The burn building shall simulate a four-level (overall), single/multi-family residential structure, built using shipping containers. The vendor shall provide all materials, transportation, labor, assembly, painting, and commissioning of the structure.

This RFQ/LOI is to solicit responses from qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in the following Service Area Categories. Firms may submit qualifications for any or all the following Service Area Categories: 1. Water/Wastewater Treatment 2. Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection 3. Stormwater Conveyance Systems 4. GIS, Asset Management, Surveying 5. Streams, Wetlands, and Environmental Permitting 6. Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) 7. Geotechnical, and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) 8. Transportation Planning & Design Services 9. Dams & Reservoirs

All disturbed areas and holes from existing post removal shall be filled/restored. Unsuitable material is that which cannot be used at the site for finished construction and shall be removed. Burning on site will not be allowed Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control including temporary silt fence, mud mat maintained, safety fencing and barricades are to be utilized. Removal of and disposal of approximately 230 l.f. x 8 wide of existing wood framed boardwalk along with a 9x11 wood platform deck. Disposal fees should be noted. It is the intent of this bid that all material and labor to remove the existing and construct the new Macon County Arthur Drake/Tsali Boardwalk. Construct new boardwalk approximately 230 l.f. x 8 wide with 9x11 platform, complete including all structural components and end concrete treatment, as identified on the plans to include structure/piles, joists/girders, decking rail chain link fence system and sign/kiosk replacement. Complete new structural columns and concrete work along with the railing system and composite decking. Final finish grading and cleanup and removal of silt fence and restoration of existing conditions.

Site 1: Arthur Drake Greenway Access (Across from 50 Arthur Drake Rd.) o New paved parking area approximately 5,000 sq. ft., marked onsite by orange flags. o Strip parking spaces. Include remarking handicap accessible sign (see attached) in correct location. o Reset existing concrete wheel stops. Include additional wheel stops as needed. o Work will need to be completed before December 1st 2026. Macon County will inform winning bidder when work can begin onsite. Site 2: Cullasaja Park (Fox Ridge Circle) o New paved parking area approximately 19,000 sq. ft., marked onsite by orange flags. o Strip parking spaces. Include one van handicap assessable space and unloading zone. Install new handicap accessible sign (see attached) in correct location. o Install Concrete wheel stops at all parking spaces. o Remove existing culvert at access point. At same location install a 30inch by 40ft HDPE double wall culvert. Include installing Rip-Rap headwalls. Site 3: Parker Meadows Complex (4306 Patton Rd.) o Remove and repave approximately 29,000sq.ft. of walking track shown on attached map in red. Include installation of geotextile grid. o Provide per sq.ft. unit price for asphalt patching as needed.

The Town of Holly Springs is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed Structural Engineering firms to perform structural assessments at W.E. Hunt Recreation Center Gymnasium, Fire Station 1, and the Parks & Recreation Maintenance Facility Storage. The selected firm will provide professional structural engineering services typical to structural assessments of occupied, commercial buildings.

This park is planned for smaller light industrial and flex/office users. Phase 1 is a 40-acre development project on the front side of a 195-acre park. The scope of services shall include the following items: 1. Planning and design of the full 40-acres as part of Phase 1. 2. Site topographic surveys as needed for construction plan preparation. 3. Preparing the final design. 4. The construction bid Scope of Work for approximately 10-acres in conformance with applicable regulations and requirements. 5. Supporting documentation requirements and providing just-in-time input per Harnett County procurement activities from bid advertising to issuing a notice to proceed. Harnett Countys procurement team will lead all procurement activities. 6. Conducting the pre-construction conference. 7. Provide periodic Construction Observation to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications. 8. Reviewing and approving all contractor requests for payment, change orders, and submitting approvals for said payments and or change orders to a designated point-person at Harnett County Economic Development. 9. Additional services as recommended by the engineering firm and requested by the County 10. Currently the project does not expect the scope to include the need for any 401-404 wetland impact permitting.

The contractor shall perform the following at each designated parking facility: Full mechanical sweeping of all drive lanes, parking stalls, ramps, and rooftop levels, including entrance and exit lanes and areas surrounding pay stations and equipment bases. Systemic removal of dirt, sand, trash, leaves, organic debris, and accumulated sediment. Hand blowing or vacuuming of debris from corners, curb lines, expansion joints, areas adjacent to stair towers and elevator lobbies, and along perimeter walls and wheel stops. Removal of surface debris from drain inlets; however, this scope does not include high-pressure jetting of internal pipes. Pursuant to environmental regulations, the contractor must provide proper off-site disposal of all collected materials. No debris shall be relocated to adjacent landscaped areas or surface lots. All collected materials must be hauled off-campus for private disposal.

