The purpose of this project is to repair and improve the existing asphalt pavement along the designated sections of Gates 1 8, Gates 10 12 and Bayberry Circle located within the Town of Carolina Shores, North Carolina. Work includes roadway milling, patching, asphalt overlay, grading of shoulders, and seeding/erosion control

UCPS seeks to contract the repair and refurbishment of the asphalt lot and driveway located at the below listed location to a professional contractor that is experienced in commercial projects of this type and size.

Moore County WPCP is requesting a quote for the trucking of Wastewater bio-solids from our facility to Anson Waste Management Facility. We are requesting approximately 6000 tons of bio-solids to be removed from our facility, per fiscal year (July 1, 2026 June 30, 2027 and July 1, 2027 June 30, 2028). The Moore County WPCP has already secured a special waste disposal agreement and will pay the tipping fee directly to the Landfill. The landfill is approximately 50 miles from our facility. Quotes should be provided in cost per ton.

The project generally consists renovations of the Weatherspoon Art Museum Center for Art and Human Understanding.

The Town of Burnsville is proposing a critical infrastructure improvement project to modernize and enhance the sewer system serving the Hickory Lane and West Glendale Avenue area. This neighborhood is currently served by undersized 4-inch and 6-inch gravity-fed sewer lines, which have proven inadequate to handle existing flow volumes and have contributed to system inefficiencies and maintenance challenges. 2. To address these issues and ensure compliance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Qualitys (NC DEQ) minimum design criteria for public sewer conveyance and collection systems, the Town is proposing to replace the existing lines with new 8 inch sewer lines. This upgrade will not only improve hydraulic capacity and system reliability but will also accommodate future growth in the service area. In addition to increasing the line size, the project will utilize ductile iron pipe (DIP), a durable and resilient material designed to withstand shifting soils, heavy loading, and future flooding events. Collectively, these improvements will enhance the long-term functionality and resiliency of Burnsvilles wastewater infrastructure against future major flood events. Engineering services for the Project shall include, but are not limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation and administration of the project in conformance with DEQ, federal, and state requirements.

The Town of Burnsville is proposing a comprehensive water system improvement project designed to enhance resiliency and long-term operational efficiency of its water supply, storage, and distribution systems. The first component involves relocating the Towns main water distribution line along US 19E to the shoulder of the highway. This relocation will substantially increase the resilience of the distribution network by reducing maintenance demands and virtually eliminating the risk of damage caused by vehicular traffic traveling over the existing lines. The new alignment will also place the water lines at a shallower, more accessible depth, enabling faster response times for both routine maintenance and emergency repairs. The second component of the project includes the development of two new water supply wells, which will serve as a redundant water source to supplement the Towns existing surface water supply. This addition strengthens the Towns capacity to maintain uninterrupted service during drought conditions, treatment plant maintenance, or other emergency scenarios affecting the primary source, such as happened during Hurricane Helene. The third component involves constructing a 300,000-gallon ground-level storage tank within the eastern portion of the system. This new reservoir will expand overall storage capacity, provide operational flexibility for balancing system demand, and serve as a backup facility should the primary storage or treatment infrastructure become compromised. Collectively, these improvements will create a more resilient and redundant water system, ensuring the continued delivery of safe and reliable water service to the residents and businesses of the Town of Burnsville under both normal and emergency conditions. Engineering services for the Project shall include, but are not limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation and administration of the project in conformance with DEQ, federal, and state requirements.

The City of Durhams Department of Water Management (DWM) owns and operates municipal water treatment and distribution systems and wastewater treatment and collection systems. To keep these facilities operational, there is a need for routine maintenance as well as corrective maintenance that span a variety of trades. DWMs Plant Engineering and Maintenance (PEM) team is responsible for routine maintenance throughout DWMs facilities but does not have the resources to address all corrective or emergency maintenance issues that may arise. Given the criticality of DWMs facilities to the health and well-being of the residents of Durham, DWM has an ongoing need for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), overhead-door, and fencing services. The project involves furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for on-call repairs at Department of Water Management (DWM) facilities, which include the following: Two (2) water treatment plants Two (2) water reclamation facilities Two (2) water supply dams and raw water pump stations Six (6) elevated tank sites Two (2) booster pump stations Sixty-two (62) lift stations DWM Mist Lake Administrative Complex (office facilities, warehouse, trades workshops and fleet maintenance building) DWM Compliance Services Building and Laboratory

