The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a public park including installation of a multi-sport court, decomposed cornhole court, concrete game boards (e.g. concrete table tennis, concrete foosball) and a playground with equipment for all ages. Work includes demolition and removal of existing equipment, installation of site furnishings, construction of accessible sidewalks connecting all park features, and installation of 2 ADA-compliant parking spaces.

The Mill Avenue Sewer Replacement project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal of approximately 295.1 LF of 8-inch clay sewer main and replacement with 8-inch C900 pipe, removal and replacement of sanitary sewer manhole number 4416 and 4417, removal of clay and cast-iron sewer service lines for each residence in this area and replacement with Schedule 40 PVC pipe, and replacement of asphalt road after sewer rehabilitation is completed. The Work shall include all necessary equipment, materials, and labor needed to perform the work in accordance with the City of Jacksonvilles Manual of Specifications, Standards, and Design.

The work generally consists of ADA accessibility improvements.

Project is for the initial development of three (3) new access areas for the Wilderness Gateway State Trail. Each access area will include gravel parking lots for approximately 70 vehicles, entry drives, two (2) canoe launches, and three (3) vault toilets. The three (3) access areas are located in Catawba County, NC and each will act as a future trailhead.

Install a new generator docking station to allow temporary/emergency generator connection to the East Lighting Vault. The docking station will connect to the existing standby power system ahead of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The current diesel generator does not have temporary power connection capability.

Faulconbridge Rd 5749 will include the lining 556 LF of 42 inch CMP and 227 LF of 15 inch RCP with CIPP. Eight existing drainage structures will be removed and replaced and two additional structures will be added. 125 LF of 15" RCP will be removed and replaced. Chemical grouting joint repair will also be installed at approximately 20 locations throughout the 42" CMP.

The selected vendor shall provide comprehensive janitorial services for various City of Salisbury facilities, including but not limited to routine cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, and restocking of City-supplied paper products. Services should be performed according to the specifications below. The vendor shall furnish all labor, cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, in accordance with industry standards and City requirements. Submission of a bid indicates ability to perform the duties outlined.

Work generally consists of roof replacement.

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Maintenance/repair services and Annual Load Bank for generators at locations identified in Appendix VI. The City reserves the right to award one vendor or multiple vendors based on equipment type and/or manufacturer, whichever is advantageous to the City.

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following service: Chiller Full Maintenance and Repair Services. The City of Raleigh requests proposals for full maintenance/repair services for Chillers and corresponding services at various locations.

Annual maintenance/repair services for automatic transfer switches and corresponding services at multiple locations.

The project generally consists of parking lot milling and repaving.

The project generally consists of mobilization, installation of new pvc water line, installation of yard hydrant, installation of two new simplex grinder pump stations, sanitary sewer force main, connection to existing sanitary system, restoration of surfaces, and stabilization.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide Rental and Service of Portable Toilets and Wash Stations on an as needed bases if and when ordered by the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) in order to meet emergency requirements during disasters. The portable toilets and wash stations will be used throughout North Carolina during disasters and other emergencies to meet preparedness objectives. These services will be provided on an as needed basis. It is estimated that the State may require as many as fifty (50) portable toilets and as many as twenty (20) handwashing stations, however, no quantities are guaranteed. The Vendor shall provide portable toilets and portable wash stations to include daily service of each unit, which can include weekends and holidays. Contracted assets shall be delivered to and serviced in any requested North Carolina county or municipality within 24 hours.

Scope includes perimeter access control and connections to central building access control head-end equipment locations. This project will design and install card access for all campus buildings that do not currently have card access and will upgrade card access to current campus standards for those buildings that currently have card access. The design effort will begin by verifying a recent survey of the buildings.

Vendor shall provide daily cleaning, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, to keep the subject building professionally maintained and properly supplied.

The project generally consists of roof replacement.

This project includes, but is not limited to, interior renovations on the south side of the building, including the medical counseling office, public restroom, and the purchase and installation of window HVAC units on the first and second floors, which will include electrical power. The north side of the building will include some electrical power upgrades to support the existing window HVAC units in place. The electrical work will include installing dedicated circuits within a new subpanel that will support the north and south sides of the building. The renovation will also include all associated demolition, electrical work, new ceiling tiles, lighting upgrades, some environmental testing and abatement, repairs to existing plaster walls and painting of walls to a Level 5 finish.

HVAC Chiller Preventive Maintenance Trane (SA) - Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and manufacturers certifications providing authorization to perform scheduled programmed maintenance on chillers. Contractor must provide a written report for each scheduled P.M. outlining satisfactory / unsatisfactory conditions of chiller. Contractor will perform preventive maintenance tasks BOTH in conformance with manufacturers recommendations AND the attached checklist. Contractor providing scheduled programmed maintenance must also be capable of performing chiller installation and repair. Chillers will be serviced once per year.

The work generally consists of improvements to the building and HVAC control systems.