This project will involve the repair and replacement of deteriorating sanitary piping and will improve reliability and safety of the critical infrastructure within the North Campus Precinct.

UCPS seeks to contract the equipment, software, and labor to a professional contractor that is experienced in commercial projects of this type and size.

The project scope of work includes the new construction of a two-story, 24,765 square foot Pre-Engineered Recreational Facility featuring an additional 7,585 square feet of aquatics space situated on about 6.58 acres in Columbus, NC. The facility will be owned by Polk County and feature various programs and athletic spaces including Aquatic Spaces, a Gymnasium equipped for pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, Locker Rooms, Multi-Purpose/Flexible work out spaces, Studios, Wellness Areas, Office/Admin, and Common Areas.

Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to clean and sanitize all HVAC, PTAC units and Duct Work for Lineberry 1st and 2nd floors, Lineberry Auditorium, Cole Building, Fisher Building, Cooke Building, and Haywood Building. Clean and address any mold and or visible signs of mold wherever it is observed. The vendor will address some of the ongoing safety concerns of mold and poor indoor air quality, the source of numerous complaints and safety concerns. All work under this contract should be coordinated with the Contract Manager. Lineberry Auditorium services shall be completed on the weekend Saturday or Sunday 8:00AM 5:00PM. Cole Building, Fisher Building, Cooke Building and Haywood Building services shall be completed during regular business hours, Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM.

Nash County has entered into an Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Nashville and City of Rocky Mount to extend sewer service utilizing Industrial Development Funds from the NC Department of Commerce. Freedom Industries, Inc., has contracted to purchase additional land adjacent to their current facility located at 4000 E. Old Spring Hope Rd. The property currently is located within the City of Rocky Mount Utility Service area, but within a Nash County zoning jurisdiction. The Town of Nashville has sewer service in close proximity to the property and has agreed to extend the line to provide public sewer to the property. This will be a public Town of Nashville sewer line. Although additional elements may be identified as work to finalize the project elements commence, known elements of the overall project include the following major components: 1) Approximately 1,000 linear feet SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer 2) Approximately 200 linear feet DIP Gravity Sewer 3) Approximately 5 4 Diameter Manholes 4) Approximately 60 linear feet of 16 Dry Bore and Jack The County does not have engineering staff necessary for the proposed activities. The County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide engineering services for the preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and construction observation to complete these projects.

The project generally consists of the demolition of the former Town of Canton Town Hall and its appurtenances located at 58 Park Street as well as the former Town of Canton Fire Department and its appurtenances located at 21 Adams Street. They will need to be listed as separate bid amounts in the total bid and tracked separately as they are two separate FEMA projects. The Contractor shall track and provide documentation for the ultimate fate of all materials removed from each site separately. All remediation and disposal costs shall be included in the Contractor's bid.

General Cleaning - Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Annually & Annually: Vendors employees shall perform General Cleaning duties subject to Section 5. Schedule of Performance. All cleaning shall meet the approval of the Office Manager or Designee. The Vendor shall provide the services no less frequently than the schedule specifies. NOTE: If any types of normal janitorial duties have been inadvertently omitted, the contract is to be interpreted to include the same. SUPPLIES The Vendor shall furnish ample quantities of all consumable supplies (i.e. toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, chemicals, deodorizers, cleaning supplies and trash can liners, ashtray, or cigarette urn sand, etc.). All consumables supplies shall be purchased and supplied by the Vendor.

The project scope consists of parking lot design, land clearing & grading, construction, paving, fencing and landscaping to match the existing finish of the building. This also includes ensuring that appropriate design for grading is done to ensure adequate drainage. The approximate size of the parking lot is 20,000 square feet. This project will include the installation of fencing, gates, and extension of existing sidewalks to service the new parking lot.

Project consists of one ground up 26,000 SF load bearing masonry structure, one 24,000 SF PEMB, finishes, sitework/utilities & exterior improvements.

It is the intent of this proposal invitation to obtain contract proposals for the Semi-Annual Cafeteria Hood Cleaning, Inspection and Repairs of hood vents for thirty-nine (39) school sites. All products and/or services rendered by the vendor must meet all requirements of this invitation and be completely satisfactory to using agencies
