Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238120 - Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work.
The Contractor will provide snow and ice removal services on an on-call, as needed basis. The City will issue a list of properties that are to be maintained at the beginning of the season. The Contractor will be performing snow removal services at City owned buildings, including but not limited to CMPD facilities, Solid Waste facilities, and various other Government buildings. Properties range in size from between approximately acre to over 4 acres of paved areas. Assigned properties are subject to change throughout the year. Work will be performed in response to requests made by the Citys Project Manager. All services require advance authorization. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform snow removal services.
This project consists of the removal canopy and pavers, reconstruction of failing subbase, concrete foundations, reinstall canopy and reinstallation of pavers.
Wake Tech's existing Western Wake Campus, located in a leased facility in Cary, will be relocated to a highly accessible 34-acre site located in the Veridea development near N.C. Highway 55, the N.C. Highway 540 Triangle Expressway and U.S. Highway 1, the Conlon Western Wake Campus will be adjacent to the future 230-acre North Carolina Children's Hospital, the state's first freestanding hospital dedicated to serving the needs of children, and Dell Technologies. It will also be located within 4 miles of new and expanding biopharmaceutical facilities in Holly Springs: Amgen, CSL Seqirus, Fujifilm Biotechnologies and Genentech. In addition to biotech and future health sciences training, the campus will offer business and IT programs, along with the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees for university transfer. The master plan for development, shows three academic buildings on the 34-acre site.
The City of Ashevilles Water Resources Department desires to employ a qualified SCADA Integration Company with North Carolina (NC) certified licensed electrical engineers to replace all Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at three water treatment plants (WTP) and to perform integration for all new PLCs and software.
Work may include but is not necessarily limited to initiating new projects and/or the review and completion of an existing projects activities already in progress. Minor drainage projects are the ones defined to average in total construction cost between $50,000 to $500,000 each. The general timeline to complete a project is typically 90-365 days (including all aspects of planning, design, real estate, utility coordination, etc., excluding construction).

The City of Raleigh is seeking multiple-qualified firm(s) with which to enter into Master Services Agreements (MSA) for the following services: Facility and Security Enhancements (Access control) components and services, such as badge readers, door hardware, software, installation, and system integration, so vendors can provide accurate quotes for securing a facility or property.
This project includes the construction of a new prefabricated booster pump station and backup diesel generator (bid as an alternate), with the necessary yard piping, site improvements, and electrical work to deliver a fully functional booster pump station. Additionally, a second bid alternate will be for the replacement of approximately 262 LF of existing AC water main that currently extends from the tank site to the distribution system on Liberty Drive.
This contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to perform Scheduled Maintenance on existing water and sanitary sewer systems as requested from time to time, under normal circumstances and Emergency Repairs on existing water and sanitary sewer systems, under emergency circumstances. Work will include, but is not limited to, replacing failing, damaged or substandard water and sewer services, water lines or sanitary sewer pipes, fire hydrants, rebuild manholes, make up new taps, and additional work necessary to complete this contract. The County is seeking a turnkey solution for the repair, resealing, and restriping of multiple parking lots to restore functionality, safety, and appearance. Parking lots included in this RFP include: the Courthouse, Facility Maintenance, Harnett Area Rural Transit, Harnett Regional Water, Sheriffs Office, Agriculture Center, Health Department rear lot, and the RCL Building front and rear parking lots. The maintenance and repair work, contemplated in this RFP includes the removal and proper disposal of damaged asphalt, installation of ABC stone where necessary to ensure a stable base, patching and resurfacing of deteriorated areas, crack sealing of major asphalt pavement cracks using hot-applied crack sealant. Work will also include grading to promote proper drainage, application of a seal coat to extend pavement life, and restriping of parking areas, including ADA-compliant spaces, crosswalks, and other pavement markings using durable transportation-grade paint in accordance with applicable standards. All existing brick and concrete pedestrian walkways and curbing shall remain in place and must not be disturbed during the course of work. The scope is intended to deliver a fully rehabilitated and clearly marked parking.
Harnett County (the County) is soliciting firm BIDS for the purchase and delivery of water and wastewater chemicals for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Purchases will be in full tanker truckloads (TTL), Less than Truckload (LTL), totes, pallet loads or as noted below. All pricing is for chemicals delivered. No fuel surcharges will be considered unless spot diesel fuel prices for over the road vehicles rise above $6.00 per gallon for 60 consecutive days.
The initial and primary work under this contract will include the setup of two (2) homes located at 703 West Fifth Street (Parcel #11383) and 705 West Fifth Street (Parcel #1710).
The scope of this project is limited to approximately 6,166 SF of interior renovations inside the Wake County South Wilmington Street Center. The project construction scope will include the interior renovation of the existing kitchen area in the Mens Shelter. The kitchen work shall consist of select interior finish replacement, some new kitchen equipment, freezer/cooler replacement and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
The project is expected to include: Construction of a new approximately 1500 sq. ft restroom/concession/office facility Landscaped patio/plaza area (where to be demolished building currently sits) Renovate existing accessible parking spots Utility upgrades/connections (bringing fiber network cables into new building from Glenn Ave) Accessible sidewalks that tie into existing sidewalks Site infrastructure (water, sewer, electrical service, stormwater improvements, etc.) Intent is to utilize the existing utilities serving the existing restroom building for use in the new building Site furnishings (benches, trash cans, picnic tables) Landscaping The existing restroom building must remain in service as long as feasibly possible.
Work will require one of or all: repair, remove, replace, and grade asphalt.
