The County of Martin, North Carolina is requesting submittals from qualified firms for airport consulting/engineering services (including planning, design, and construction administration services for airside and landside improvements) at the Martin County Airport. The improvements may include, but are not limited to the following: Runways, taxiways, taxi lanes, fencing, NAVAIDS, terminal buildings, utilities, aircraft aprons, aircraft hangars, pavement overlays, access roads, auto parking facilities, and land acquisition, as well as planning and other tasks and projects as deemed necessary by Martin County.

Yancey County seeks proposals from a qualified contractor to provide a detailed scope, costs, mitigation and restoration designs, and Engineer and develop a plan for the Mitigation of the Toodies Creek Landslide and subsequent (3 streams impacted by Hurricane Helene at this site).

Yancey County is requesting statements of qualification for professional engineering services, including, but not limited to, developing a final engineering report, subsequent engineering, design, permitting, bid package services, and Construction Administration for Emergency Watershed Protection projects as approved by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Yancey Soil and Water Board. Applicants must have past experience with stream projects including permitting and design for 404 permits, floodplain regulations, trout waters, endangered species including any and all regulations under the EWP program.

The services may include, but are not limited to, preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout phases of apron expansions, hangars, control tower, fuel farm, parking lots, stormwater projects, terminal area facilities, and other projects as determined by the City of Concord. Services may also include ALP updates, airfield lighting and signage plans, exhibit drawings, grant application & management, land acquisition program assistance, and other projects as determined by the City of Concord.

To facilitate construction and completion of projects, the Consultant will serve as the primary consultant to the Town and/or assigned delegates. The Consultant will provide consultation, technical assistance, engineering and planning support, bid procurement, contractor selection, bid tabulations, contract award, contractor scheduling, coordination of contractors, monitoring/inspecting work in progress, inspection and certification of completed work, documentation of contractor progress, preparation of progress reports and final reports, management of payment requests, determining consistency and adherence to project plans & specifications, certification of projects, and project close-out for FEMA task orders.

To provide full maintenance services for elevators, escalators, and lifts for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Facilities Services. The contract as herein specified shall consist of an all-inclusive service for the elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters and lifts being maintained under this contract.

The initial scope of this project will consist of the replacement of Well #59 (St Pauls) and various line extensions to provide looped connections and improve water quality. This design build project shall include all associated design and construction services for a complete and operational replacement well and subject water line extensions. Design and construction activities may span multiple budget years. The scope of the project may also consist of the evaluation of additional groundwater supply sources in various parts of Robeson County, including the installation of test wells, production wells, piping networks, or groundwater treatment facilities. The additional scope of work will be dependent on the test well results and could consist of multiple new production wells, rehabilitation on existing wells, or other various improvements groundwater supply and treatment infrastructure.

he Carrboro Century Center is a 23,000+/- sq. ft., two story public building that includes the Police Department, Public Works offices, Economic development, Housing and Community Services, meeting rooms, kitchens, locker rooms, bathrooms, and Century Hall (4,236 sq. ft.). Approximately 7,000 sq. ft. requires night cleaning (7 days/week).

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified companies to provide on-call and project-based welding, fabrication, and repair services for Solid Waste facilities, including but not limited to landfill operations, convenience sites, transfer stations, and maintenance shops.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to seek competitive bids from qualified Vendors to perform annual or biannual inspections, condition assessments, documentation and prioritization reporting across the portfolio of buildings and warehouses located at North Carolina State Port Authority Wilmington Port located at 2508 Burnett Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28401. North Carolina State Port Authority is also interested (as an option) in a preventive maintenance program for the overhead doors for vendor to perform minor repairs or Preventive Maintenance services at time of inspection. And as an additional optional task repairing two (2) overhead doors identified by NCSPA as requiring immediate corrective action. However, final decisions regarding these repairs will be made only after all overhead doors have been inspected, condition assessments completed and documentation prioritized. This ensures that repair efforts are directed toward the most urgent needs across the entire portfolio. We request that Vendors include a pricing proposal for repairs to the two preliminary overhead doors as described. This will help NCSPA evaluate repair options in parallel with inspection findings.

236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The work includes furnishing and installation of an ultrasonic cleaning system and supporting chiller. Work will include concrete demolition, new concrete, electrical and plumbing utilities, and roof work. Chiller will be located on roof.

Phase 2 of this project is to include significant renovations to as many as nine separate schools and district buildings within Transylvania County. Areas of work to include site and utility improvements, faade repairs and refinishing, roof replacements, structural repairs, extensive mechanical equipment replacement and associated controls work, replacement of aging electrical panels and switchgear, and construction of new secured lobbies. Work is scheduled to be phased across the various campuses and buildings, with an overall start in October 2026, and a scheduled completion in the summer of 2028.

The work generally consists of renovations to the tennis courts and upgrades to the restroom at Flaherty Park.

The project generally consists of replacing windows.

The Project includes the following Work: Repair of 640 linear feet of an existing groin in Buxton, North Carolina near the old location of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Work involves the removal of old debris and metal sheet piling from the existing structure. The repair will involve the placement of new PZ-40 metal sheeting piling where applicable in the same location as the existing structure. The core of the groin will be repaired via the placement of angular armor stone weighing 1 to 2 US tons. The outside of the structure will be armored with larger angular armor stone weighing 10 to 13 US tons (typical). It is expected that around 6,600 tons of larger stone and 2,500 tons of smaller core stone will be required. A maximum of 390 linear feet of sheet pile will be installed. Approximately 22,800 square feet of marine mattress will be placed underneath to prevent rock slumping and scouring. A concrete groin gap will be poured and placed over the sheet pile (up to 390 linear feet). Work shall be substantially complete by 15 December 2026.

The project includes approximately 820 LF of grading and asphalt paving, storm drain boxes and pipes, erosion control, and appurtenances.

The work includes the milling, resurfacing and full depth patching of approximately 15,169 LF of asphalt roadways and associated parking areas within the Towns right-of way in Aberdeen.
