. Work will include, but not limited to, replacing failing, damaged or substandard storm water drainage systems including pipe, manholes, catch basins, drainage ditches and any additional work necessary to complete this contract.
