Wake County Public School System is seeking to secure a contract, or contracts, to provide Insulation Installation and Repair at various WCPSS facilities throughout the district now or hereafter owned, leased, or possessed by WCPSS. Scope of work includes but is not limited to insulating refrigeration lines, hot and chilled water lines and various types of ductwork.

The City of Greensboros Transportation Department is seeking qualified contractor(s) to replace/repair a damaged guardrail and restore/landscape areas disturbed during work with acceptable soil, seed, and straw. This guardrail repair should be done as referenced in the NCDOT Guardrail Standard.

The Company shall provide painting services at various locations as identified by the City. Services consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the painting and finishing of new and existing interior and exterior surfaces, i.e., walls, doors, jambs, window frames, and other work as directed by the Project Manager. Work areas may be occupied and require moving and repositioning of office equipment and furniture.

The Needham Street Waterline Replacement Project involves replacing approximately 650 linear feet of aging two-inch (2) galvanized iron waterlines within its water distribution system. The work will involve the abandonment of the existing line and installation of a new 2" PVC water line including replacing all service connections along the route. This project aims to improve the reliability, safety, and performance of the Towns water distribution infrastructure.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. Installation of 5.75-foot high by 14-foot-wide reinforced concrete box culvert and headwalls along with 15-inch storm drainage pipe and structures 2. Removal and replacement of approximately 70 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water line including valves and appurtenances. 3. Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer lateral and installation of approximately 105 LF of 4-inch PVC sanitary sewer lateral. 4. Concrete removal and replacement and asphalt pavement removal and replacement in areas of culvert construction and asphalt overlay of Locks Creek Road and portions of Carriage Street as indicated on the drawings.

The Vendor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment required to provide professional janitorial services for CVCC campus requirements herein. The Vendor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure the effective and economic performance of janitorial operations as specified in the RFP. The scope of work as described in this RFP includes the main and off campus and off campus buildings. CVCC shall delegate a Contract Manager to oversee the performance of this contract. The Contract Manager may do daily checks, interact regularly with campus customers, and interact daily with the Vendors Contract Manager to resolve any issues. The Contract Manager shall have overall responsibility for ensuring the terms, conditions, and scope of work/contract obligations are fulfilled.

The project generally consists of the replacement of the obsolete fire alarm system.

The Project includes but not limited to the following Work: Chemical Feed Building Chemical Feed Equipment Grinder Pump Station Vertical Turbine Pumps Aerator (Degasifier) Site Piping and Improvements Electrical Mechanical WTP Analyzer SCADA

The Project base bid consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the rehabilitation of approximately 1.5 miles of gravity sewer pipe, ranging in size from 8-inch to 12-inch diameter, through a combination of approaches including but not limited to open cut point repairs, cured-in-place pipe lining, and pipe bursting. Work also includes lateral reinstatements, bypass pumping if needed, manhole rehabilitation identified as needed based on field conditions, traffic control if needed, restoring ground and roadway surfaces, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The Project add alternate bid consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified for the complete and operable rehabilitation of 8-inch gravity sewer through cured-in-place pipe patches, associated lateral reinstatements, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.

The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services for the following project: Little Creek RRF Expansion. Provide Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and preliminary design for expansion of the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) up to 4.99 MGD. PER and preliminary design will also address new discharge location at Moccasin Creek. If speculative limits are successfully obtained, assist with additional NPDES permitting for expansion required and completion of detailed design, bidding, and construction phase services for the recommended plant expansion.

Replace the existing storm water drainage pipes with new 36 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and replace two drop inlets and one catch basin.

The site improvements include milling, grading and paving of an existing parking lot. Modest retaining wall and landscape work are also required.

The work generally consists of installation and maintenance of traffic signal loops.

The Town of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services for Town-owned and Town-maintained properties. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with this RFP and any resulting agreement. Services include, but are not limited to: Turf maintenance and mowing Edging and trimming Litter and debris removal Tree and shrub maintenance Mulching and seasonal planting Weed control (chemical and mechanical) Leaf collection and seasonal cleanup All work shall meet accepted horticultural standards and municipal expectations for public-facing properties.

Maintenance repairs to the parking deck including isolated concrete spall and crack repairs, joint sealant replacement, rebuilding two landings at the west stairwell, isolated structural repairs to precast concrete support conditions, and repainting of isolated steel components. Parking deck is located on the NCSU Centennial Campus at the WRC Headquarters building in Raleigh, NC.

This project involves a complete remodel of what is referred to as the Old Police Department Training Room and Kitchen (located in the back of the building facing Smithwick Street). The work will include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing infrastructure, electrical work, plumbing and HVAC, flooring, and painting. The Old PD Reuse Project will expand on and update the Town Hall while rehabilitating the meeting spaces in the old Police Department connected to the Town Hall. The Towns efforts to rehabilitate the interior of the old Police Department will include rehabilitation of the departments meeting room, entryways, and kitchen. The project includes the modification of the Police Departments previous evidence storage room into a single occupant restroom, which will involve repainting, the removal of several shelving units, flooring modifications, and the installation of plumbing to the room that did not previously exist. The restroom will also be connected to the sewer system. The project also includes the removal and replacement of the flooring in the meeting space and kitchen, repainting and resurfacing of the walls in the meeting space and kitchen, and other repairs as needed, such as electrical upgrades to the electrical box in the kitchen space to allow for higher voltage appliances to be used in the space. The kitchen appliances, cabinets, and countertops will be added/replaced. This project will also include work to the rear hallway near the kitchen, including painting and doorway reframing. Installation of ceiling to match the space to the kitchen and meeting area may also be required. Furthermore, the doorways in the area will be replaced to provide safety and an improved appearance to the exterior of the building, including a storefront style entrance facing towards Smithwick Street. The storefront will allow for the existing exterior door to be modified into a fire escape, and will include appropriate lit fire exit signage. Upgrades to the existing doors will also include leveling to remove height inconsistencies between the doorframes and the floors. Steps will also be taken to revise the roofing (ceiling) and lighting in the space. Repairs will need to be made to the roof, and improved structuring will need to be included to prevent future roof damage, particularly around the lighting systems. Along with this, the diffusers attached to the current lights should be replaced to allow for the installation of new lights.

The work includes waste water treatment, testing and permitting; well water treatment, groundwater monitoring, testing and permitting; storm water testing and permitting; and grease trap testing and permitting.