This project is expected to consist of approximately 14,000 feet of new water transmission main to connect the US52 WTP to the Citys distribution network in the vicinity of the Snuggs Rd / US52 Highway intersection, where the new pipe will connect to existing 20 and/or 24 transmission main. The existing transmission main scheduled for replacement is not currently in service due to frequent and expensive repairs. The new pipe is expected to be either 20 or 24 in size. Size determination will be made through a collaborative effort between the Owner, the OA, and the selected design-builder. Budget may be a factor when determining the pipe size. The route of the new pipeline is not yet finalized and will be determined in collaboration with the selected design-builder. Multiple connections to existing pipelines will be required along the route. It is imperative that such connections are made with minimal disturbance of service to the Owners customers.

The Project includes the construction of 11,280 LF of 8, 15, 16 and 18 gravity sewer and associated manholes along Third Creek south of Interstate 40.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to design and install an upgraded digital/analog audiovisual system using current (HDBaseT or AVOIP) technology on three (3) GTCC campuses (Jamestown, Cameron, and Greensboro) for thirty-eight (38) rooms on multiple floors in eight (8) buildings. The awarded contractor will be responsible for complete end-to-end services, including project management, equipment procurement, system design, installation, configuration, testing, final documentation, and user training. All work must comply with the functional, technical, and quality standards outlined in this IFB and be completed within the agreed-upon project timeline.

Project involves performing hydraulic dredging over and around an existing water intake pipe located at approximately 330 linear feet into the Catawba River from the City of Belmonts Raw Water Intake Pump Station located at 251 Linestowe Drive in Belmont, NC. The purpose of this dredging operation is to remove accumulated sediment over the intake screen at the end of the intake pipe to maintain adequate water flow capacity and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the intake system. The dredged material will be collected in geotextile silt bags and once dewatered, hauled to an approved landfill.

The Town operates water utilities that serves the citizens, businesses and industries within the Town service area. It is the intent of the Town to select one Engineering consultant to undertake projects associated with the required Lead and Copper Service Inventory and Replacement work, as may be needed by the Town, if the Town is awarded and receives funding from the State for this work. The work may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Grant Administration Preparing grant funding applications, grant administration and associated services. Preparation and assistance with phases of a lead and copper inventory project and subsequent replacement project(s). Condition Assessments (investigation, analysis and recommendation(s), for repair/replacement of existing Town infrastructure components). Preparation of Preliminary Engineering Report(s) Preparation of required reports by the Funding Agency related to Lead and Copper Service Projects. Engineered design and related engineering services for public works infrastructure improvement projects that may be identified and related to lead and copper inventory and replacement work. Opinions of cost and schedules during various stages of project development. Field services, including, but not limited to, potholing of water services and water service material identification. Additional miscellaneous services and tasks generally associated with Engineering Services related to Lead and Copper Service Inventory and/or Replacement.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete and satisfactory performance of Pest Control services for the University. The control of pests shall be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the most modern and effective scientific pest control principles of IPM.

This project is located at North Asheboro County Park in Randolph County, NC. This project will implement stormwater infrastructure throughout the park and restore a portion of Hasketts Creek, which runs through the park's center. The stormwater features to be constructed include three pocket wetlands, three water quality swales, two cisterns, a stormwater outfall stabilization, a vernal pool construction and tributary enhancement, and an enhancement of an existing wetland area. The stream restoration will include 700 linear feet of Hasketts Creek within the park property. The stream work will consist of the construction of riffles and pools, the installation of stone and boulder toes, vegetated geolifts, a cross-vane feature, and the establishment of a 50-ft riparian buffer.

The scope of the work will be limited to the auditorium at Sparta Elementary School, 450 N Main St., Sparta, NC 28675. The county is seeking responsible parties to provide the HVAC unit and the labor to install it in the auditorium.

The project generally consists of chiller replacement.

The Town of Whitakers is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to hire an Owners Representative that will be responsible for completing all needed architectural/engineering services for the following project: To assist the Town of Whitakers with evaluation of potential sites, geotechnical evaluation if needed, preliminary report, environmental report if required, provide essential data for USDARD funding application, design, bidding process and negotiation on construction contract, and construction administration necessary to construct and/or renovate a building to be used as a Community Center.
